Never been a fan of this place, and it did not prove me wrong. The service and staff were great, but that's where the positivity ends. Hamburger was dead, a hockey puck would have been better, the bun was old and stale, mozzarella sticks were like chewing putty Place was crowded so I guess most people don't care or there is really no other place close for them . My only gripe with the staff is that when you walk over and I tell you we are done and you can clearly see 3/4 of the food not touched, maybe you want to ask is there was a problem? First time at a chilis in years and it was great! The wicked margaritas drew us in. I forgot how much I like the options on the menu. We were sat right away on a Wednesday around 6:30. Service was at a good speed. The drink of the month was $6 - can't beat it! It didn't come with the wand/broom as advertised though. The other margarita we had was over twice that. We ordered 3 for Me, crispy chicken sandwiches, big smash burger, never ending chips and salsa, house salad, and potato soup. My only negative with the crispy chicken sandwiches, they were a little salty! Otherwise they would have been perfect! Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Also, the chicken portion were huge! The big smash burger was great! The burger was tasty per my daughter. Elton our server was awesome! He was friendly and gave an ice tea refills without asking for it. He did the same for our chips and salsa! Our dinner was more enjoyable with a great server like him! First time in this location . Never knew there was a chilis here . Its tough to spot it when we come thro GSP and take a left to go to Edison. Good parking facilities . Lots of space outside . Location wise it's good but I wish it was a little more visible . Service was good yesterday . Was very quick . Food is good . Wish they have much more veggie options . I have never in my life had to wait 25-35 minutes to be seated at a Chili's. I'm like "the food has got to be good here because the whole town is eating here." After waiting for so long, we inquired about sitting at the bar and were told there were two seats available. The height of the counter and the height of the chair at the bar is a little awkward, especially for eating food. I remembered how much I used to enjoy their chicken bacon ranch quesadilla so I ordered that. When the food arrived, it was visually unappealing. The size of the triangles of flour tortillas has shrunk tremendously. There was hardly any contents inside. Before I just say no, I opted to taste it. It tasted ok flavor wise, but it didn't taste like I was eating any chicken or bacon. For further examination I opened one of the triangles and it was quite appalling. It literally looked like they had cooked some chicken and the chicken stuck to the bottom of the pan and they had the idea of using the chicken remnants they were stuck to the pan to make my quesadilla with. When touched the contents to peel it apart because it had this weird appearance it was basically a bunch of cooked cheese, gooped up with the scrapings of "chicken" and so called bacon. The tortilla was also very soggy. I was livid because I waited half an our to be given trash. I asked for the manager. They didn't really seem to care that a poor quality plate of food came out of their kitchen like that, but I was compensated for my wasted time, but probably only because I asked to be. I don't understand the Chili's hype. Every time I have been, the food is literal garbage. The chips and salsa is probably the best thing they serve. I bet Taco Bell can make a quesadilla that's a million times better for 1/2 the price. read more

The service was HORRIBLE! We waited two hours for a table because there was a party there who refused to get up after they were done. According to the manager, they are not allowed to ask a party to leave after they've sat for two hours while another party waits. We never got a table!! Horrible!!! read more

I would not eat here. The service was horrithe waitress brought all the food and there was no place we had a big party. I asked a manager to get plates and she came back and was very rude. Because your waitresses getting them. Waitress was horrible brought like 10 napkins for 10 people. And we ordered $400 worth of food. Very slow on service food was cold. Did not check on us often at all. The drinks were horrible. The beers were flat. I had to send back several beers. The bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were very unfriendly. Chili's has been sending me coupons and specials a lot so decided to go for lunch. I was in the mood for fajitas so ordered some chicken fajitas via online and they had a 3 for $10 deal. I also ordered chips and salsa with a strawberry lemonade. They only did curbside so when we got there they delivered the food to my car. The lady was very nice that delivered it. We got home and dug in and boy was there a lot of food. I cannot believe how much chips they gave me. Also my sister ordered wine and we thought it would be a cup and it was a bottle. My patron watermelon margarita did not taste at all like watermelon. It was not even the color you would expect a watermelon margarita to be. It was way too sweet and instantly made my stomach hurt. My wife ordered a mango margarita which she tasted like passion fruit. The food was not that good , Nashville hot chicken tenders were salty. Street corn was saturated in mayo, fries were wack. I try to look at the positives normally. But unfortunately the only positive I can think of is we sat down right away. It took forever to get our food. Nobody refills the water we were drinking. No busboys around to clear tables of dirty dishes. My aunt had to drink her tea ( because they have no decaf coffee) surrounded by all of our dirty dishes and utensils. Our salads were over dressed, soggy, stale tortillas, over ripe black spotted avocado in salad. We saw the waitress twice, she sat on the bar side socializing. We never got a check and had to ask guy at the door to help us. Ladies bathroom had two toilets, one didn't flush. Paper towel dispenser broken. Sink cracked. The entire place is run down, employees do not know what to do in order to serve the few clients there. Neglectful, unprofessional, stale, stagnant, not clean, food was bad. We used to here and it was good, but something is wrong there now. Won't be back. We have walked out of here more than we have stayed. While they advertise their happy hour and football specials, most often there is no bartender and very few service staff on the floor. We go in and sit at the bar, and someone might come by and tell us they will be right back. We have a 10 minute window. If we don't get served in 10 minutes, we leave. When we have been lucky enough to get served, we have had few problems with the food. The one that happens the most is that the fries have an aftertaste, like they have been refried multiple times -- and often they aren't hot either. There are better choices. read more
