Should have read the recent reviews. This is for the "To-Go" app order. I arrived at a parking spot, waited 15 minutes after the food was "done". I called, she tells me to go inside to the "To-Go" area where there was a line. I wait, 3 people in front of me. One person is ordering his food (which I did not realize you can do). I walk up, girl with a superior attitude grabs my bag, throws it on the counter and tells me "Here ya go". I get home, order was incorrect, no utensils, no napkins, no dipping sauces, no salsa for the chips and all the food was cold. Especially the fries were soggy and cold. Drinks were watered down from the Ice and had condensation all around the cups. Over $100 in food (plus tip) which most ended up in the trash. Never again! read more

So disappointed in the customer service, I ordered my food to go first off my the chicken in my salad wasn't even cooked all the way, it was pink inside they put all my toppings inside my hot soup so by the time I ate it all the tortilla strips were melted and soggy. I called the store to let them know my food wasn't cooked or prepared correctly. They got my phone number and said the manager would give me a callback. The manager never returned my call. Just had the worse service at Chili's off of Cajalco. Just sat down outside (nice and breezy) got our drink. A gentleman ran up to a trash can by our table to vomit, missed the trash can. I get it accidents happen, but the way the Manager Scott handled it was very unprofessional. When we had asked the manager if there was anything he could do to cover the smell or take care of the situation he proceeded to say "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it". We politely asked him to spray antibacterial spray or cover the vomit with something at least but he said "I don't have a shovel to cover it with dirt". It took about 10 minutes for someone to finally come out to take care of the vomit with a spray bottle." His attitude was very nonchalant and walked back inside WITHOUT spraying the vomit after we had told him we were leaving. The hostess were very on top of taking care of their guests and very polite and disinfecting the door handles the gentleman used for the safety of other. My family and I definitely lost our appetite and were definitely disappointed with the way they handled the situation. read more

Came on a Sunday evening and while waiting to be seated, noticed the terrible shape of the Too big to not notice Birds of Paradise plants right next to Us. Chili's used to be my favorite restaurant a few years ago but has fallen off mostly due to menu changes and policies. I still am a big fan of the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. I love that honey chipotle sauce! I was a fan of the big mouth burgers with the extra thick cut bacon. I see that they are making attempts to get some appealing burgers back on the menu but the extra thick cut bacon is missing. I used to order ribs al-a-carte but they stopped allowing that years ago. It was nice to add some ribs to pair with a steak. Chili's French Fries are better than most but they give much less than they used to. On my last visit there were only two servers working in the restaurant late in the evening. My server fell behind but did a good job considering the lack of staff. I still come to Chili's but not near as often as I used to. read more

It's always busy here. Wait is always 15+mins to be seated. Waitstaff is always friendly but usually not good with refills on drinks or alcohol. Food comes out warm, but not piping hot. Like it's left to sit under a heat lamp. Enjoyed the 2/$25 deal and my hubby and I had chicken fajitas, which had a lot of onion. Disappointed. We also added on the margaritas for 2/$35. I took my Mother to Chiles for Mother's Day and it was a disaster. We thankfully found an open table in the bar, however it took over 30 minuets for our waitress to clean off our table, she claimed she thought someone else would do it... She took 2-3 things at time and wouldn't come back to clear more for at least 10 minuets. She was very rude and ignored us anytime we called for her. Our cups were always empty, our table never got wiped down even after multiple requests. The bathrooms were such a mess I went to Wendy's after dinner to use there restrooms because chilies was disgusting. The whole bar floor was covered in food, salsa and trash. I can't believe how terrible service was. The gal who was bar tending was also servicing tables, and she was overwhelmed. She was slow, didn't come by to check on us, and had a rather unpleasant attitude. We arrived around noon and we sat at a table that was sticky. We noticed a booth that was available, but needed to be cleared. Multiple servers AND THE MANAGER walked by that table and did not clear it. It stayed that way the entire time we were there - over an hour. Other customers came in and asked the front desk if they could sit there AND STILL NOBODY CLEANED IT! People eventually decided to go stand by tables (at this point there were 2 dirty tables that needed cleaning) and still NOTHING WAS DONE! SERVERS WERE WALKING BY IGNORING THE SITUATION. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED. Still am. This restaurant has a lot of potential, if only the employees AND MANAGER gave a hoot about their jobs/customer retention. GET IN MY BELLY! Chili's is one of my all time favorite places to eat. They have the yummiest chips and salsa for surper cheap. Grub outttttttttttttttt since its unlimited Texas cheese fries are a good small bite if you aren't hungry for a full on meal, or one of their salads would do. But my all time favorite favorite favorite dish, is the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I order this with the chicken on the side, then add broccoli, and lastly add grilled shrimp. And let me say, this creation is Divine!!!!!!!! The type of Alfredo sauce that they use has such a great flavor, and I could have seriously licked my bowl when I finished my pasta. The broccoli was steamed perfectly, and tasted amazing when dipped into the Alfredo sauce. The shrimp was grilled, and seasoned to my satisfaction. The fresh tomatoes on top- that was the icing on the cake! Sooooo happy, like many times before. One complaint about our visit today though, our Cajun pastas both came with burnt bread. Like it was black looking and when you bit into it, you wanted to spit it right back out because it even tasted burnt. We were sad about that because usually the bread is so yummy! Scott offered to come to Happy Hour here before our movie, since he frequents Chili's and has built several, before. I don't even know the last time I was at a Chili's, but honestly, I was pretty impressed by this place! We sat at the bar and ordered some beers: 805 for me and Coors for him. The great deal is if you have signed up to become a Chili's member. You get a free chips and salsa with any purchase - and this thing is monstrous! The chips were honestly really good. Light and warm - couldn't ask for much more. While we sat around munching on chips, salsa, and drinking our beers, Scott paid to be able to play games on the pads that they have at every table. You know, the ones that you can use to distract your kids? Yeah, he's also their target demographic. We played this game that was basically Angry Birds, and we were competing the whole time. Note: HE started the competition to try to beat me since he plays it all the time when they come in, but then got disappointed when he couldn't pass the last level. After an hour or so, we decided we were still hungry and ordered the 2 for $22. We both got a salad and the fajitas. Honestly, for the price, this meal was awesome! The salad was a salad (nothing special), but the fajitas were super filling, had A LOT of chicken, and came with rice, beans, tortillas, and sides of guac, sour cream, and pico. We landed in the right place in Ethan's section; immediately, he helped our team get organized and ordered. He was strategic and efficient--clearly a veteran host. First of all, I just want to say wow. Usually at chain restaurants I don't expect much but this place was honestly pretty fantastic. Some of the staff was a little rushed and unfriendly (mainly the younger ones) but our server today was great. I'm not sure what his name was but our receipt said his name was Manuel so I'll assume it was that. He was very attentive and helpful. Gave refills when needed and always asked us if we needed anything else. He was really busy but you can tell he was very attentive to everyone honestly. Food I thought was pretty good too for what you got and its price. I ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crisps and it actually was a bit spicy and crispy unlike other restaurants. My only complaint is probably the cleanliness of then restaurant. We received 2 plates for our appetizer and both were unclean. Bottles and stuff on the table felt gross as well.
