This is the 2nd time coming here and having the same issue. I come in at 5pm and there's about 10 people at the bar and 3 parties sat at tables. I requested a party of 4 to be sat by the booths by the games so my 1 and 2 yr old could play the duck machine while we wait for food. Again the response is no. The clueless host offers a high type and I point to my kids showing them they can't sit at a high top that's why I'm requesting a booth there. There is not one party in these "reserved" For large walk ins or parties. I said my child needs accommodations which is why I'm requesting that. I asked even if I make an open table reservation can I get sat. He proceeds to say. So I said no thanks and walk away. The last time this happened the manner did not care about either. You should do better and have better policies especially when you clearly don't have ANYONE sitting in the dining room and could easily accomadate guests instead of turning people away. Visited Dave & Buster's recently with a group of 10+, and honestly the experience was pretty frustrating. We were told upfront that the wait would be about an hour, which we understood since we were a large group. But what made it disappointing was seeing smaller groups constantly being seated ahead of us while we just kept waiting. It felt like our group was being overlooked completely. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours and still didn't get seated, which is way beyond what we were originally told. If you're going to prioritize smaller parties, at least be transparent about it so larger groups can plan accordingly instead of just waiting around for nothing. The place is fun, but the service and wait management really need improvement--especially for bigger groups. Definitely something to consider before coming with a large party. read more

Went here many times and gave reviews as needed. Regarding check-in, Some days its good and some days is bad. This day happens to be a unique situation since it was the World Series. Got in at 4pm and did not leave until midnight. Lol Food was good but the service was outstanding. Giving big Kudos to Esme that night for being an awesome server. It was the Dodgers vs Bluejays and the game did not wrap up until the 18th inning! Meaning we stayed until the end. The Los Hombres (spicy marg) was my favorite! The Top Shelf Margarita is basically a Cadillac marg, can't go wrong there. Next time I would opt to eat before and grab a drink while playing games. Our visit was more whoever gets there gets tables. Two reservation made 16 people + 6. When we showed up its great vibes. We tell the hostess we're with the party of 16 can we sit with them? Our first time here, we redeemed the points for 2 pasta plates n called extra 2 sides. Pasta portion is huge and has a lot of chicken and bacon bits, no skimping here! He came by only twice: first, to take our order for more wings and fries, and second, to inquire if we needed boxes for leftovers. I usually only come here on Wednesdays for their 1/2 price games, but they sometimes run other promotions which you can find on their IG page It's a fairly busy location and one downside is that some of the games seem to break frequently. I've been lucky enough to win the instant win ball on Emoji Frenzy a couple times, however, redeeming the ball has been a mixed experience depending on which manager is working I have only eaten there a couple times, but the food and service has been pretty good both times. I love bringing my kids to play here, my complaint is the Restuarant! They'll sit you down right away which seems amazing but you are just sitting at a table for 20minutes before anyone even bothers to come up and say hi, has anyone helped you already!?!?!? I'm not sure if the hostess and the waiters communicate because they seemed to be lost with no idea guest were being seated. I made eye contact with several waiters and none bothered to acknowledge us. Finally Juan approached us and when I asked what's going on we've been sitting here for a very long time he was stand-off saying "well I was just taking their order over there" .... I also suggest training the hosts to greet customers with a friendly smile and overall be more friendly. I mean, we're about to drop a few hundreds on food and games. Anyway, we get seated after a few minutes of checking in for our 5:30pm reservation on a Sunday. Dining area wasn't crowded so we probably didn't need a reservation but it was our first time with a larger party so wanted to be on the safe side. Our waiter was Jose. He was great! Accommodating and made sure our meal went well. He even allowed us to hold the table while the kids played in case we wanted to place any other orders in during our stay. We ordered sone kids pizzas and chicken strips, then some appetizers: chicken nachos, pepperoni flatbread pizza, GPT fries (garlic), sliders, and pretzel sticks. All were typical diner food. I ate the leftover pretzel sticks the next day and it was still good warmed up in the microwave. This place is loud, my ears were crying by the end of the night.
