Food, service and overall ambiance was great. Sundays in Utah are always peaceful and not overcrowded. Chili's has free chips and salsa if you spend more than $5.00 so thats easy. Overall a good experience. Parked a large truck easy outside too! read more

Chili's - Chicken sandwich - Tex-Mex Near Me - Centerville, Utah

Okay, so I know it's a chain, but honestly they do a pretty good job and their food is always tasty. I like their chips and salsa, wings, and the fajitas are really good. Today we tried the $10.99 special that comes with a meal, drink, fries and Appetizer. Great price, cheaper than getting fast food! My son and I both got hamburgers, add bacon for $2, fries and chips. My wife ordered a bowl of soup. The hamburgers were thick and juicy with good flavor. Wife said the soup was good. Chips and salsa are always good and we got to take some home. We left a really good tip as the service was attentive and friendly and still got out of there for around $40. Best value in town! read more

Took 15 minutes sitting at the bar yesterday for lunch to receive my hamburger and fries. The food waa good but the waitress never asked me how I'd like my burger cooked, never stopped by afterwards to ask me if I needed a refill on my water or anything else. I needed more napkins and water. Ive receive a lot better service at other restaurants. read more

Haven't been to chilis in years and wanted to revisit. Our server was great and on top of everything. Unfortunately my medium rare steak was well done but she quickly had that fixed. The kitchen forgot our fries and we had to wait longer for that. The wings & fries were great. The manager & server were great. The cleanliness on the other hand was concerning. Our waitress brought out a plate that had some brown lumpy residue still on it. She got us a different plate but all the plates were wet and we had to wipe them dry with the napkins at our table. The booths weren't the cleanest either. The waitress was doing a great job & really on top of everything. I do not think we will be returning. I would suggest getting take out if you're feeling nostalgic or craving food from there. read more

Chili's - happy people about the yummy food and service - Tex-Mex Near Me - Centerville, Utah

Steak was overcooked with very hard crust; asparagus was hard and inedible. Worst steak I have ever had from them. Won't order from them again. Yuck! read more

Had a party of 10, not that big and was totally fine sitting at two tables. Was told 30 minutes, then 40. Ending up waiting over an hour while parties of 6-8 were being seating. Could see empty booths and seating but no communication or rush to get us seated. And it was Wednesday after rush. Very disappointed and upset with the service and this location read more

Our server, Spencer was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. It came out in a timely manner. He made sure our drinks were always refilled. I never ran low and when it came to the food, he made sure that we had everything that we needed and or wanted I would say that our service was pretty close to 10 out of 10 would recommend read more

"The day I learned the word "Sizzling"! It was good experience but if you order alcoholic drinks make sure your waiter is "of the age" otherwise he will get lost for 30 min cause he is not allowed to serve it... food was great! And whole experience was salvaged after we got the right waiter.. we'll be back read more

Maybe a 2.5. Now I know and understand that there is an employee shortage at this time. But the service was not good one Saturday evening at this Chili's location. Someone else said it best that this is not the best Chili's.... Our waiter did tell us one time that the kitchen was SUPER backed up from online pickup orders, but he wasn't really attentive nor did he check in on us while we waited and received our orders in pieces. (Maybe management should put out less openings for pick up slots?) We waited forever for our food. Everyone was served at different times so my sister and brother-in-law were finished by the time I got 2/3 my meal. The other 1/3 actually came about the time we were ready to leave. It was truly disappointing. After two refills of our lemonades, the refills stopped the rest of the time, which probably wouldn't have been noticeable except our food did taken a lot longer than I expected. Usually we can go into a Chili's and after being seated we usually only spend about 45 minutes maximum. But this dinner was an hour and a half. Before we decided to leave, then the payment device on our table wasn't working and then we were charged for items we didn't get. It was a whole issue. The food was meh, not terrible, but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity. Or maybe get the online pickup lol. read more

Chili's - Chicken Crispers - Tex-Mex Near Me - Centerville, Utah

Food was fine, not hot not cold. Average is what I would call it. The chicken sandwich was the best of everything and huge. All the food should be that way. read more

My first time at Chili's and I don't think I will come back. First, they don't automatically serve free chips after you sit down. We were served drinks and waited for about 20 mins for our starters to come. Because we were so hungry and since it is a Tex-Mex restaurant, we asked the waiter if they have free chips. The waiter said we need to register with the little tablet on the table in order to get the chips. Because we were too hungry, we had to register. Waited for another 10 mins , the starter finally came. We finished our starter, and the chips still didn't come. We had to to ask for the chips again. The chips are below average, other food was about average. Serve was below average. read more

This place is hit and miss. I have had the best waitress ever here and also the worst service ever here. Tonight I had to ask three times for water to be refilled for the first time. We also came to watch the game...which was changed away from the game at the start of our meal. I want to like this place but always feel I leave unsatisfied in some way. I usually like to tip well even when it is a busy night but I feel it needed improvement tonight and limited my tip. Food is always sub par. read more

Chili's has great food and great service! The vibe is always fun! My husband and I love coming to enjoy a delicious burger with a beer!

The food was delicious, however we didn't get as much of the But on the fajita's we didn't get as much shrimp and steak as the Chili's in Sandy. On the surf and turf I was supposed get 12 shrimp I only got nine. They no longer have thousand island dressing. Didn't say anything about it because we had 15 people in our party. The waitress Jordan was awesome. She took care of our whole table by herself. I'm one to ask for a lot of extras. She kept our drinks full and the chips. read more

Terrible service. Very rude. They gossip about you and rip into you to your face. avoid this location.

Vanessa was an amazing server, she was very attentive and friendly, she always made sure our drinks were filled, and our food came out nice and hot, and did not take very long to get to us. We will definitely return and hope that she will be our server again. read more

We haven't been to a Chili's in awhile. We had forgotten how good their chips and queso are! Light, crispy chips. And complementary! We shared a smokehouse combo. We had ribs, chicken, and jalapeño sausage. All So delicious. It also came w corn on the cob, fries and toast. The corn and fries were def not our favorite but everything else was top notch! Waitress was friendly. read more

We ate here to celebrate a high school graduation. No wait at lunch. Plenty of parking near a freeway exit. The service and food were good. I love their sampler plate of southwest egg rolls, mini cheeseburgers with grilled onions and fried cheddar bites. read more

Haven't been to this location for a long time. When we came in they told us there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. It was kind of weird because I counted 7-8 empty, clean and ready tables. So we waited and low and behold we got one of those tables. Mandatory wait for a table??? Why?? Who knows. So when we got seated and ordered we were greeted by a friendly server and received our drinks and appetizers right away! The appetizer was really good. We had the southwestern egg Rolls and fried pickles. The pickles were disappointing S they were very greasy. Eggs rolls were so good!!! We ordered the Ribeye steak for our main course. They were big and cooked just right. They came hot to our table and I was surprised they were really good. Sides were also fresh and tasty. Had the service issue on table seating not taken so long this place should easily a 4 star & maybe a 5 star review. Whatever the policy is to have customers wait a mandatory 15 min before seating it needs to be addressed. Management should take note from customer. Hostess was actually watching a timer on her screen when 15 min came up. Then she walked over to waiting area to let us know a table was ready. Look at the 2 1/2 stars you have from Yelpers. Strive to do better!! read more

I had recently watched an Office episode where Michael and Jan took Tim Meadow's character out to Chili's for business/sales meeting. It had been years since I had been there so we decided to try it out. Our family of 6 was seated right away. The table was a bit sticky and I was unsure how clean it was. Luckily the kids had their paper coloring mats that they could place down. The service was a bit slow and sporadic. After we ordered our food, the food came out in two shifts; with a 10 minute gap between when the first plates came and when the last plates came. They brought us a complimentary dessert because of this. Everything was in order and the food was decent. We did get the fried onion pedals, and those were fantastic. The ribs were tender and had a pretty good flavor. My kids tried a variety of the kid menu options. The kids hamburger and quesadilla were over cooked. It was a fun nostalgic visit. Not the best experience, but meets expectations. read more

Granted, it was a pick up order later on a Friday night but when I arrived (as directed) 40 mins after the order was placed, they let me know then that they had run out of the food for 1 of my items. Did I want to replace it with something? Really? And wait another 40 minutes while my original order went cold or sat under a heat lamp? We got a salad as a replacement- not because we wanted one, just because it was the quickest thing. Not a place I'd return to. read more

Not the World's Best Chili's. The food is on par with any other Chilis you've gone to but the service just isn't what it could be. Multiple visits have yielded similar results and a lunch here takes far longer than it should. 90 minutes is too long for semi-fast food and when you find yourself watching the kitchen for your food to come out, you know you've passed the line. Good food if you have the time. read more

Good food, good service. I got the dry rub ribs with fries. It wasn't out of this world, but it fed me and I was satisfied. The new "home" BBQ sauce was something else. I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. I couldn't put my finger on it. It was borderline synthetic tasting, but then I tried it again and it was just a sauce I hadn't tasted before. It flip flopped for me, so I just stopped dipping my rib meat in it. The dry rub on top was fantastic. My husband got chicken and shrimp fajitas. He really liked them. I had a taste and liked it a lot. They had a nice, light, summer-like flavor. The chicken was moist and the shrimp was cooked nicely. It wasn't shriveled up and rubbery like some I've had in my journey to find the perfect fajitas. We've been to Chili's (this location and others) over the years and never drop dead, loved our experience or food. Today however had a little spark and got us on the line. We'll come back and try something else to see if we can add this place to our weekend possibilities of dining out. *No spoons, no napkins, didn't get the ranch we ordered, took a while for food, restaurant was empty....but then again it was only 4PM. read more

This location has gotten better at their service, a vast improvement in my opinion over what it was a year ago. In addition, the updated menu has some great new options - I love the new burgers and the prime rib rice bowl (so flavorful). But the primary thing that keeps me coming back is how friendly the staff is to my toddler, always going out their way to make her experience great, and that means everything to me! Chili's isn't fancy, but neither are they trying to be, and colored to other similar restaurants in the area, including Iggy's and Applebee's, this location is the best option! read more
