I'm in Cedar City passing through and saw that they had a Chilis. I opted to go here because they have what I believe is the best value meal out there. 3 for $10.99. Appetizer, drink, and a burger. The chips and salsa were my app and it was huge. I opted for the Smashburger with fries and both were spot on. I love their fry seasoning. All of this seems to be consistent no matter the Chilis you go to. This particular one was clean and the service was excellent. Yes, no matter my location, if there's a Chilis, I'll give it due consideration for a meal as they are always good.

This was some of the best Chillis I have personally had. My food was cooked perfect. My cocktail was definitely weak but I did not care. Lol

Came to Chili's in cedar City because they were the only ones open until midnight. Our server Steven was phenomenal. His customer service was exceptional, and he made us feel right at home. He gave great recommendations-- especially when we didn't know what to order. Quick service!! Best server ever. Thanks Steven for making our stop in Utah delish! You are amazing at what you do. Kudos!

First time back here in several years. Met some Family members for lunch. Place was clean and mildly busy. Wait staff was on top of it. Had our drinks real fast. We got chips & salsa and it came to the table fast too. Made our meal selection and had chips while conversations. Burgers, Fajitas and Carne Asada turned out pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot. Our wait was 10-12 min from order to table. Would keep coming back to this location. Our random stops here has always been great. Other locations from this chain aren't so consistent. Kudos to the staff & management.

WHY?! Why is it EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask for NO onions I get extra?! Isn't it more of an effort to put them on/in something than it is to skip it??!!

Not much expectations in a small town chili's. Ordered the chili, baby back ribs and beef sirloin as the temperature was cold at night for a quick dinner on a road trip. Baby back ribs was good, corn on the cob and coleslaw not bad either. However the chili was very dry, and the beef sirloin was very chewy. This was a below average chili's.

Where to start with this one! First off let's start with the hostess, that I believe might be 12…read moreyears old but she could be 17 who knows? But what I do know is, she does not know what she's doing. She seems more confused the more people keep coming in to this restaurant. The fact that they're so understaffed on a Friday night, is ri-damn-diculous. It's not like every Friday night is dead. This is Cedar city Utah every Friday night is date night and everybody in their dogs are out here trying to eat. Why aren't you staffed? They can't even fill the restaurant, because the kitchen can't handle a full restaurant. Do you wanna know the number of people that turned around and walked out when the hostess said 45 minutes to an hour wait, I mean we're talking parties of six parties of 10 nobody could get seated. Heck we were a party of two and couldn't get seated for 30 minutes. The real killer is that there are tons of large empty tables, small, empty tables and they're just sitting there empty. You need to work on your staffing. So that was getting seated. Let's talk about the food. Not worth that way. The pasta has zero flavor. Like absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Yeah I don't think this. Chili's is going to be a place. I'll stop anytime soon. I'll give them a few months to get new management put in place, then maybe I'll come back. In the mean time try another chain, any chain.

By the time we finished our hike it was getting pretty late and our dinner options were running slim. We were staying at the Bryce Canyon Resort and decided to try the restaurant on site. We had plans to eat at the Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant but we were running short on time to get there. The reviews for Cowboy Ranch House were not great so it was not our first choice. Anyway we walked in and there were about 5 tables having dinner which looked fairly busy. The restaurant was well lit and the decor definitely Western Cowboy. It was a female server that seated us and Jesus, which we learned later was the new manager as of a few months ago. Jesus was our server and very friendly. I got the 14oz ribeye which said it was 'local' on the menu which made it even more attractive. My girlfriend ordered the 1/2 Rack of Pork Ribs (bummed I didn't get a pic) to share with her daughter. OMG the ribeye was fantastic...well seasoned and perfectly med-rare! And to top that off it was only $34!!! Unheard of in San Diego for a ribeye with sides. The Pork Ribs were also freakin' good! Crispy, juicy and fall off the bone delicious. As well, I ended up getting 2 old fashioneds which were $11 each...again decent priced cocktails. I highly recommend this place despite the reviews of the past. I think Jesus had something to do with the more recent high praise reviews being the new manager. I wish we had stayed another night so that I could get the ribeye again but we were pushing to get to Yellowstone the next day. Hands Down...best meal in Bryce Canyon!!

This is by far our family's most favorite Mexican restaurant for a few reasons…read more First, their kitchen is immaculate. My husband is a delivery driver in town and sees kitchens all over the city. This one is always well organized and clean, and that means a lot. Second, it is family owned. They make a lot of their own recipes by hand in house, so you're not always getting some canned garbage. Third, the staff is amazing. We have always had wonderful service with attention to detail, even by the kitchen staff. Our food comes out looking delectable and we've never had a problem. A good guess would be a limited lunch staff. Seated tables were well attended by waitstaff. Now, the food. The menu seemed slight compared to competition. Also there is no alcohol, beer or wine license. Sodas are big glasses @ $3.45 each. The salsa was bland...it definitely was mild. Certainly not a signature salsa. Rice again wasn't special. Unusual spice additive that wasn't positive. Beans were clumpy and solid. Sprinkling of cheddar didn't help. Guacamole was smooth and almost had a pablum consistency. Not a rough mash showing chunks of avocado. Lime missing, salt, something? Salad was a big disappointment. Skip if you must. Iceberg, chopped timato and another sprinkling of cheddar. Portion size of Paula's Special Burrito (chimichanga) vs half is only 90 cents difference. Go for the full if you're aching for a burrito. #9 Which is a burrito & a taco is a more than enough for lunch (choice of beef, chicken, pork). Had enough tasting so dessert was a no no. Opted for a slice of pie from Croshaw's. Paula's has her loyal fans and (may she rest in peace) and kudos to her and her husband building a home, and legacy establishment here in St George. I understand restaurant owners often temper their cooking to the palates of their customers. I'm guessing that's what's happened over the years. While it's Tex-Mex, there is nothing that will set your mouth on fire or remind you you are alive. A dish of peppers would be nice.
