Came here several weeks ago. It was a Monday night. The parking lot was almost full. We stopped by for a drink. The bar was real chill. It's spacious. They have several tvs. I think it is 2 pool tables and about 4 dartboards. Customer service was great. The bartenders were real cool. It was a woman and a younger guy working. They also have free popcorn at the bar. Met a couple people and had a great conversation with one of them. He was a local. Bought us a few drinks and the drinks were good. No complaints. $1 Fee for using a credit card! The bartender said it was on the wall but she said $7.75 for my hazy IPA. Once I saw it was $8.75 on my receipt, I asked about it and she said look at the wall. From where I was seated, with the dim lights, I couldn't even see the sign. It was my first time there and the bartender didn't mention the $1 credit card fee before charging me. Although she offered to give me a dollar back, I said it's fine and just left after closing out my beer tab. You need to let your customers know any time there are fees. A laminated piece of paper on your wall is not obvious enough in a dimly lit bar. Put those signs all over the bar, on tables, and train your staff to notify customers about the fee! read more

Hidden gem located in the corner of a small shopping center. Ice cold beer, clean and tidy which extends to the restrooms as well. Unheard of for a dive bar. Plenty of seating, they have pool tables, dartboards, popcorn as snacks and they have karaoke on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. It's almost always happy hour and the deals are fair. I had a bad experience with a waitress that came on. She over charged me and when I called her attention to it she said "well you've been drinking here all day". That was not true. I came in late, just for the football team/game. She went on to be aggressive repeating "well, what do you want me to do??". Just charge me the correct amount...but that was too hard. I told a manager to please charge me the correct amount. This waitress went on aggressive " so now you told on me! Great! now I'm in trouble!" I've been coming here since it finally opened last year and it's always been a great experience. I typically coming in on the weekend and Tawny is Amazing- she's real, knows her stuff and keeps the party going. The prices are very reasonable and the place is clean. They have Karaoke on Sunday nights and sometimes they have a vendor selling tacos. There is a laundromat next door in case you want to clean and drank. Cali's is the place to be if you like chill dive bars, pool, and karaoke. They've got a nice jukebox, lots of TVs for sports, clean pool tables and cues, and bathrooms are always available. Most importantly, the other patrons who frequent the bar are always super chill and friendly, along with the staff. Complimentary popcorn is nice too. Location is tucked away a bit from the main street like a well-kept secret. I'm glad to see them growing in popularity and doing well, even though it was also nice to be part of the "cool" bar in the area before it became super popular again lol. I used to live in the area, down the street from the bar and would frequent it at least once a week. Always super clean and a good time. Mark is my favorite bartender. Personable and really attentive with drinks. Never waited long on getting refills and even put up with my constant water refills too! Scotty is great as the karaoke DJ. Bro's got some pipes and sings all kinds of songs himself to really get the atmosphere and party going. Cali's is one of the places I'm really missing, although I was only a patron there for a short time. I will definitely be going back on future visits to California. Me and the family were down here visiting from the Bay Area . Hubby and I were tryna find a nice spot to watch the warriors game and stumbled upon this nice lil spot after coming from campus ( they don't serve hard liquor there and the vibes were a bit off ) . Place had nice TVs and the bartender and owner were amazing as well. Super friendly and attentive to say the least it was a nice vibe , clean spot as well! 10/10 will definitely be returning whenever we come back down! read more

Ok so this place is literally a ducked off in the back at a strip center. We arrived and got no greeting cause I mean it's a bar but we got no greeting while standing at the bar while the sitters casually carries on a 5 min conversation without so much of a glance in our direction. Drinks were priced decent the ambiance was nice even had pool tables. Popcorn is available for snacking and they let you bring in outside food or have something delivered.
