This was some of the best Chillis I have personally had. My food was cooked perfect. My cocktail was definitely weak but I did not care. Lol

Came to Chili's in cedar City because they were the only ones open until midnight. Our server Steven was phenomenal. His customer service was exceptional, and he made us feel right at home. He gave great recommendations-- especially when we didn't know what to order. Quick service!! Best server ever. Thanks Steven for making our stop in Utah delish! You are amazing at what you do. Kudos!

First time back here in several years. Met some Family members for lunch. Place was clean and mildly busy. Wait staff was on top of it. Had our drinks real fast. We got chips & salsa and it came to the table fast too. Made our meal selection and had chips while conversations. Burgers, Fajitas and Carne Asada turned out pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot. Our wait was 10-12 min from order to table. Would keep coming back to this location. Our random stops here has always been great. Other locations from this chain aren't so consistent. Kudos to the staff & management.

Not much expectations in a small town chili's. Ordered the chili, baby back ribs and beef sirloin as the temperature was cold at night for a quick dinner on a road trip. Baby back ribs was good, corn on the cob and coleslaw not bad either. However the chili was very dry, and the beef sirloin was very chewy. This was a below average chili's.

It began with our hostess who seemed to genuinely want to know how we were feeling this morning. Her eyes sparkled as she seemed pleased to converse with us as she escorted us to our table. Kaydence, our server, makes the word "effervescent " come to life. She was so very pleasant and welcoming! It was wonderful! The meal was delicious, but who can argue with getting three meats in one breakfast. The All American Pig Out lived up to its name. The coffee was fresh and Kaydence kept the cup filled. The atmosphere was a mixture of tourist and hometown regulars vibe! We'll probably stop here on our way back tomorrow. Hope the same team is in duty.

Parking was full when we got to the restaurant. All the surrounding establishments had some empty…read moreparking spaces but had signs everywhere not allowing diners to park. Fortunately, we found a parking spot when a diner just pulled out. This restaurant was listed as one of the best breakfast and brunch places in town. We got in and peaked inside as there was no hostess upfront. A server named Gina noticed us and immediately got us seated by the window. She handed us the menu and exchanged some pleasantries. She was nice and very friendly. The menu was extensive and we can see at other tables that their servings are huge. Diners were all happily indulging on their big meals. My husband noticed that they have Liver steak on the menu. He asked Gina how it was prepared and cooked and if it was seasoned. She did not know much about this dish but can tell us that it is very good. My husband was hesitant cause he loves the way I cook my seasoned liver steak with lots of onions. Gina gave us more time to check out the menu. When she got back to bring our coffee and orange juice, she informed us that it's not seasoned but grilled. That helped my hubby decide to try the dish. As for me, my tummy was kind of not ready to eat a heavy meal. So I asked Gina if I can order a small kid's meal. With a serious face, she said "yes, I will allow you to order it provided you don't throw any tantrums!" That gave us a good laugh! She was funny! The atmosphere is pleasant and you can tell that the diners are happily indulging on their big servings. Their prices are very affordable and reasonable right at price point! Thus, their turn around is quick and customers are constantly coming. Our order was delivered by another server named Genovese. We requested some lemon slices for the liver steak. She went to the kitchen and we waited quite a while and she just walked past our table. She went to the front got new customers get seated, took an order from another table and totally forgot our request. My husband cannot wait so he started eating without the lemon. The next time she walked by, I reminded her to please give us some lemon slices. She just said huh, left without a word of apology and brought the lemons without saying anything. We thought that was rude! The liver steak was delightfully perfectly grilled with lots of grilled onion rings with sides of Cole slaw and rice pilaf. I took a a couple of bites and they were deliciously tender. My order of kiddie meal included hash brown with 2 scrambled eggs and sausage was just okay. The presentation was sloppy and too greasy. I ate all the eggs and a little bit of the greasy hash browns. I did not like the sausage. The server, Gina was the best. She refilled my coffee cup without asking. She came back to ask how we liked the food. Overall, the eating experience was wonderful except for having to wait for the lemons. It would have been a perfect 5 star but one server dropped the ball. So 4 stars for this restaurant. Thanks to Gina, you made our day! Good job. You should get a big raise!

And a staff that is fun and engaging. Ali was my server today and she was a ton of fun. I ordered the teriyaki burger, the loaded fries and the banana bread to go. The banana bread is a healthy slice. I couldn't even get to it though. The fries were a meal unto themselves and after half the burger I had to tap out. Let's talk about these "fries". They aren't fries in the traditional sense. If you've ever been to a Shakey's Pizza you'll recognize these as mojo potatoes. They are excellent alone, but, when you top them with sauces and an onion ring and bacon slices and two different sauces... good lord are they tasty! A definite if you've never had them before. The burger itself was really very good. The patty itself is delicate and flavorful. It comes on a gorgeous brioche bun with generous toppings. The meat melts in your mouth and the bun is more than sturdy enough to hold it together without being mealy or tough. It's a perfect balance of bras and meat and toppings. A very enjoyable burger, to say the least. All in all, this entire area is new with lots of parking and an incredible selection of places to choose from. I highly recommend this if you are in the area. It's a giant step up from Culver's and McDonald's. Oh... and did I mention Ali? She Is really fun. Say hello when you can!

Its acidic notes in its dressing balanced out the fish & rice. I don't really like avocado or cucumbers so I ordered it without that salsa. Don't think I missed out on anything. Only other thing I altered was to scrape off some the sesame crusting on the salmon because it did get saltier the further I ate. My Top-Shelf Long Island Ice Tea was really sour. I haven't had one in years so I'm not sure if that's typical or they were too light on the cola in it. My photo shows how pale it is which doesn't look anything like an "ice tea". Although my husband liked his Blue Aloha Mana Margarita (he had this the last time we were there) his Prime Rib Dipper was way too salty. And that was without dipping it in the au jus. He kept it to himself for most of the meal so it wouldn't spoil our anniversary but when the waitress came by with the standard "how's everything?" he finally shared it all. He's been kicking himself since then saying he should have just stopped and not tried to work through it. It will be awhile before he suggests we go to Applebees again. Since he had had enough by then and just wanted to leave, he missed out on their Triple Chocolate Meltdown which he had been eyeing since we sat down.
