    Triple Dipper
    Chelsea N.

First time at a chilis in years and it was great! The wicked margaritas drew us in. I forgot how much I like the options on the menu. We were sat right away on a Wednesday around 6:30. Service was at a good speed. The drink of the month was $6 - can't beat it! It didn't come with the wand/broom as advertised though. The other margarita we had was over twice that. I had a triple dipper - tasty but came warm abs not hot. Overall excited to visit again soon!

Sadly all good things must come to an end! There was hair in our food. The waitress was super slow. Hard no.

    Crispy chicken sandwich

We ordered 3 for Me, crispy chicken sandwiches, big smash burger, never ending chips and salsa, house salad, and potato soup. My only negative with the crispy chicken sandwiches, they were a little salty! Otherwise they would have been perfect! Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Also, the chicken portion were huge! The big smash burger was great! The burger was tasty per my daughter. Elton our server was awesome! He was friendly and gave an ice tea refills without asking for it. He did the same for our chips and salsa! Our dinner was more enjoyable with a great server like him! Sorry for the pictures, we were so hungry that I forgot to take pictures before we ate.

I love this place. The best value around. It's pretty busy but worth the wait. The three for me deals are so worth it. The food is consistently the same in terms of quality. Service is great. They hustle. Best Diet Coke ever!

Triple Dipper Nash hot chicken crispers, n chip honey mozz blocks, uber eat 20 min. Still crispy, threw in mozz in air fryer for a few min

I always uber eats and I'm 20 minutes away. I love the triple dipper but I always got the chipotle honey mozz, nashville hot chicken crispers, and the slider bites. I always end up giving my slider bites because im not big on burgers and eggrolls i usually dont like. But silly me, I am obsessed with the nash ille hot chicken crispers so im like why cant i order that 2 times in my triple dipper. So now thats what i do. It always arrives earlier than expe ted and always crunchy! The mozz i do have to throw in air fryer but not for long. Ive ordered a few times this week. I may have a problem.

I always come during rush hour but the dining experience has been nothing but nice. Food takes awhile but again, natural rush hour. I always come and end up having a good time, well cleaned and organized too.

First time in this location . Never knew there was a chilis here . Its tough to spot it when we come thro GSP and take a left to go to Edison. Good parking facilities . Lots of space outside . Location wise it's good but I wish it was a little more visible . Service was good yesterday . Was very quick . Food is good . Wish they have much more veggie options . Otherwise I like their food once in a while . Chips and salsa was good . They have really good beer varieties and IPAs. .. overall a good experience .

Inside of Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla with goopy cheese that is not even digestible.

I have never in my life had to wait 25-35 minutes to be seated at a Chili's. I'm like "the food has got to be good here because the whole town is eating here." After waiting for so long, we inquired about sitting at the bar and were told there were two seats available. The height of the counter and the height of the chair at the bar is a little awkward, especially for eating food. I remembered how much I used to enjoy their chicken bacon ranch quesadilla so I ordered that. When the food arrived, it was visually unappealing. The size of the triangles of flour tortillas has shrunk tremendously. There was hardly any contents inside. Before I just say no, I opted to taste it. It tasted ok flavor wise, but it didn't taste like I was eating any chicken or bacon. For further examination I opened one of the triangles and it was quite appalling. It literally looked like they had cooked some chicken and the chicken stuck to the bottom of the pan and they had the idea of using the chicken remnants they were stuck to the pan to make my quesadilla with. When touched the contents to peel it apart because it had this weird appearance it was basically a bunch of cooked cheese, gooped up with the scrapings of "chicken" and so called bacon. The tortilla was also very soggy. I was livid because I waited half an our to be given trash. I asked for the manager. They didn't really seem to care that a poor quality plate of food came out of their kitchen like that, but I was compensated for my wasted time, but probably only because I asked to be. I don't understand the Chili's hype. Every time I have been, the food is literal garbage. The chips and salsa is probably the best thing they serve. I bet Taco Bell can make a quesadilla that's a million times better for 1/2 the price.

My colleagues got the lobster roll + champagne and I got the "sliders" with a side of truffle fries. They had happy hour prices for drinks as well, so we got a few glasses of wine and cocktails. The happy hour prices are a great deal. Especially the lobster roll + champagne!! Service is very quick. The staff attentive despite the crowd. The sliders were the biggest (pleasant) surprise. They were HUGE. Almost the size a full size burger. One of the owners stopped by and laughed that it was the only size buns they had --- but it's seriously such a great + tasty deal! Honestly would come back for these happy hour sliders alone! Overall we had a great time here. Haven't tried any of their main dishes, but judging from happy hour alone, this place is one to return to.

Though residing in a small former train station, it doesn't feel overly cramped, and the service was attentive enough to keep people moving. The meal itself felt a little over the top, with lots of flavors that didn't always meld well. We started with Nachos with Manchego Queso, which were not worth $18 even though the flavor was good. The order wasnt quite enough for two hungry people, though we also didn't opt for additional protein on top. We went with tacos for our main dish, and there we found the chicken to be the clear winner. The meat was hot, juicy, and complete with a hint of spice that brought the heat in all the right ways. Unfortunately, the brisket felt like the opposite experience, suffering from a sauce that had far too earthy of a flavor, which wasn't well-balanced with the cilantro that covered the meat. I needed to douse these ones in the spicy side sauce to make them palatable. Finally, we tried maize fries out of curiosity. I am no longer curious about corn fries - they were bland, with a texture and look of a French toast stick but with none of the satisfying taste. If I returned, I'd do it for drinks in the beautiful bar area. But when the drinks are done and it's time to eat, I'd recommend hitting the tracks.

It was a nice, quiet space, and the live music on a Tuesday was a pleasant touch- they played some Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel, among other classics. Unfortunately, the food was hit or miss. The bread that came out was terrible- hard, inedible, and honestly better left off the table. The brie and raspberry in puff pastry was okay but unimpressive, with very little cheese inside. It didn't even look like they used egg wash on the puff pastry. At least make it nice, give it a golden glow. On the bright side, the lobster ravioli was delicious, and my friend enjoyed his mussels with chorizo, though he felt the chorizo was lacking. He didn't expect it to come on a bed of penne, while the portion was generous he was avoiding pasta. None of the desserts sounded appealing enough to try. As for drinks, my smoky old-fashioned was so overwhelmingly smoky that I had a lingering campfire aftertaste in my mouth longer than I would have liked. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet spot with live music, it's not a bad choice. But the food and drinks were inconsistent, and I wouldn't rush back.

On a previous visit, we placed our order, but our waiter disappeared after bringing drinks and food. When the food arrived, we were missing serving utensils, and it was difficult to track him down. It made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating. This time was completely different. Our server was attentive, proactive, and present. She checked in regularly, made sure we had clean plates, and refilled water without us having to ask, though most of us were busy enjoying our cocktails. That level of service made a noticeable difference. We usually come during happy hour, so it does get crowded. The space itself has a fun vibe. The trees in the center of the room are wrapped in lights, which gives the place a slightly magical feel. If you sit at the bar, you will miss that feature, but that is where the happy hour specials are. We ordered a variety of appetizers: - Brussels sprouts: very greasy and overly salted. 3/5 stars - Loaded nachos: also greasy, with heavily fried chips. 3/5 stars - Guacamole: a hit at the table. Thick, creamy, and well-balanced. 4.5/5 stars - Spinach artichoke dip: another favorite. Rich, creamy, and satisfying. 4.5/5 stars - Beet salad: red and golden beets with a port wine vinaigrette were excellent. The women loved it, the men were less enthusiastic. 4.5/5 stars Drinks: - Kane Head High beer: solid choice for craft beer. 4/5 stars - Spring Spritz: A generous pour of Prosecco with limoncello and a splash of club soda. 4.5/5 stars - Banana Old Fashioned: Tasted more like straight bourbon on the rocks, with little to no banana flavor coming through. 3/5 stars - Chocolate martini: Ask for cream on the side and add it yourself. It softens the drink and enhances the chocolate, making it smooth and indulgent. 5/5 stars The atmosphere is lively and loud, with televisions everywhere playing different channels, so there is always something to watch. Overall, it is a fun spot, especially for happy hour, but the service can really make or break your experience.

We specified we wanted some place that would have a large bar area and tavern food and this place checked those boxes. I was blown away by how big this place is inside. I didn't even see how big the one side of the dining area is since we were on the opposite side where the bar is. Their bar was really big and there were plenty of high top tables too in the bar area. It was pretty busy for a nice Saturday afternoon with March Madness basketball on, yet they only had 1 one bartender. She did her best though to hustle around and was very friendly and had a positive attitude whenever we asked for things. They have plenty of big TVs. In addition to how big it was inside, I noticed they have a huge outdoor patio area as well with tables and a large bar with seating and an outdoor TV. It would be a fun place to check out in warmer weather. For food, we shared the brussels sprouts to start - I liked the chili sauce and the pickled onions. Decent portion. For food, we each got sandwiches. I had the brisket grilled cheese with fries. The sandwich was really good. My husband got the mountainside dip with onion rings. He said the sandwich was pretty good. The onion rings were not very good. There was something off with their batter - they were very thick and didn't have the right crispiness to them. He wishes he just stuck to fries instead of the $3 upcharge for the rings. All in all, we had a mostly pleasant and comfortable visit here. The one annoying thing was this large party seated not far behind us that had several school age boys - the kids were starting to get really loud and were running around at the end. I wish management would have said something to the family - the parents were oblivious to it or just didn't care. There were a few large parties at the restaurant celebrating something with children - I would recommend they sit large parties like this further away from the bar area for the enjoyment of adults just trying to enjoy themselves at the bar. The restaurant is plenty big enough to do this!
