Worst customer service, Little amount of food on the plates, other tables had chips and salsa but not ours. Not worth it

Very good chili's. Had good food, good waitress and dessert. A nice lady helped us and was very kind and got everything right and fast

Disappointed in my to go onion rings - there was no onion just onion skins. This has happened twice. When I eat in I get good onion rings with thick onion slices. I guess they think they can get away with crappy food in to go orders. The Cobb salad was good as always. read more

Absolutely awful. My mother called 2 hours ahead to put us on the wait list and they were not prepared. We EVEN got a text confirming our 6:30 reservation. They did not listen and they might as well have completely ignored us. read more

The wait time was great, then it started to go down hill with our waitress, to be honest it was horrible and this was my sons bday dinner. We had ask 4 times for condiments we ordered at the very beginning of our order. Finally we got another waiter who promptly listened and was very attentive to our requests and concerns, he then told the manager, Kaitlynn who was also very nice and understanding. The 2 of them together definitely made our experience much better. She also gave my son a bday card signed by some of the staff with coupons along with a dessert. Thanks so much to Mardo and Kaitlyn. Why have an option for utensils if you're not going include them anyway. Asked for extra sauce alongside my Cajun pasta and got spice ?? Most importantly, my soup was more like slop not soupy at all and they didn't even include the usual toppings. Disappointing. :/ read more

Our waitress Kimbo was amazing. She was personable and friendly. She came by often enough to ensure our drinks stayed full and to see if we needed anything else. Our orders were delivered very quickly with adequate time between apps, entree and dessert. There was no wait for the 1 alcoholic beverage that we ordered. The restaurant was busy but the kitchen was not backed up and there seemed to be enough of a wait staff which shows me that the restaurant is managed well. read more

The bar area and tables are disgusting and sticky. The floors are filthy and the bartender (who hasn't washed her clothes in a few days with crusty food all over her shirt) flagrantly flings beer everywhere. They allow smoking here and the patrons take full advantage, as it's apparently their daily "hangout". They sit at the bar, swear and spit their chewing tobacco into cups. We called around 2 hours in advanced for a birthday party dinner. There were around 20 people. We got there and we're willing to wait. The assistant manager I believe tried repeatedly to get us to go to La Fiesta down the street. If one part of our group told them no, she went to another and tried to convince them. Food was decent. What made the experience bad was the smoking area by the bar.

Every visit this place seems to go down. Tonight, there was no hostess, well there was but she was nowhere to be found. Waited a long time to be seated. We waited a little while for the waiter but he was efficient and polite. I take my dessert to go and when I get home, the cheesecake sauce was rancid. I call the restaurant and the person answering the phone apologizes for the bad sauce but then the manager she's getting for me keeps me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes before I just give up. read more

9:00pm Thursday: The general manager for this restaurant should be fired. When issues are so pervasive, it's a management problem. I came in for dinner and every bar stool was empty. The bartender was leaning back against the cabinet with his hands in his pockets; The night manager was leaning against the post at the front door watching; The bar top was filthy and there were two tables that needed cleaning in the bar area. Service was average: but you have to wonder with this attitude, what goes on in the kitchen. Will I go back, probably. Same quality as any other Chili's. It was over crowded, long wait for tables and still a smoking establishment.

Very disappointed with this location. Told the wait would be 15 minutes and we received a buzzer when our table would be ready. Buzzer never went off and after checking on our status, I noticed that out name had been crossed off. We were 3 feet from the hostess stand. Did I mention that the waiting area is a few feet from the "smoking allowed" bar, which if you're not a smoker, you will smell like it afterwards. Service was less than mediocre. Ordered sweet tea and kept getting unsweetened refills. I have the Cajun Chicken Pasta at every Chili's I go to. I have had awesome dishes of this and needs help dishes as well. The Cajun Chicken Pasta at this location was probably in the bottom 2 of what I've had. I am used to shredded parmesan cheese not the sprinkles you put on pizza. Very watery sauce. This is my favorite dish at chili's. I've eaten this dish hundreds of times. I know what it should and should not look like. This one was no where in the area. Someone please help this location. I called on Thursday to 'reserve' tables for a big group on Friday at 6:30 pm and spoke to Jarod. Not only was it my birthday, it was my daughters SWEET 16. Of course I was told they do not reserve but to call around 5 to basically get in line to have tables at 6:30. I called at 4:30. Some of the party got there around 6:15. By the time we got there everyone was there and waiting. And the card readers weren't working so some of us went to the ATM first. Around 7:30, when my brother in law, being the 4th one to say something, went to talk to the rude hostesses and the manager, the manager said in so many words, they were waiting until business slowed down. We had seen where they had some tables open and I was told we were waiting on two more to clear that had just been seated. But then people would come in and they would seat them at OUR empty tables. We had waited long enough and honestly, it was ridiculous. We understand that you're a small restaurant, but you lost a lot of money that night. And your staff needs to be a little more courteous and honest. Had they said we're going to make you wait until 9 pm, we would have left earlier! read more

This Chili's has really gone downhill recently. We waited 5 minutes at the desk before anyone even acknowledged our presence, and they weren't busy at all. There was trash on the floor which was a turn-off. We ordered nachos and they were very tasty; but then we got our margarita chicken which was barely cooked and we had asked for it well-done. I'm not sure if they were just short-staffed or the servers just didn't care, but the service was less than brisk. We eat there often and we'll probably go back since Cleburne doesn't have many options, but they need to clean up their act and get some real management in there or people will stop eating there. read more

Used to be very good here, but since the re-decoration the service has been below average or worse. Today is the third time in a row (going back about 6 weeks) that it was poor. At 5pm on a Friday evening they have no bus-people working? Thus the hostess is clearing tables, so there is was a wait to get a table. At least 10 minutes to get a waitress, once finally seated, another delay before the appetizer and our food order as well. I'm not sure anyone knew what area they were working in, and never got a refill on drinks from our waitress. Likely will not go back here unless we are eating at a non-busy time.
