I'd give it zero stars if I could. We've been to this Chili's several times, always with mediocre service and food. We gave it another try a few days ago though. We walked in and stood up front waiting to be seated for almost five minutes. A few employees walked past us without a glance or word. We finally turned around and left. Is it now a seat yourself thing? There was no sign and no direction from staff. So whether or not it is seat yourself, this was not a good experience. We won't be returning. read more

If negative five stars were an option, that's what it would be. Now, I have nothing against Chili's, its a good restaurant to find food with a big group, and all other locations I have been to are good. But the last time, and the very last time I will visit this location, was the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, which was expected for a Friday night, then we were seated and it was seriously another 20 minutes before we even saw our waitress. So we gave her our order and were on our way. 30 minutes go by, and we grab our waitress for more drinks and casually, politely ask if they are backed up in the kitchen. When she realizes, she COMPLETELY FORGOT TO PUT IN OUR FOOD ORDER. Appalled, my dad says, we have been here for over an hour, are you joking? She apologizes and apologizes and says she has been working all day and that she'll bring out free chips and queso. So she does and another 15 minutes pass. At this point, I am done wrestling a restless 1 yr old, and had somewhere to be, so I just say, have them send my food to go, i'll get it later. So the food finally arrives, they forgot half the stuff we asked for, so my dad asks for to go boxes and the manager. And the girl has a confused look on her face so he tells her, my daughter had to leave because this took so long, you forgot half the things we asked for, I am just done I would like to let your manager know, we would just like to take this to go and leave. So the manager comes over, apologizes, asks what was forgotten and that the chips and queso would be free and we could each get free dessert as well. The waitress brings us the rest of our food and boxes, my dad orders desserts for us and we think we are in the clear. Then here comes the waitress again saying they can only do 2 free desserts, not four. So my dad loses it. Says forget it, just get me the bill, we are done and we never want to come back. So she panics, runs to her manager and brings all 4 free desserts, my dad pays, for the "free" chips and queso nonetheless, and leaves. Side note: My neighbors were also there that night with a gift card the manager had personally given them because of a similar experience we had, so that they would come back, only to be told by her that they couldn't use it. I can only hope they can get it together, hire a new manager, because she is completely incompetent, and become a decent restaurant again, otherwise I can only hope they close and a better restaurant takes their place. read more

Worst chilies I've ever been to. The spinach queso was cold and there wasn't any queso in it. The meat on the bigmouth bites were burnt and the ranch was soaked into the bun as if it was sitting for a wile. Everything was cold and we couldn't even finish our meal. I love the chillis in Harrisville and thought it would be the same experience but it was probably the worst food I have ever gotten for a restaurant. Service was also not very good. My wife and I got there and requested a high chair for our one-year-old. After we got seated, we waited a few minutes and no one brought one. So I went to the host table and asked someone else for one. After they finally brought one, we waited 20 minutes and a server never showed up to our table, so we just got up and left. read more

Epically slow service- 20 minutes to get water, 40 minutes to get food on a day that appeared to be average to slow. Food was the typical bland food chain disaster. Why did we come here? It was a Sunday and it was the only sit down place open in the area. In hind sight I should have gone to In and Out- at least it would have been faster and cheaper. This is the worst Chilli's location I have ever seen! I go relatively often since my work gives out gift cards and this location is near my house, but I know to expect at least an hour and usually an hour and a half or more for my total visit, including not getting my food for the first 2/3 of that. I almost always go on week nights and have been once on a Friday night, and usually show up around 6:45-7:30. We are typically seated fairly quickly (or at least as soon as someone eventually shows up at the host stand), then the server will usually moseys over after we've been there for 10 or so minutes to let us know that he "will be with us soon". Not sure if these guys are just severely understaffed or if they are just bad a planning scheduling because the servers are usually covering WAY too many tables. Its also rough since we have kids so we are always fighting with them until the food comes, and when you are waiting to long for that things can get hostile. They've also been out of chip 3 of the last 4 times I've been, and on the last they were nice enough to run us out some free ones when they were ready. The food quality has also been sub par at this location, and nearly everything we have gotten has been just okay and some things have been no good. Usually you can call fajitas a safe bet, what can you mess up on sautéed meat and veggies right, well the 2 times I ordered them at this location the skillet was not sizzling when I got them and the meat didn't taste great and veggies were soggy so I have not since and will not order them again at this location. If you are a manager or owner of this location, please go do something about the terrible quality of everything here, Im not complaining because I am a food snob too good for chilli's, I love chilli's it has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and I with I could rely on this location, I like chilli's so much that I still go to this location knowing that it will be sub par compared to other locations. read more

This place is walking distance from our house so we go here often..... It usually meet our needs and we get what we ordered and leave satisfied. It's Chili's.....and they do a decent job at being Chili's. My only concern is that it is often not as clean as I feel a restaurant should be. Sticky menus, tables not wiped down, food on the floor under some of the tables after they have been reset. Although, the way some people with children leave their tables it would take way too long to clean up to 100% perfection. The service was great, the facility was clean, however the building was so freezing, it was borderline inappropriate. My entire party had goosebumps the entire time, no exaggeration. Our party had to send someone home to grab jackets and we were still freezing through them. The server did her best to apologize for how cold it was, but the entire meal was completely unenjoyable due to the freezing temp. I cannot believe that a chain restaurant could possibly allow their temp to be so low (waitress said it was placed at 63 degrees.) this was the most uncomfortable meal I have ever sat through. read more

I love myself a Chilis, but unfortunately this location has regularly been less than par, and I don't know that my feelings can handle another heart break. One time we went in with a small group, ordered, waited like 40-45 minutes and they forgot my burger. Waited another 10, got my burger but it had no cheese on it, they took it back, and when it came back out it was the same burger with a large, thick cold block of cheese on it, not even close to melted, so I was like whaaaat. So disappointed! We called ahead for reservations. When we arrived, we had to wait to be seated so the wait staff could "catch up". Less than 50% of the tables were seated and I counted 6 waiters on our side of the restaurant. We have been here 1 hour and 10 minutes and are just now getting our food. After 45 minutes of waiting I had to find a manager so someone would take our order. Our waiter said they were swamped tonight. Um...if this is swamped, I'd hate to see a Friday or Saturday night! Came to eat around lunchtime with my nana. The service was quick. The server looked an acted very professional . This was defiantly the coolest chilies I have ever been too, because they had these cool machines where you could pay the check from your table. How can a business simply not care about customer service?? Look at these horrible reviews! 5 months ago I swore I would never go back, but one of my employees had his choice and he chose there. As we were pulling in, I told him I swore I wouldn't be back because the hostess was horrible. I even called the manager after my party and two other parties left because of the same thing. Hoping it would be different, we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait to be seated when there were only 6 tables with customers??? I asked why we couldn't sit in any if the 20 open tables? As the manager put her head down and walked away quickly, the hostess said "we don't have enough servers so you'll have to wait till their section opens up". I asked if we could sit and wait while we have a Coke and she laughed and said "didn't you hear what I just said!?" WOW! As I was walking out she yelled sarcastically "Hope your day gets better"! Wow! What a wonderful place. Service is so good (drinks quickly refilled; chips and salsa was delicious). Server asked if we wanted more chips, but said no to save room for our main meals (margarita flat bread, alfredo chicken pasta, and grilled chicken breast with mango salsa). So obsessed! My friends and I go here at least once a week but usually more! (More than I'm proud to admit) Chips and salsa is a big favorite especially when the chips are warm! It's very handy that you can pay at the table without waiting for the waitress, but that's only handy if you have a debit card. It can be a pain waiting to pay with cash. I love pretty much anything on the menu. The rewards program is super beneficial for people who eat here frequently! Family friendly. This location is pretty hit and miss. The bar side is usually really quick and our order is accurate. The dining side is consistently bad. We ate there today and it was the worst experience yet. We were the server's only table and he completely forgot to ring in 2/3 of the order. My husband waited about 45 minutes for a cheeseburger. The manager brought it out and just said "Sorry- it shouldn't have taken that long" and walked away. They took $5 off our bill. Pretty unimpressed overall. read more

My ONLY complaint is that this last time I came, I ordered a prime rib smothered burrito, and it had little to no flavor. Worst experience ever. Five of us went for my grand daughters 5th birthday and was ruined by Chilli's. First we had to wait for my other daughter to arrive so I went in and got a $50.00 gift card with a bonus card of $10.00. I spent 15 minutes trying to get a gift card from a bunch of idiots. When my daughter arrived we went in to eat. The hostess tried to seat us in a area with a lot of traffic and the high chair would be in the way. I had to ask for another table. Service for terrible waiting 15 minutes before finally taking our order. As a customer we should not have to ask for napkins to get our drinks refilled. A good waiter or waitress always makes sure there table is well taken care of. Next the food both my daughters received cold mashed potatoes like someone forgot to put them in the microwave. One of my daughters steak came out so rare we couldn't believe that they would have a cook that can't cook a steak correct. The waitress took the steak back to cook more and in the mean time she brought out the mashed potatoes in cups for my kids. My daughter ate all the mashed potatoes before getting her steak back which then didn't even taste good like someone put something on it. After waiting for a long time we got the check without a happy birthday to my grand daughter and without ever bringing our desert since we got the two for twenty five. We then ask for a manager and he said my gift card takes 24 hours to activate. We had to get a refund for the gift card then pay cash and we lost our $10.00 extra gift card because this. The manager said he needs to inform his staff about having to wait 24 hours. Bottom line don't go there. The manager, cook and waitress wouldn't make a pimple on a real manager, cook and waitresses rear end. read more

Took my family for dinner on Thursday evening. Our food tasted old like it had been sitting on a warmer for a long time. The service was awful they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The experience started out great! We were seated quickly, host got our drink orders in fast, food was pretty good as well! Appetizer was a bit sad and lacking, but still tasted great! Our food came out quick, and the burger was great! The fries were a bit stale, but over all good food. But when it came to paying at the Ziosk, my server Krystal came back to the table and asked very loudly with attitude if she had done something wrong to get the tip amount. EXCUSE ME? Did you just confront me about how much I tipped you? Not to mention, she was talking to other guests about how she doesn't like the job because the pay is only 2.17 and hour and she has to live off of tips. I didn't know that my 15% tip would put me into such an awkward situation because of all of the guests around us hearing what was going on! We are literally talking $1.20 from being a 18% tip which is what I usually go with! I was mortified that it was even brought up! As soon as I walked in I was pleased. The staff was friendly, I was quickly seated, and the decoration of the restaurant, along with music playing, created a calm mood. I was greeted with a choice to sit at a bistro table right in front of the doors, or wait for a table because "all our other tables are dirty." When I was seated, I was asked to use the "Ziosk" to order. I refused, and Tom was our server. He was delightful. Food was good, when we finally got it. The wait was long. If you ever get a waitress named Crystal, request a different waitress. I frequently go to this Chili's, and usually service here is great, the place is very clean, and the food is good (try 2 for 20 menu).Tonight my boyfriend and I went to Chili's for dinner, and the service was the worst we've ever experienced. Our waitress came to our table three times total (order, drinks, check), and we had to wait for over an hour to get food. Other waitresses eventually picked up her slack, bringing us refills and the food. At the end, we tipped only 10% because of the poor service. She came back to the table as my boyfriend was packing up the food and asked him why he didn't tip more. He said it was because of the poor service. She started complaining, saying that she only makes $2/hr without tips, and that she was 5 months pregnant, needed to pay the bills, etc etc etc. She tried to guilt us into giving her a bigger tip.
