Special hamburger, drink, fries and chips
    Dan S.

Okay, so I know it's a chain, but honestly they do a pretty good job and their food is always tasty. I like their chips and salsa, wings, and the fajitas are really good. Today we tried the $10.99 special that comes with a meal, drink, fries and Appetizer. Great price, cheaper than getting fast food! My son and I both got hamburgers, add bacon for $2, fries and chips. My wife ordered a bowl of soup. The hamburgers were thick and juicy with good flavor. Wife said the soup was good. Chips and salsa are always good and we got to take some home. We left a really good tip as the service was attentive and friendly and still got out of there for around $40. Best value in town!

Maybe a 2.5. Now I know and understand that there is an employee shortage at this time. But the service was not good one Saturday evening at this Chili's location. Someone else said it best that this is not the best Chili's.... Our waiter did tell us one time that the kitchen was SUPER backed up from online pickup orders, but he wasn't really attentive nor did he check in on us while we waited and received our orders in pieces. (Maybe management should put out less openings for pick up slots?) We waited forever for our food. Everyone was served at different times so my sister and brother-in-law were finished by the time I got 2/3 my meal. The other 1/3 actually came about the time we were ready to leave. It was truly disappointing. After two refills of our lemonades, the refills stopped the rest of the time, which probably wouldn't have been noticeable except our food did taken a lot longer than I expected. Usually we can go into a Chili's and after being seated we usually only spend about 45 minutes maximum. But this dinner was an hour and a half. Before we decided to leave, then the payment device on our table wasn't working and then we were charged for items we didn't get. It was a whole issue. The food was meh, not terrible, but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity. Or maybe get the online pickup lol.

My first time at Chili's and I don't think I will come back. First, they don't automatically serve free chips after you sit down. We were served drinks and waited for about 20 mins for our starters to come. Because we were so hungry and since it is a Tex-Mex restaurant, we asked the waiter if they have free chips. The waiter said we need to register with the little tablet on the table in order to get the chips. Because we were too hungry, we had to register. Waited for another 10 mins , the starter finally came. We finished our starter, and the chips still didn't come. We had to to ask for the chips again. The chips are below average, other food was about average. Serve was below average.

Ribeye Steaks with accompanying sides. Side of Shrimp was extra, but made it a little better. Great cut of meat.

Haven't been to this location for a long time. When we came in they told us there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. It was kind of weird because I counted 7-8 empty, clean and ready tables. So we waited and low and behold we got one of those tables. Mandatory wait for a table??? Why?? Who knows. So when we got seated and ordered we were greeted by a friendly server and received our drinks and appetizers right away! The appetizer was really good. We had the southwestern egg Rolls and fried pickles. The pickles were disappointing S they were very greasy. Eggs rolls were so good!!! We ordered the Ribeye steak for our main course. They were big and cooked just right. They came hot to our table and I was surprised they were really good. Sides were also fresh and tasty. Had the service issue on table seating not taken so long this place should easily a 4 star & maybe a 5 star review. Whatever the policy is to have customers wait a mandatory 15 min before seating it needs to be addressed. Management should take note from customer. Hostess was actually watching a timer on her screen when 15 min came up. Then she walked over to waiting area to let us know a table was ready. Look at the 2 1/2 stars you have from Yelpers. Strive to do better!!

Service was slow, but the el presidente margaritas were bomb. I suggest a regular one before dinner and a sweet one as a desert.

I reached out to the manager about hosting our daughter's birthday dinner, and what followed was flawless execution. We pre planned everything including named seating, small decor, and pre ordered courses, and the team came prepared with a spreadsheet and complete confidence. The service felt almost choreographed. Plates moved through the dining room effortlessly, every dish arrived hot, perfectly timed, and beautifully presented. There truly is not one thing at WildFin that is not delicious. Each course somehow outdid the last, and the pacing was impeccable. The staff was attentive without hovering, thoughtful, and more dialed in than anywhere else I could have chosen to celebrate her. I have celebrated my own birthday at WildFin before, when friends surprised me by calling ahead and having the bill comped, so I already knew this team handled special requests with care. This experience only confirmed it. We are originally from Las Vegas, where hospitality sets a different standard, and WildFin meets and exceeds those expectations. Now that we live in Northern Utah, this is the only place we will bring friends and family when we want outstanding food and exceptional service. Thank you to Dan and the entire WildFin team. You gave our daughter a night she will remember forever.

Even in 90-degree-weather days, the coolness from the fountains splashing and numerous nearby trees and bushes make the experience very pleasant with even a slight breeze. The entrees are reasonably priced and very tempting, it's a challenge to choose what to eat. My suggestion? Give the wait staff an idea of your favorites and ask them to make a suggestion. Both times I've been here, I ordered what they suggested and it was amazing. The seafood, sauces and flavors are elegant and well executed. They have lots of options for seafood lovers and those who love it less. On my latest trip, I got the Prawn Scampi. The spaghettini noodles were cooked al dente, the butter garlic sauce was delicious, and when you combined them with a grape tomato, a part of the asparagus heart, and one of the prawns it was a taste symphony! A tip! Sometimes they have special where if you show them a ticket to a movie at the nearby Cinemark theater, they'll give you a free appetizer. I got the Seafood Chowder. It was rich, thick and savory with small chunks of scallops and fish with corn, onion, and bacon. Delicious!

The in depth: Rj grill is just off of Main Street in the business center with Spankys, Costa Vida, etc. Just hopped in after a workout via the recommendation of my barber. The interior wasn't anything to write home about but that's not why I go somewhere to eat. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with waffle fries, and within 5-10 minutes they were out with my order. The star of the show turns out to be those fries, I don't know what seasoning they had in there but it was honestly fantastic. The burger itself was nice and juicy with chewy bacon. As I write this my mouth still feels the amount of salt that I just had so if you're wary of that here's your warning. They also had Mexican sodas and sweet treats, I didn't get any but it could be a fun addition to an outing here. In the end if you're in bountiful and want a good burger that isn't a chain, this is probably a top option. Burgers will also run you about $13.5-$16 before tax with fries included) Rating: 4.25/5

We usually go with the hamburgers and they're really quite good. Today we tried the following; Monte Cristo sandwich and it looked good and had good flavor but it was really thickly battered, too much so taking away from the flavor. 3/5 And the fluffy sandwich. Two grilled cheese sandwiches, as the buns, and a hamburger patty with mushrooms and bacon in the middle. Not something I would normally order but the guy at the counter said it was amazing with even better flavor than the burgers. It was good but I thought the bread took away from the overall flavor, needed more sauce, and the round patty doesn't fit with the square bread. And it was quite the bomb, as expected. 3/5 We'll be back but will go back to the burgers. Their fries are very good much like McDonalds fries if you like those. 4/5

I ordered the Custom Protein Plate to include Al Pastor Shredded Chicken, Fresno Cauliflower, and Cilantro Lime Slaw. I also requested a side of their pita bread and hummus along with just a side of pita strips. Lastly was the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico. After waiting nearly an hour for my food to be ready to pick-up I was absolutely starving and stupidly didn't check the bag (which was sealed/stapled in a sturdy brown paper bag). Was very disappointed to see that I did not receive the pita bread and hummus side. I did receive just the plain pita strips that I also had ordered, and thank GOD I requested the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico otherwise I would have had no spice or dipping for the bread and my meal. The Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce is spicy (but not too much so). It has the perfect kick that will definitely have me returning. The Israeli Pico was also fantastic and extremely fresh and flavorful. Both sides/sauces were so good that I honestly want to try them all eventually. The Al Pastor Shredded Chicken wasn't anything spectacular. It honestly tasted pretty much like any shredded chicken that you would receive at a Mexican restaurant. The Fresno Cauliflower was absolutely fantastic! Definitely could've used a larger portion size than what was included. The Cilantro Lime Slaw was also flavorful and very healthy/light on the abdomen. Only thing I will say is that it definitely didn't taste as good on day two so you might want to keep that in mind if you like to have leftovers such as myself. The pita strips were a bit disappointing. Almost rock hard and not very fresh though I will say they were all gone in the same evening as the seasoning is good and they aren't very large to begin with. Definitely do plan on returning but not quite sure when. I work a lot of long hours so I depend on takeout for most of my meals and I'm indifferent about a restaurant that couldn't get my order correct the FIRST time visiting (especially since I had already been warned; obviously it's a problem at this location). Vessel Kitchen definitely is a good, non guilty way of indulging without breaking the bank.
