Okay, so I know it's a chain, but honestly they do a pretty good job and their food is always tasty. I like their chips and salsa, wings, and the fajitas are really good. Today we tried the $10.99 special that comes with a meal, drink, fries and Appetizer. Great price, cheaper than getting fast food! My son and I both got hamburgers, add bacon for $2, fries and chips. My wife ordered a bowl of soup. The hamburgers were thick and juicy with good flavor. Wife said the soup was good. Chips and salsa are always good and we got to take some home. We left a really good tip as the service was attentive and friendly and still got out of there for around $40. Best value in town! read more

Haven't been to chilis in years and wanted to revisit. Our server was great and on top of everything. Unfortunately my medium rare steak was well done but she quickly had that fixed. The kitchen forgot our fries and we had to wait longer for that. The wings & fries were great. The manager & server were great. The cleanliness on the other hand was concerning. Our waitress brought out a plate that had some brown lumpy residue still on it. She got us a different plate but all the plates were wet and we had to wipe them dry with the napkins at our table. The booths weren't the cleanest either. The waitress was doing a great job & really on top of everything. I do not think we will be returning. This place is hit and miss. I have had the best waitress ever here and also the worst service ever here. Tonight I had to ask three times for water to be refilled for the first time. We also came to watch the game...which was changed away from the game at the start of our meal. I want to like this place but always feel I leave unsatisfied in some way. Maybe a 2.5. Now I know and understand that there is an employee shortage at this time. But the service was not good one Saturday evening at this Chili's location. Someone else said it best that this is not the best Chili's.... Our waiter did tell us one time that the kitchen was SUPER backed up from online pickup orders, but he wasn't really attentive nor did he check in on us while we waited and received our orders in pieces. (Maybe management should put out less openings for pick up slots?) We waited forever for our food. Everyone was served at different times so my sister and brother-in-law were finished by the time I got 2/3 my meal. The other 1/3 actually came about the time we were ready to leave. It was truly disappointing. After two refills of our lemonades, the refills stopped the rest of the time, which probably wouldn't have been noticeable except our food did taken a lot longer than I expected. Usually we can go into a Chili's and after being seated we usually only spend about 45 minutes maximum. But this dinner was an hour and a half. Before we decided to leave, then the payment device on our table wasn't working and then we were charged for items we didn't get. It was a whole issue. The food was meh, not terrible, but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity. Or maybe get the online pickup lol. read more

My first time at Chili's and I don't think I will come back. First, they don't automatically serve free chips after you sit down. We were served drinks and waited for about 20 mins for our starters to come. Because we were so hungry and since it is a Tex-Mex restaurant, we asked the waiter if they have free chips. The waiter said we need to register with the little tablet on the table in order to get the chips. Because we were too hungry, we had to register. Waited for another 10 mins , the starter finally came. We finished our starter, and the chips still didn't come. We had to to ask for the chips again. The food was delicious, however we didn't get as much of the But on the fajita's we didn't get as much shrimp and steak as the Chili's in Sandy. On the surf and turf I was supposed get 12 shrimp I only got nine. They no longer have thousand island dressing. Didn't say anything about it because we had 15 people in our party. Haven't been to this location for a long time. When we came in they told us there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. It was kind of weird because I counted 7-8 empty, clean and ready tables. So we waited and low and behold we got one of those tables. Mandatory wait for a table??? Why?? Who knows. So when we got seated and ordered we were greeted by a friendly server and received our drinks and appetizers right away! The appetizer was really good. We had the southwestern egg Rolls and fried pickles. The pickles were disappointing S they were very greasy. Eggs rolls were so good!!! We ordered the Ribeye steak for our main course. They were big and cooked just right. They came hot to our table and I was surprised they were really good. Sides were also fresh and tasty. Had the service issue on table seating not taken so long this place should easily a 4 star & maybe a 5 star review. Whatever the policy is to have customers wait a mandatory 15 min before seating it needs to be addressed. Management should take note from customer. I had recently watched an Office episode where Michael and Jan took Tim Meadow's character out to Chili's for business/sales meeting. It had been years since I had been there so we decided to try it out. Our family of 6 was seated right away. The table was a bit sticky and I was unsure how clean it was. Luckily the kids had their paper coloring mats that they could place down. The service was a bit slow and sporadic. After we ordered our food, the food came out in two shifts; with a 10 minute gap between when the first plates came and when the last plates came. They brought us a complimentary dessert because of this. Everything was in order and the food was decent. We did get the fried onion pedals, and those were fantastic. The ribs were tender and had a pretty good flavor. My kids tried a variety of the kid menu options. The kids hamburger and quesadilla were over cooked. It was a fun nostalgic visit. Good food, good service. I got the dry rub ribs with fries. It wasn't out of this world, but it fed me and I was satisfied. The new "home" BBQ sauce was something else. I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. I couldn't put my finger on it. It was borderline synthetic tasting, but then I tried it again and it was just a sauce I hadn't tasted before. It flip flopped for me, so I just stopped dipping my rib meat in it. The dry rub on top was fantastic. My husband got chicken and shrimp fajitas. He really liked them. I had a taste and liked it a lot. They had a nice, light, summer-like flavor. The chicken was moist and the shrimp was cooked nicely. It wasn't shriveled up and rubbery like some I've had in my journey to find the perfect fajitas. We've been to Chili's (this location and others) over the years and never drop dead, loved our experience or food. Today however had a little spark and got us on the line. This location has gotten better at their service, a vast improvement in my opinion over what it was a year ago. In addition, the updated menu has some great new options - I love the new burgers and the prime rib rice bowl (so flavorful). But the primary thing that keeps me coming back is how friendly the staff is to my toddler, always going out their way to make her experience great, and that means everything to me! Multiple visits have yielded similar results and a lunch here takes far longer than it should. 90 minutes is too long for semi-fast food and when you find yourself watching the kitchen for your food to come out, you know you've passed the line.
