Awesome little dive bar. I went a few times and was served by the lovely Lacy who is awesome and friendly!! She made me feel right at home! Drinks were good and cheap. Seems like a good mix of some locals and just random people popping in to play some pool. Doesnt feel raunchy like some other places, I saw a dude and his girlfriend and a few other females come in and have a good time. Also, good location and plenty of parking as its in a big shopping center near a Stater Bros. Good place to stop and have a cold one and have some very lovely bartenders to look at as well. read more

I was at the stater brothers getting some French onion dip and some ice cream while I saw this bar at the corner of the parking lot and decided to check it out. It was a Thursday when I walked in, and they had karaoke! The bartender Britlyn was singing and she has the voice of an American idol superstar! She would have gave Kelly Clarkson a run for her money! She was singing, taking care of all of her customers and closing out tabs all at once! This place has two pool tables, and is a beer and seltzer place only. They sell chips if you want something to snack on. Everyone at that bar was just good vibes. This is one of the coolest bars ever. There is a really chill vibe and the bartenders are super nice and friendly. Last night was my first visit to this bar and I think I picked the best night to be there. FIFA World Cup game was on and the place was happening. They even hooked up the customers with pizza and wings, how cool is that! Big thanks to Kat for the idea and shout out to the managers for making it happen. The Sundown has never let me down. Me and my coworker decided to give it another shot after a couple of years and we indeed noticed some improvements on cleanliness and service. We had Camila serving us and we loved that she was consistently checking up on our table and had the right attitude. I'm glad this place is still going strong. Pros: cheap pool and cheap beer. This place is honestly a dump. I guess if you want cheap quick beer, but pretty much people come here before they die. Very depressing and not sure how it's still in business. They serve no food, and bathroom is disgusting! Literally all they serve is beer and some hard liquor. If you do plan on going here, wipe your feet before you leave the place so you don't contaminate the rest of the world w/this filth. Been here a couple times in the last week since it re-opened under new ownership. The staff is wonderful and the new owner did a great job giving the place a much needed face lift, especially the bathroom! Night and day difference!!!
