And when we asked for a refill on a drink he told us it would be a whole because he had to drop something off at the kitchen and then make the drink . Once the chips came they were cold . And when my friend received her steak it was barely cooked. She asked for medium and it was PURPLE ! And my chicken was ice cold! This review is based on the bar area during happy hour only. You cannot beat their happy hour specials. $3 margaritas $2.50 domestic pints and a variety of appetizers between 3-5$. They got me there. So I get an email from chilis to get free parmesian sweet potato fries or pretzel sticks. So my mother and I decide to go with my teenage son. They order 2 for 20. I wanted just buffalo wings. So I gave the lady the coupon she said you cannot use it with 2 for 20. I said well ok I will order an entre to redeem the coupon she said no u cannot use it at a table with a 2 for 20 order. So I said put it on another check she said nope cannot do that either. ARE U FREAKING KIDDING ME?? She said I would have to go to another table & order an entre to get the dang coupon that by the way is worth a whopping 4 bucks. I usually liked this Chili's, but not so much lately. Our waiter was very nice and as attentive as he could be since it seemed that he was alone in our section. The salads used to be fantastic, but the lettuce they're using is limp and not appealing these days at all Chili's! Went to Chilies on Central Ave,Clark our server was Paul who was very attentive, quick with our drink and food order the restaurant was clean for dinner rush service and our food and drinks came out as requested. I live in Clark so my wife and I go to Chilis once or twice a month. The food is always decent and the staff are friendly. There is seldom a long wait and they allow you to call ahead to get on the list when there is a wait, which is nice. Overall, it's decent food at a decent price. read more

I used to always enjoy my time at Chili's, but this most recent visit, they were out of a lot of things; more specifically their drinks. I had to order a drink 3 times before they could come back with a beer on tap that was in stock. The waiter was genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. You could tell they were a little short staffed at the time because they couldn't give us the appropriate attention my table needed. We were taken to our table and sat for quite a while before I asked the server, who was at the table behind us, if she was our server. She said no but "I could be". What? I love Chili's! The food and drinks are awesome and it's inexpensive, especially with the 2 for $20 deal. The chips and salsa are addictive, and I also really like the fire roasted corn guacamole. Waited about 10 minutes for a seat at 9 PM in the holiday season. I ordered the Parmesan-Crusted Steak. My medium-rare order arrived well done. The parmesan crusting was meager and sad looking when compared to the heaping mound on the picture. The toast was plated with the burnt side down (I didn't notice until I had already deemed the meal a fail). My wife's burger was bland, the "86 the tomato" request was not followed, and her fries were overdone. We would have sent both meals back, but the server never came back to check on our food. I would have ordered another beer, but we only saw him when he took the order. I had to flag down another server to get the check. I have never been a fan of Chilis but I've been coming here quite often.. I usually come here to get their chocolate chip cookie skillet which is amazing. And they also have amazing chicken fingers. I really can't say anything about their food because the few times I came here I got chicken fingers. The wings are really good. Their steak taste like a normal steak nothing fancy. And the cookie skillet.. The service is ok. But the only thing I don't like is I went there once around 11 and I ordered fries and they were gross. They were closing in a few so they must of gave me the last of their fries before they change the oil the next day so I wouldn't come here late at night. Not sure what happened to this place, but it's awful. The service is horrendous, and the food even worse. There must have been a change in management because the quality of food and service has gone down hill in the past year. It's always crowded, so one would think that's a good sign. It's not. I think people come for cheap drinks at the bar. They've updated the decor, and it looks nice. However, they need to do something about the quality of the food, and train their servers better. They're slow, inattentive, and often get the food orders wrong. Also, the food for the "To Go" is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS luke warm at best. Yuk is the best way to describe the food here! I often pick up take out from Chillis and it's usually hot, tasty and fresh. Today I got the flatbread salad and the avocados were nasty! The salad was good and fresh as well as the flatbread ! We went to Chili's yesterday 2/12/15 for my grandson's birthday. There were no problems ordering, but then, we had to wait about 40 min. and few calls to waitress to finally get our food. Mind you, it was dinner time and everybody was hungry. Out of 5 orders 3 were screwed. 1) My grandson ordered 3 HARD TACOS- came only 2. The 3rd one came after another call to waitress. 2) My husband's CLASSIC RIBEYE DINNER came 10 min later after everybody else had their meals. We complained to 2 different waiters- they just forgot about his order. He asked for Medium and got well done, but... it's a birthday and we are hungry, so we boil inside, but keep quiet. 3) My daughter ordered TS SHORT RIB ENCHILADA. It was not edible, she left it barely touched. The beef tasted totally flat, like a boiled beef and wraps were over dried and chewy. OK, we are still containing ourselves. No problem. 4) My 10 y.o. granddaughter ordered SKILET CHOCOLATE COOKIE. What do you think, the waitress brings a skillet with the handle sleeve and warns us that the skillet is piping hot? Not, of course, and my granddaughter being 10 y.o. and before anybody could even blink, grabs the handle and burns her hand. So, we are mad and angry and CALL FOR MANAGER MANY TIMES FOR AT LEAST , AGAIN, 10 MIN. DID SHE COME AND APPOLOGIZE FOR BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD, BURNED HAND? Of COURSE, NOT. This place has consistently bad service. It has actually become a joke with me and my wife. We go to chilis if we want to eat cheap. Because the manager always comps one of the meals when things get screwed up. The food itself isn't bad (it's a chain, however good that gets), but the staff is obviously not in it to win it. I gave Chilis in Clark another shot. There seems to be some new management and new staff. The food was good. Ribs steak and salads all came out as ordered and fairly quickly. I had a very unpleasant experience here. The service was great- I had a very nice waitress- but the food was just sad. I have been here a few times before and all my experiences have been positive, but this time was extremely underwhelming. We ordered the wings, egg rolls and fried pickles and all were good except the pickles, which were way too salted- it was mostly batter and very small pieces of pickle. For our main courses we got chicken tostadas, sliders, and a fajita. They didn't even ask how I'd like the sliders cooked, so they were overcooked for my taste. The tostadas were nasty (just a pile of mush) and did not taste like anything. The fajitas included only SIX small slices of beef and they were very skimpy on everything- even the cheese.
