A few days ago I met some friends there and we had a great time, food was great. so, I went back tonight and ordered the same salad I had a few days ago, the Santa Fe but this time it was 2/3 the size! There is no way the to go order would have fit into the bowl I was served a few days ago and it was the same price! Beware! the to go orders are smaller but the same price! Actuallly walked in and put my name on their list. Never got a text. Went to Applebee's in Cedar about 10 minutes after we were supposed to be seated and got seated right away. Great service and food at Applebee's. This Chili's has been on the DECLINE for a few years now. It's really sad because this has been a go to for us for years, but I'm gonna take my business elsewhere. This Covid thing is bullshit, they don't do an ounce more work at cleaning the tables off now than they did before. They seat less tables so I know there's less headache for them to keep up with demand, and the experience for customers is worse because they've taken away all sauces and seasonings, so now you have to ask multiple times when you need more sauce. Such a great place to take our little family of four! My kids love the little tablet at the table with games ($1.99) which keeps them entertained! Food is good and staff is always friendly! We love the sliders, and the ribs are delicious as well! I do wish there were better meal choices for the kids: like the Mac-n-cheese (other than Kraft), and frozen/reheated pizza ... my daughter shared my sliders so I think we'll get her those next time! One of the best Chili's you can find around! They are fast and I haven't had a wrong order yet! The place is always packed, but the service moves pretty fast. It's pretty family friendly most of the day, the late night atmosphere is a little rough, probably because it is a college town. Never been to Chili's that wasn't on Hawaii! So this was a first, and I loved it. I tried the southern combo and got the brisket and chicken wrapped in bacon and B-B-Q sauce! The brisket was a little dry but other than that, the garlic bread and fries you can't really mess up. The service was good and they really care about their customers. There's a lot to the menu and btw there are drink measure machines or adapters on the alcohol bottles which prevents them from making the drink strong for any of you drink lovers. read more

Ok, we are traveling through town and normally eat at Chili's in our hometown and love it. BUT this one needs real help in the kitchen! The wait staff is nice and amazing. All four of the meals in our so bad: undercooked steak with raw avocado that was supposed to be grilled (ph and the steak was cold, the chicken fingers were cold and tasted like they were cooked 1/2 before we ordered it. What's there to say about a Chili's that hasn't been said before? The big hit of the 90s was their barbecue sauce & ribs, but many local non-chain joints can offer better. With well over 1000 locations, one can go to this chain and pretty much know what to expect. This particular Chili's in Cedar City was within walking distance from the hotel from our way back to SLC. There was a small wait of about 15 mins to get a table on a Saturday night which is no big deal IMHO. And that's just that, we've come to expect pretty good food at reasonable prices on a consistent basis - at least that's my view of this restaurant chain. It's familiar anywhere and everywhere you go. And with those expectations, it's hard to be let down. Nowadays every other restaurant chain is offering a "2 for $20" deal and the challenge was accepted; 1 app, 2 drinks and 2 entrees for $20. They ordered a spicy guacamole app, chicken fajitas and a salad. I ordered a big smokehouse bacon burger was not disappointed. All in all, good food and very friendly staff = A-okay! read more

We picked Chili's on Sunday (Mothers Day). Not much was open soooo I figured it was going to be a disappointment for my wife...boy was I wrong. Our hotel power was out and there was a snow storm, and when we got to Chili's there was crowd standing in the snow waiting for a seat. We did not want to drive further so put our name on a 20 minute waiting list. They gave us a transponder with alien blinking lights....(see photo). So we mounted it on the dashboard of our car and waited in warmth for a signal. in 10 minutes we saw flashing lights and squeezed past the door crowd for our table. A hi tech game-board video display on the table allowed us to order our drinks while waiting for our waiter. (No warning Display about having to order our food before our alcoholic drink)....so we were glad we did not pick Applebee's. Everything we ordered came quickly and our food was hot and served with a friendly smile. The desert selection was mouthwatering to look at on the video...and tasted even better than it looked. We were so very impressed with this eating establishment. Don't let the franchise name fool you...this place is run by people who care about service and good food. Oh go ahead...We think you will like it. It WAS a Happy Mother's Day after all. read more

They didn't come to the car, we waited 20 minutes in the car and then when I went inside I had to wait 10 minutes. We ordered a total of 48 wings and called to ask if we can have 4(sauces) and have the wings 12x12x12x12. They said to order and it would be entered as we told them. We called after entering the order to double check and they said it was all good. When I had finally went in they I heard them say the name for my order and mumble something about the microwave. When I drove down the street to the hotel which is less than 2 min away the food was soggy and cold. The dry rub wings had my lips feeling full of grease/oil with a lack of rub. It was lightly sprinkled. The sauce was ok for the mango habanero sauce and so was the honey siracha. Definitely would have asked for a refund if I was eating in the restaurant. Chili's has been my go-to place for family dinners, went yesterday and when we sat down got a small one page menu. There were three items on the front of the menu and that was it. The server said they no longer have menus and you have to access an app on your phone, the app is difficult to use and I finally gave up and had a salad. I love this place but cannot go back until I can order from a real menu and not an app on my phone. What are you guys thinking? You saved a couple bucks on paper and lost customers. I came to visit family and I am from Vegas and visit Chili's resturants often in vegas. I was super disappointed with the food. This is a smaller Chilies restaurant so if it is a busy night (such as most Fridays) you will have to wait a little longer. The staff was great at greeting us and accommodating us. Tried to seat us at a little table right in the middle of a walking area. We politely ask to sit in a booth in a less busy area and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. Ordered Texas cheese fries as an appetizer. They came out in average time and were just as we ordered them (no onions and jalapeños on the side) I asked for shredded cheese to be put on my fries (I know, not the most healthy but cheese is my weakness) the server even made the comment to me "umm, that's a lot of cheese!". meal came out and they had put a 1 square piece of American processed cheese on the fries and not the shredded cheese. Needless to say, it was not very good. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were more like honey chipotle chicken nuggets!!! These things were tiny! I would have been better off getting a 4 piece chicken nuggets at Mc Donald's. I also went half my meal with my beverage empty. Finally towards the end, they came and topped it off. Everything my family ordered with correct minus my order. They didn't remember my fries and corn with my crispers. I didn't know until I got back to my hotel. I called and asked for the correction when I was on my way back over. They met me with a bag of free chips and salsa on top. Quite possibly the worst dining experience ever. We opted for the curbside pickup option since it was so crazy busy tonight, we placed our order and arrived at the restaurant at the designated time. After trying to check in there was an error and said to call the restaurant, we tried w no answer. We then went inside and the girl who helped us said she had no clue how long it would take to get our food. We then waited an hour past our pick up time and we had to go inside more than once to check on the progress. Once our order was finally ready, the worker forgot our drinks & appetizers included with our meals. This is only for this location, I do go to Chili's a lot. It was packed on a Saturday of course. Had to wait to be seated, was told it would be 20 minutes, only took 9 for a table of 5. That's not bad at all. I wanted something that was no longer on the menu anymore, and the server made it happen. It was a honey chipotle steak and shrimp dish, usually comes with roasted tomatoes and asparagus, but I had it with regular mash potatoes and steamed broccoli. My only regret is I didn't get a picture because I was starving from having hiked at Zion's all day. But this dish is wayyyyy good I promise. Steak a little over cooked, I asked for medium and got well done. That was the only downfall. Our service was really fast, I was with a group of people that like to joke and have fun. Our server went with it, which was nice but after the joke was done and over with, she continued and was just flat out being mean and targeting one of our friends only. Like acting as if he was invisible, constantly saying we don't need to worry about him, she can't hear him, and things of that nature. Even when one of our friends told her that he thought she was being mean that's why he wasn't talking anymore, she continued to carry on. & It was just unnecessary and rude actually. Usually I love this Chili's, but not my last 2 visits. About a week ago we went for lunch, their computer system was down, food took over an hour to come out, servers looked lost & confused. Today I went to lunch with my daughter, she order the Chicken crispers, with pineapple instead of corn. She received chicken crispers, pineapple and corn (which she didn't want) and didn't receive the fries. I ordered the bottomless soup & salad. My soup came out cold, so I asked for a bowl of hot soup. My replacement bowl of chicken enchilada soup came out extremely hot, the tortilla chips were gooey and the soup tasted like cheese. I am pretty sure the waitress threw my original bowl in the microwave, and put more cheese on it to try and cover it up. When asked if she microwaved it, the waitress was embarrassed and said that she hadn't, but then admitted to microwaving. read more

Our waiter was named Hector and he was probably the nicest person I've ever met in my whole life. They had a hiccup with our order and really went above and beyond to fix the issue. I never go to Chili's and not a fan of chain restaurants; however, I needed to get a filling healthy meal on the road and Chili's fit the bill and pretty well. I tried their Ancho Salmon, which was a decent-sized portion and actually had some nice flavors to it.
