The steak was ok and at least it was medium rare like I ordered. The sauce and topping on the guiltless sirloin was pretty tasty tho. The star of the show was definitely the asparagus. They seasoned it very well and grill on it was perfect. Jennifer the server was really nice and refilled my ice water multiple times! read more

It's good. It's the Chili's that you remember. We decided to come by here after having seen a documentary on how their marketing campaign to beat fast food chains in price and quality single handedly saved them from Chapter 11. I had the Smash burger, fries, watermelon lemonade, and chicken tortilla soup. Indeed better quality and price than the fast food chains. Good stuff. I gotta come back! read more

Came to try the tripper dipper I've been seeing all over social media. The chicken crisper definitely lived up to its name, it was really crispy. I'm not the biggest fan of their Nashville hot flavor. It's not bad, but there are much better ones elsewhere. The mozzarella sticks were really tasty. I def prefer the honey chipotle flavor over the Nashville hot. Service was solid. The restaurant is kept pretty clean. There are plenty of TVs to watch games. The noise level isn't too loud. Next time my friends and I want to catch a game over food, I'll throw out chilis as an option. read more

I love me a good triple dipper. And the nostalgia of this joint is what keeps me coming back. This time around I got some The food as take out. But I got my salad soggy with NO dressing even though I even asked for extra. The chicken strips looked pretty skimpy as well. The saving grace was the eggrolls but they even forgot the sauce. Maybe i just don't need to do any take out. Either way, I hope it was an off day. read more

Everything was great during our last minute visit to Chilis on Father's day. The wait was much shorter than expected, the crowd was initially loud but quickly died down, our food was delivered hot and delicious. Our server was exceptional. I knew I'd forget his name... He waited us in the room that's sort of out side. He had dark spiked hair. Anyway he was very concientious and regularly checked on us. Everything was perfect and I just wanted to say thank you Chilies for hiring amazing staff and serving fabulous food! read more

Our waiter was personable and hilarious. The food was da bomb. Large portions, which we took half home. The guacamole was seriously delicious. The presidente margaritas were so so so good. Service was quick and efficient even during a very busy time for them. Definitely recommend. read more

Placed a catering order at 12 PM for Friday, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The guy taking the order seemed incompetent and struggled to properly take the details. When I arrived for pickup, there was a customer ahead of me who accidentally tipped and commented that the service didn't deserve a tip. In response, the employee made a snappy comment under his breath, which was extremely unprofessional. It has now been over 30 minutes past the pickup time, and I still don't have my order. Staff continue to walk by and remain attentive to dine-in guests, but to-go orders are being ignored. The tall guy with glasses handling pickup provided horrible service no communication, no urgency, and no accountability. For a catering order, this level of service is unacceptable. One of the worst pickup experiences I've had at a Chili's. read more

I wanted to take a moment to recognize our server, Omar. His customer service was truly top-tier--he was patient, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout our meal. I haven't had many great dining experiences lately, so it was refreshing to receive such outstanding service. I'm so glad we chose to dine here tonight. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. read more

First time at Chili's food was delicious. Also Roberto was an excellent server he was really attentive.

Beware! They include tax in the total they want you to tip on. Sneaky and greedy in my opinion and killed it for me.

I had such a great experience at this Chili's! The restaurant was super clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was honestly impeccable. Patty, our server, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us the perfect amount without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Aedan, our host, was also great. He greeted us with a warm smile, seated us quickly, and made us feel welcome right away. It really set the tone for the whole visit. Overall, everything from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Chili's experiences I've had! Highly recommend this location. read more

Tried to be put on the waitlist for 10 people. It says to call if more than 8, online. We called, and were told that they cannot do it over the phone. The person that we spoke to was very rude. I'm not sure why the rating is not all 5 stars here. You know exactly what you're going to get when you go to Chili's. We have a usual order here and it comes quickly, tastes great, and is at a fair price. What's there not to love at Chili's! So make this your next destination. You'll be happy you did. By the way, this location does it better than many of the other Chili's that I've visited. They know their stuff here. read more

I'm surprised that this place has mediocre reviews! We eat here regularly because it's our kid's favorite place. We always have such a great experience. The food is good, the price is right, and the service is always on it. Tonight when we arrived at 5:30, there was no wait and we sat right away. We had Kaylee as our server and she was great! Really attentive and got our orders down perfectly. You can't beat their 3-for-me deals. Such a great deal for what you get. I had the sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes and subbed asparagus for the broccoli. It was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. My kids always get the Mac n cheese and even though it's just Kraft, they swear it's better than the Kraft at home in the box lol read more

This place totally deserves 5 stars! Came in with my husband on Sunday around 7:50 pm and we were greeted right away and seated super quick. Our waiter was awesome--super friendly and on top of everything. I got my go-to triple dipper and a mango margarita, and as always... SO good! read more

Bro is it me or this chilies puts people based on their skin color? Me and my partner was seated next to some other Hispanics near the back where they wash dishes, while I saw other white people seated near the window seats. Same thing happened to the other races seated in the back. The food was fine and our server was chill. read more

We love chilis! Always a great time coming here. We generally like to sit in the bar area so that we can avoid waiting for a table. The service at the bar is equally as good as at the tables. The food and people here are always great. As a chilis fan, their menu has a lot of great options depending how hungry you are. Some of my favorites are the triple dippers, chicken crispers and fajitas. Gotta top it off with the presidente margarita. This is also a great sports spot to watch any of your favorite games. They have the tvs on to all the big ones playing. We will be back! read more

Food was tasty for what it was. Shared the sampler plate with a friend. We sat in the bar area. The young man that was bartending and serving was fantastic. We could tell management is very poor. The whole time we were there, never saw a manager. We were specifically looking so we could praise our server. This young guy was doing everything himself. The 2 hosts gazed out of the window. No greeting coming or going. Who does the hiring sheesh. If there was a manager around they might have caught this. The young man doing everything should be the manager. Bravo wish I could remember your name. You handled everything with ease and patience. I hope this place recognizes that. read more

Went today with my family for Easter. The customer service is trash, 2 servers were rude but at least the lady who seated us was nice but our server needs to work on her waitress skills think her name was Shay or something I don't remember. blonder hair, glasses, nose/face piercing, anyways if you see someone struggling with the menu how about jump in and try help since you know... you work there. especially when the person struggling is clearly older and is trying to figure out the menu. Her attitude just came off like she was just watching us struggle while asking over and over "so this ? So that?" Like can't you see she's trying to figure the menu out. Then the guy serving our drinks was rude to my dad just cause he didn't notice the OJ they served came in a bottle. After that I thought oh well no tip for these servers. But no it didn't end there, Then I order the surf and turf with the 10oz sirloin, I asked for it medium rare and they bring it to me nearly alive. They replaced my plate but at that point the experience had already been ruined. So not only is the customer service mediocre, the people in the back can't even cook a piece of meat the right way. And guess what, this was my first time at chilis! Worst experience definitely not coming back to this location. Forgot to mention they didn't even bother compensating me for the inconvenience definitely regret not asking for refund. read more

Came here on Friday night for their specials that they've been advertising on Facebook. This place was absolutely packed. No parking had to park across the street. We ordered the Smashburger, which was pretty good along with some chips and salsa. I also ordered a fried chicken sandwich which is really good. A little salty for my days but pretty good. We also had the Cajun pasta service was impeccable and pretty quick considering how busy they were. read more

We stopped by the Chili's on Valley View because we had a gift card, and overall, it was a solid experience. This location is in a convenient little spot, and there was no wait, which was great. The food was delicious--we stuck to classic Chili's fare like burgers and ribs, and everything came out hot and tasty. Customer service was great--friendly and efficient, which made the visit smooth and enjoyable. That said, it's what you'd expect from a chain restaurant: reliable, nothing too fancy, and nothing that particularly stands out. It's not a destination, but if you're in the mood for casual American food and want a predictable meal, this location does the job. I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this specific Chili's, but I also wouldn't hesitate to stop in again if I were nearby. read more

Have been dying to try the infamous triple dipper and it did not disappoint! The pricing is so good for the amount of food you get. Came pretty late and it was still pretty busy! Came in on Wednesday to see our regular server, Orlando-one of the strongest most engaging people at Chili's-and were shocked to learn he'd been reassigned to food runner for the night!!? While the food was good as always, service took an obvious step down without Orlando. It's hard to understand why management would pull a proven customer favorite away from tables!? If the goal was to lower the quality of service, mission accomplished!!! read more

We had he had Naomi a little special request. She was very kind for this very sweet and a great service.

I was disappointed to the lack of attention from our server Desiree. Our food took about 45 minutes after ordering in in which during that time never checked on us until the food came. Then we finally got our first refill on our drinks. After that we didn't see her again. I was really wanting dessert but she never came back I was unable to order it I pay at the little kiosk provided at the table and I'm almost sure she didn't even notice us leaving. The ambience was okay maybe the music could be a bit louder cuz you can really hear all the other tables speaking. The food was good took forever but it was worth the wait. On a side note I really enjoy watching Adrian work I saw that he was running food picking up dirty plates and was the only one to approach and help my table. Thanks Adrian ( the food runner). read more

Our server was genuinely the best guy ever. My friends and I went out to eat specifically for the lava cake and he joked that they were all out. Typically, that's really cheesy but he was so serious that we completely believed him. We love food, so we shouted NOO and looked at him in shock. He said he was joking and he would get it for us. For whatever reason, he was so kind and funny and we love him so much. He's like a middle aged guy and we forgot his name. If his employers see this, PLEASE give him a raise. 10/10 would never have come to Chili's before but now it's my fav. read more

Last time I was here was 25 years ago when I was edgy and immature. The food was getting worst everytime I came and eventually stop going here. Felt nostalgic and wanted to try this again. Seem like the quality is better than the last time I had this. The salsa and chips were more fresh, the baked potato soup is excellent. Cheese bacon fries was a bit dry. The quesadilla was quite tasty. Is not something I would crave for again but it gets a passing grade. I'd get the soup again though to be honest. Is better than panera baked potato soup by far. But there was no "wow" factor nor did I expect any. read more

Above average Chilis for sure, but I have to be honest about a few things. The chicken in the ultimate Cajun pasta tasted like rubber maybe microwaved idk, but every other item was delicious. The Togo lady was short and sweet and nothing to hate on, but the Curley headed gentleman who was helping someone else at the time also ended up helping me. I Appreciate it. I ordered forty-five minutes before closing, so I know what I assumed to have gotten myself into. I was wrong. My experience was short and sweet and I didn't leave unhappy, so that's a win in my book. Also most of the employees were smiling a lot and that's always a good sign for me when I'm picking up. read more
