Options options options. This chili's was not only equipped with one, not two, but three hand drying options for those who like to mix things up. To begin there was the stain n airblade hand dryer which is always a quality drying tool. Second there was an automatic paper towel dispenser generating a generous 11 1/2" of towel. And finally while it may be crude it still gets the job done. There was also a roll of paper towel on the counter behind the sink for those who like to induldge themselves in paper towel. read more

Husband and I came here since we had a gift card and he was feeling some baby back ribs for dinner. Off we go to the closest one by our house and it brings us here. We walked inside to awkwardly wait to be greeted by a hostess which I thought is usually the norm. Instead, there was a woman who was sweeping then noticed we were standing. She then grabbed menus and led us to our table. No hello or smile. Just odd. Our waitress came to our table immediately and took our drink orders. She came off very knowledgeable of the menu since she gave us all kinds of options on just what drinks to order. (i.e. coke products, tea, lemonade, and margaritas). She came back to our table a few times and we got around to making our minds on what to order. Both of us got a half rack of ribs since there was a restaurant special going on. It came with choice of salad, side of fries, and dessert all for the price of around $11. Salad came out and it was alright. Entrees came out and the ribs were good. The fries were decent as well. Dessert was supposed to be a mini molten cake, but I'm glad I got a "mini" size since I don't think I could finish a regular sized portion. The trouble came towards the end of the meal. The place have these new Ziosk tabletop tablets that you can use to pay your meal with a credit card. I had a gift card and with tip, I did not have enough to pay for the tip. No big deal as I had my credit card ready to pay for the difference. I had a to wait a good amount to get the waitress's attention to fix it since I wanted her to have her tip. The frustration being that having this device is supposed to make ordering and dining experience better and in this case it didn't. It was annoying that I couldn't order entrees or flag a waitress down for assistance like I have been able to at other places. Plus, these things never seem to print out a receipt. I will probably wait for another gift card to head out here again. read more

I've tried this 3 different times. This particular location is very substandard to the other Chili's around the nation. They fail miserably at customer service, food temperature, and speed of service. This evening I decided to sit in the bar area, and the waiter was more interested in watching his New York Giants try to make a comeback against the Dallas Cowboys. I'm still recovering from the Yokosuka Naval Base's Chili's ... the worst Chili's ever. I refused to eat at Chili's after returning to the States for a couple of years due to the horrible service in Japan. So, it is with great hesitancy that I dare set foot into a Chili's these days, still flinching as waitresses walk by with beverages because I know deep-down they are targeting my shirt and pants to spill tea on. This is the second time that I visited here; I apparently blocked out the first one, but now I'm taking baby steps towards rehab - all due to someone giving us a Chili's gift card for Christmas. Beloved and I broke away from the homestead without the kiddos and waited a little short bit at the bar before getting seated at a decent table. We found the Dinner for Two Combo for $35 option, which included two margaritas, a shared appetizer, two entrees, and a shared dessert. EXCELLENT - the perfect amount of food for us! Margaritas: you could taste that they had alcohol... a welcome surprise for the house Our appetizer: Chips and the fire-grilled corn guacamole - Nice and spicy! Entrees: Both ordered the chicken fajitas - good portion and not skimpy on the chicken. Dessert: Molten Chocolate Cake. Great finish to the meal. We walked out of there fully satiated without feeling rushed despite there being a full crowd. Thankful this Chili's has put me on the road to recovery! read more

Chili's is always good, and they are everywhere. I always get the triple dipper and a salad, but I usually end up wanting for something else afterwards. I don't really know what else is missing, but when Chili's figures it out then I'll give them the fifth star. read more

Hey Chilis is Chilis!!! I LOVE Chilis. They have such a huge variety of food on the menu, the atmosphere is upbeat & awesome and that little iPad thing on the tables makes it super convenient to reorder drinks! My husband and I came here spur of the moment on a Monday afternoon around 2pm. We got a few beers & 2 appetizers. Their draft beer is soooooo cold & tastes great. Not old. I had the Sam Adams summer ale. Holy cannoli it was delicious. We got the beef nachos and the creamy jalapeño boneless wings. I figured nachos were like a plate piled high with chips layered with cheese, jalapeños, onions, beans, meat & sour cream. These were like individual chips. There was about 12 chips in a circle and each chip was topped with refried beans, meat, cheese & 1 jalapeño on top. Lol. They were really soggy on the bottom you literally had to roll them up and shove them in your mouth. The creamy jalapeño boneless wings were pretty good. They were a little soggy as well though, not a slightly crunchy breading like usual boneless wings. The sauce was really good though. The floor was super slippery and sticky at the same time... There was literally no on but us in there, you'd think someone would be cleaning it or something. Lol. 3 stars for a really nice bartender, SUPER COLD BEER, and quick service. We stopped here on our way down to the Outer Banks. This must be a new restaurant because both the outside and inside were immaculate. The restaurant was very wide-open, bright, and clean. It was very pleasant. The server was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get drinks from the bar. Not sure if it was the bartenders fault, or the servers fault. As far as Chili's restaurants go, this was one of the better ones I've been to. read more

I stopped going here for years and we decided to try it again and I am so pleased. The food is better than it was. The managers are involved and you see them helping their servers. It was such a pleasant experience! I'm so glad I gave them another try! I will definitely be going back. So disappointing. We ordered wateemelon crusher for a drink. It tasted of lemon!!?? We ordered tortillia chips,salsa and guac for an appitizer. How did the chips have more flavor than the the guac or salsa? Next quesadillia, grilled in butter? Yuck. 1/2,rack of ribs tasted and looked like it was covered in tomato paste vs. BBQ sauce. I have been to chili's multiple times and I'm not expecting five star service but normal service is expected well I was apart of a party of seven teenagers and we're not rude or rowdy and I actually tip really well but I talked to my server a total of 3 times even though we were sitting right beside the server alley and it was about 25 minutes in between each visit he walked past us many times without even acknowledging us and I didn't like my food which I'm not blaming the sever for but I wanted them to take it back but I had to wait forty five minutes to tell them and the rest of party was already done by the time he came around so I couldn't even order something else and I only got two refills even though I drank my drink in like three minutes read more

Their bar specials are good, I'm a wine drinker so they $4 house wine Merlin is my favorite. My family has various diet restrictions and they are always accommodate our needs. Wonderful service and great food. I have so many favorites here that it is always hard to order. My top favorite orders are: margarita chicken bowl -order habanero sauce on the side and you'll be addicted! (Sauce is off menu so you'll have to ask), buffalo bites are perfect, shrimp tacos are addictive because of the cream sauce, and the chicken enchilada soup is stunning! Typically this place is my go to for dinner dates. I always get the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas that come with sour cream and pico de Gallo. I just went to lunch here today and ordered the same thing except off the lunch menu. When it was brought out to me the tray was covering most of my plate in tortilla chips and then there were the quesadillas. They were dry and only had a couple pieces of chicken in each of the four slices. There was no pico de Gallo or sour cream like it normally comes with. So I asked my waitress if I could have some sour cream and she explained that there would be an 80 cent charge. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but when the dinner portion come with it already I figured the lunch portion would. Overall, lunch time the food is boring and dry. Walked out and went to Court House Cafe and had a great meal. Poor management at Chili's when something like this happens. Plenty of other places to get a good meal. The Food was cooked wonderfully but it did take quite a long time to get food or drinks refilled this time . However I feel that the wait staff was just stretched thin so no fault to anyone. Great Experience here! We strolled in with 20+ people on Sunday with no reservations. The manager seated us as quickly as possible (30min or so) and assisted the waitress in taking all of our orders. They handled our group well and the waitress managed the stress of our large group that contained 5 small children with a smile on her face. I had the my DH and I order the 2 for $20 which is a fantastic deal. We had the fire roasted guacamole with chips and were able to order our own meals. I ordered the mango tilapia and it was delicious. The sauce had a ton of flavor and was delectably spicy. Even though there was a lot of activity they did a great job. read more

Spring break began on Monday so that was not a legitimate excuse for slow service. Was there for a half hour before we received our salads and then another 15 minutes before the entrees came. Went to the great bridge location with my kids on a Sunday evening, seated right away and drink orders taken, Sprite and mango tea for kids, a beer for me, what came out was strawberry lemonade, Sprite, and seriously a draft beer took 20 minutes? Every item that came out had a mess up, and food came out cold as if it sat on the counter FOREVER, which is my guess because we were offered free appetizer for our wait because the "kitchen was behind", the restaurant wasn't even half full of customers.... The waitress was sweet enough, and apologized every time, but it was just all in all a mediocre at best experience, I think I will make the longer trek to the location on Mall Dr in Norfolk. read more

We usually sit in the bar area and service is always great. Great drink specials and cookie skillet is really great here. We also tried the chicken and steak fajitas and bacon chicken ranch quesidellas. The steak was very chewy and kind of fatty. Maybe because it's a cheap cut they serve. And the quesidellas were soggy because they placed the tomatoes/lettuce/sour cream (salsa) under the quesidellas. read more

Unbelievably bad. Was there last Saturday night. A cockroach crawled from our chip basket across the table. After my husband killed it they didn't even pick it up. Yuck. Should have left.
