Santa Fe Salad & Cup of the Original Chili
    Scott B.

I ordered the Santa Fe Salad with chicken using the order to go menu. The service was fast, and the pick in the designated parking stall was smooth. The quality of the lettuce and salad overall was disappointing. On a positive note, the cup of chili was hot and very good.

Our party of two used the Yelp app to place our names on the waiting list. We checked in upon arrival and she said she was cleaning a table for us. A party of three walked in after us (with a baby) and they were quoted a 15-20 minute wait. Next thing I knew they were being seated. Another couple walked in (with a baby) and they took them right back. The hostess returned and said she was cleaning our table. People that come in after us (that didn't do call ahead seating because they both asked how long the wait was), should not be seated ahead of us. That could just be inexperienced host staff? We ordered chips and queso which isn't the best (it's cheese mixed with wolf bran chili). Chips are thin and crispy though and the salsa is fresh. Cesar salad was loaded with dressing so you may want to ask for it on the side. Secret sauce burger was delicious. I recommend it.

    Loaded Queso Blanco. ¡Sí!

Father's Day dinner with the family. Seated right away, very friendly wait staff, good food and no major complaints to speak of (other than the drunk guy at the bar who was screaming about the game). Can I just say that their loaded queso blanco is soooo good?! It is thick and creamy and oozing with cheesy goodness. The taco meat in it was really good - loved the seasoning! What really caught my attention this visit was the new Mexican street corn. Dios Mio! The corn itself is plump and juicy, but it was the seasoning that just killed it. Spicy and savory and smack your lips good!! Definitely recommend and will be having that again. Kudos to the wait staff who kept the drink and tortilla chip refills flowing. Great dinner and great service. Thanks, Chili's, for saving us from Applebees! :)

Food was decent. What made the experience bad was the smoking area by the bar.

Same quality as any other Chili's. It was over crowded, long wait for tables and still a smoking establishment.

The dining room is separated from the bar area. It has 10' side walls and open, high ceilings. There's a couple of TVs in the dining room and a couple of ceiling fans. There's HVAC vents hanging down and there are 2 mini splits. It's nearly 100F outside and it's comfortable enough (not real cool) in here. Our server, Penelope, was quite pleasant. She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast. Good tasted great. We'll be back to the Break Room.

Extremely pricy for what you get. The ten inch are small with large crust, so basically mostly crust. The 14 inch was extremely thin and border line over cooked. Service was ok. The staff seemed very overwhelmed for the amount of people. They had maybe 5 occupied tables. One of my pet peeves of dining out is everyone getting their food at the same time. If you run a business that has personal pizzas as the majority item on the menu, you should be able to time them to all be finished at the same time so everyone eats together. Our pizzas were all brought out more than five minutes apart. The inside is nice and they have an arcade upstairs. I had already had lunch, wasn't much hungry, just got a bowl of bean soup. My bud got an enchilada plate. The bean soup was hearty and flavorful. Bud enjoyed his enchilada plate, I tasted the verde sauce on the enchilada plate & it was tasty. Service was the best I've had at a restaurant in years. We were waited on by a grandmother-ly type lady. She treated us like her own, brought us fresh drinks without asking, refilled our chips, later refilled the green/avocado dipping sauce. Her service and timing was textbook perfect. She was kind, efficient, and hard-working. Enjoyed this restaurant start to finish. Will be coming back for sure.

The white queso looked like a white tinted bowl of oil, I've never in my life turned down any queso and I did today. I had the beef enchiladas and they were great, rice and beans as well. My husband had the enchiladas suiza and said it was very good. The queso really bothered me and I thought that would be the worst part of the visit until I visited the restroom. There were rags and trash crammed in a corner, the floor was disgusting and they had a visible leak under the sink with all cleaning supplies out within reach of children including bleach. The roll of toilet tissue was sat on the floor in the large stall and had to be used after on the floor.

I think I'm still kinda shocked at Revolver's business model. We arrived at their brewery just around 11 and paid $15 each for our keepsake glass and six beers with 8 oz pours each. You learn really quickly that they fill your beers almost to the top. 8 oz my ass. The staff is great and talkative, making sure you know what the beers you are getting are going to taste like. There is a ton of room on site as well. It was a muggy and misty morning (good temperatures though), but the six of us sat at a large table and were able to stay dry. There's an indoor space as well as their main brewery space and true outdoor picnic tables. Plenty of room to work with. I will spend the rest of the review talking briefly about each beer. 817 Blonde (Blonde): I started with their blonde, which was very clean and crisp and a good opening beer. Cosmo Canyon (Strawberry Lemonade Wheat Ale): Probably my favorite of all the beers. The strawberry is more subtle than their saison and kind of just adds to the flavor if anything. Blonde & Honey - Nitro (Texas Ale): Their classic Blood & Honey with nitrogen. I was warned because I guess a lot of people don't know what nitro is. It's unique. I don't fully know if a Texas Ale needs nitro, but it's a cool thing to try with your flagship beer. Yee Hops (Blackberry Lemon Saison): A fruity beer is always fun. I was told this tastes like mustard by one of my friends, but I liked it. It's never a beer I'm going out of my way to get, but it's a fun one to try. Mud Honey (Honey Dirty Blonde): Probably my second favorite behind the Cosmo. It's very light, but I really enjoyed this as well. Sidewinder (A Legacy Southwestern Pale Ale): A stronger beer to close out with. It's slightly hoppy compared to the rest, but still a classic on Revolver's roster that I'd actually never had. I think this place is a must-stop if you're ever visiting Granbury on the weekend. To be able to try so many great beers from an esteemed Texas brewery is awesome, and the barrier to entry is being 21 or older and having less than $20 in your pocket. What a steal. RIYL: So much beer for your dollar that you start wondering how it's even profitable for Revolver Brewing.
