Tried Chili's to go. Waited 40 minutes. Food was cold when I got it home (3 minutes away), food was lumped together and soggy. The chicken was tough and the steak was 3 ounces less than ordered. Very disappointed. We won't be making that choice again. read more

Very slow service. I was seated in the bar area for almost 10 minutes before I was approached by a server. It is 7:20 on a Tuesday night. Not really a crowd. The meal, 2 apps, and the check both took forever as well. Over an hour to get through here is ridiculous. read more

Super disorganized. Ordered to go and they kept telling me to go to different parts of the restaurant. Then when they decided where they want me, no one was there to help me. Appeared they were training someone because the new person just stared at me, until the person who knew it was going on, came over to help. I clicked through the yelp app, and several of the burgers that are listed on their menu, are not available anymore. Pretty frustrating, and had to listen to the lady on the phone go over all my different choices. Be aware, and called to make sure you know what's available. read more

This is the local Chili's of a great friend, and we visit pretty much every time I visit her in Cedar. There's always good service, and great food. I'll certainly continue to go to this Chili's, and love it. read more

Disappointing for $56 and a $10 tip on a to-go order. Food mediocre. Our burgers were really overcooked, burned. The chicken fingers were so-so. The buffalo wings were just wings, not a stick of celery. Based on the other reviews which seem good, guess you just have to take your chances.... read more

Like chili's and all but had a bad experience with the manager being really rude. Also seems like some of the quality has gone down

OK...first off, I'm shocked. This place used to suck a bag of D's when I first started going here. But they did a staff overhaul and it shows. Plus the restaurant has been remodeled and looks really cool. (Check out the lighting, its swanky.) Anyway, I waited less than 5 minutes to get seated, on a busy evening (that was pretty cool.) We were seated in a booth, which I prefer. The waitress was really friendly and approachable. Got our drinks immediately and they would get refilled often. I LOVE THAT!!! I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta and my friend got the 10 oz. Sirloin steak (med rare) with broccoli. Very quickly we got our food and it did not disappoint. Pasta dishes are hard to screw up, but this was actually pretty amazing. Better than the other pasta dishes I get at places like TGI-Chili-Bee's. The chicken was tender, juicy, and the spice in the dish was just right. It couldn't have been better. The steak was cooked to perfection. My friend asked for extra broccoli and it was given for no extra charge. (AGAIN, I LOVE THAT!!!) The only thing I disliked was that the booth has some crumbs and there were a bunch of screaming kids, but that's just nit-picking. Love this place, Chili's was a winner. :) read more

I ordered a Santa Fe chicken salad curve side. When I got home I realized the salad that normally comes with avocado and Santa Fe dressing didn't this time. read more

The wife and I stopped by here while we waited for family to arrive for Thanksgiving weekend and we definitely received what we expected - good food and great service! read more

I am from Vegas and drove up to Cedar City for business. We chose Chili's to have lunch. I ordered the famous Crispy Chicken and for sides I had the mash potatoes and corn on the cob for sides. Our dining time was at 11:30 am and it was empty. My chicken looked like it was from the night before and was not crispy. The mash potatoes had a rubbery film like they were sitting out for hours and my corn was cold. And that was only my dish. After reading other reviews it would seem someone from corporate would have a talk with this manager and bring him aware of this. I am moving to Cedar but I will never visit Chili's again. read more

When my father comes to town to visit he likes to go to Chili's. I have been to this Chili's a few times a year. The margarita's were awesome! Any thing I have ever order here was good. read more

This was a perfect night! Food was great and our server Katie was top notch! She deserves a raise. Thank you Katie for a lovely dinner for my husband and I. We will definitely go again! This was a good break for us! read more

As usual our dinner was delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the margaritas were prepared to perfection. The Cedar city Chili's is the best! read more

Food was good and service was fast. Can't complain. We had chips, guac, the volcano dessert, and drinks... lots of drinks. Haha. Service was fast which really is the most important because when you go to chillis you basically know what the food is like. You been to one you been to them all, more or less. read more

Not too long of a wait for a table or for our food, but save yourself the wait by downloading the app and checking in before arriving. :-)

Worst chili's I have ever been to. We stopped going a couple years back because their food was awful. Got a Xmas gift card so we went back. I got so sick after we left and the service was really sloppy our waiter didn't have any clue what was going on read more

Stopped by on our way back to Vegas....was really glad we did! Our waiter Zeek was very kind, highly attentive, and professional in a very comfortable way! The hostess was also terrific and provided pleasant small talk and made us welcome right away! Our salads were good, meal was brought out with good timing and our waiter even surprised us with a chips and salsa because I commented on how terrific he was....so win win Chili's Cedar City, we will stop again on our next trip! Thanks! read more

Not complaints here, it's typical of all Chili's (which is a good thing). My wife and I come here once a year for the festival at the University and look for places to eat. This Chili's has good service, good food which is brought out in a timely manner and the staff is friendly. I like it here, the mini burgers are always good. read more

Was seated right away, but was immediately forgotten. None of the servers including the supervisor made eye contact, ignored us and kept walking by us. Couldn't even get a drink. Waited for 10-15 mins then left. The server that sat us looked directly at us and just shrugged and didn't say anything as she watched us walk out the door. Rude, won't stop there again on our way through Utah. read more

I had the buffalo chicken sandwhich w/ queso dip. Delicious. Waitress and manager were very friendly. Nice place

The look and feel are that of a cafeteria. Upon walking in I felt like this was the pilot store for "Chili's Express" except the service, which was so slow that when my rare steak came out med well I decided not to eat it rather then wait for a 2nd to be cooked.Very disappointed in this location. Won't return. read more

Best Chilis in Utah! We love this location. Food is always good and the staff is well trained and friendly! Fajitas are awesome! Thanks guys! read more

Usually love Chili's. This visit was different. I got a side salad and it was subpar. I also got Chili. Which costs more than soup. I knew this when I ordered. The Chili was horrible. Very much comes from a can. The meat had a funny texture like it was a soy protien mix. We frequent Chili's so I will just not order the Chili again. read more

I went there yesterday and I was greated with a warm smile but the staff was slow to help my mom and I with our order. Other than that it has great food and a great environment for the entire family. You you love sports and a nice warm meal definitely go there. read more

My husband and I have eaten there many times in the last two years. 9 out if 10 times we leave very satisfied with our food and service. Once when it was packed the hostesses were too close to our table chattering about seating options... Kinda ruined our dinner experience. But overall they have been nice and friendly. They have even let us substitute little things in the 2 for 20 deal. They are great! read more

A good place for a quick bite. A nice selection of lunch combos are the perfect size and price for the family on the go.

If you want bad service, with cold food and half your order missing this is your place!

(Traveler from Los Angeles here) I've always regarded Chili's as one of better chain restaurants, and I'm familiar with their menu and cuisine. Though perfectly located right off the 15 for travelers, the food at this location was undeniably bad - both the burger and fajitas were cold, greasy, and soggy. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful, but the food was plainly terrible. read more

Always friendly staff, always quality food. Staff is good at remembering what their regulars like to drink/eat.

Local yelp readers, are you like me? Do you often tire of this town's limited options for good, real food? I found great food at Chili's and despite the hurried service I received, I am adding it to my regular rotation of restaurants in Cedar City. Imagine my surprise when the food was actually fantastic? The night we (my husband and I) went, we started with the Tostada Chips & Fresh Guacamole with Grilled Corn. It is fresh and the ingredients are real. The guacamole is made with fresh avocadoes, salsa with real tomatoes, and grilled, blackened corn. The colorful guacamole is served with Chili's famous fresh spicy salsa and a huge portion of their chips. The chips are always freshly fried and you can taste the difference. For the main selection, if you like a touch of heat, the Mango Chili Chicken is a wonderful choice. The salsa on top has the most wonderful spices and fresh avocado, mangoes, red onion and tomatoes. My chicken was grilled to a velvety soft texture and you could easily cut through it with your fork. The heat was perfect especially with the mix of sweet and tangy from the mangoes, and softness from the avocados and crunch of the red onions. I would recommend this dish to anyone with the appetite for heat. It is served with rice and steamed broccoli, but I chose my own sides: corn on the cob, and, my weakness, sweet potato fries which may be the best ones in town. (I've almost tried them all!) My husband kept reaching over the table to take another bite of my food, although his steak was good too, cooked to perfection. Chili's had good food plus good value but it wasn't the best service so I say they deserve a retry. I am hoping for better service next time because I know what I will be expecting from the food. 5 stars for the food, 4 for the service. read more

Save yourself and don't go here. Nothing good about it. Chili's sucks. Go to Cafe Rio or Panda Express right across the street. You will be much happier. read more

I really like our chillis here in cedar. But the car side pick up is probably the worst for mistakes. Nice people but for some reason I must be cursed because as many times I've used the pick up service something has been wrong. So if you use the service check everything befor you leave or it will be a return trip like mine again tonight read more

Had an amazing experience today at Chili's. Service was incredible! Our waitress Sam and the manager Terry took excellent care of us. Our meal was just a tiny bit slow coming out and they made sure we knew what was going on and why it was late. They made sure to sincerely apologize and to ensure that we weren't feeling neglected. We were traveling thru town and aren't even regulars but they took time to make sure they let us know they cared. Definitely best service in town!!! read more

Chili's - American Near Me - Cedar City, Utah

Usually chillis is a safe bet while traveling. But we were pretty disappointed with our Togo order. We are from socal and travel for work and steaks are usually the quality you'd expect. Unfortunately our steaks were so bad we didn't finish them and my daughter hated the salad she normally gets. I'm gonna chalk it up to just bad luck but to be safe I won't be ordering the steak there anytime soon. read more

A $1.99 charge for the table games? Really? Haven't been to a Chilis in years but tonight everything else was closed. Food was ok for a chain and the waitress was overworked as typical. But when I get a surprise two dollar charge for playing a table game I lost it. First, I'm ashamed that I fell for a table game when I was with such a hot woman. Second any restaurant that has to resort to table games for revenue needs to rethink the menu. A note to Chilis, inform your servers that any game charges come out of their tip. See if you can keep them from going to nice restaurants. read more

My husband and I had dinner here on a Sunday evening while staying one night passing through on a long trip. We love Chili's and after searching mixed Yelp reviews for nearly an hour trying to decide on a local place, we decided to stick to what we know. The food was delicious, came out in a timely fashion and was hot. Even though it is a chain restaurant, we still felt the small town feel. It was relatively busy for a Sunday and the service was great. We sat at the bar. Noise level was low to moderate. Tia was our server and she took great care of us. The manager was out and about in the dining and bar area, also. He was available and attentive. read more

My family loves Chili's so when we were on a recent road trip and found this location right off the freeway we were excited. I know with COVID all things are a little more difficult but the service was horrible. The hostess looked like death warmed over, not friendly, or even mediocre service. The server was friendly but left much to be desired as far as actual service. We had a table of "regulars" behind us drinking that our server could not tear herself away from. Everything from our drinks to desserts took forever. I don't know if I can blame the cooks or the server but literally every time we asked our server for something or ordered she would stop at that table and chat it up for a few minutes. I ordered soup, she forgot to bring it to us then when I asked for it to go after we had already paid she took her sweet time making sure to stop at her favorite table to chat it up before getting it for me. I don't know the service standards they keep at this location but the lack of urgency and service is pretty disappointing. I was a server for 5 years and still left this lady a decent tip but I would have NEVER treated a table the way she treated us. read more

Every time we come to this Chili's the food and service is spectacular. Service is important to me. It can make an evening better or worse. Tonight we had an especially interesting evening and thanks to great service and management it turned out to be a wonderful night out. Either a date night, a family meal, or out with friends this is a great choice. Oh! and the drinks are fantastic. My favorite is the Tropical Sunrise margarita. read more

Awesome service prompt and friendly staff and great food! Will defiantly keep coming back for more!

Had a very nice late lunch here; obvious they had been very busy during lunch hour. The staff was super nice even though you knew they had just been rushed with lunch business. I've been to several Chilis locations and the preparation and service were some of the best. They might have been short handed; having trouble keeping up with the bussing; but other than that super nice and yummy! read more
