My parents rarely go out to eat and we went to celebrate my mom's birthday at lunchtime. It was fairly crowded. We ordered shortly after sitting down. Our food and drinks were brought out by others, not our server. My parents asked for mayo for their burgers both when ordering and after the food was brought out. After our food was brought out, we weren't checked on for over 15 minutes and no mayo was brought to them. Our drinks were also very obviously empty and placed at the end of the table. We tried multiple times to get our server's attention, but were unsuccessful. After the 3rd attempt to get her attention, she came over. We shared with her our experience and needs and that we were upset we weren't checked on at all. She grabbed all we needed. My dad then started eating his burger now that he had his mayo and was greeted with a huge black hair that seemed to have been cooked into his burger. He had to pull it out of his mouth. It was about 10 inches long. The server was shown. Our server said she took the burger to show her manager and that our entire bill was taken care of. Which we were appreciate of. She also said happy birthday to my mom and it sounded very sarcastic. A server named Hannah had tables all around our table and was extremely attentive to them. She constantly asked them if they needed anything, got them refills, etc. Won't be returning. read more

Always a great experience at this Chili's. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great food. If there ever is an issue, the manager on duty is always willing to help out. The waitress Kathy was super polite, always had a smile on her face and really made us feel welcome the entire time we were there. She was amazing! read more

We were initially hoping to dine at Texas Roadhouse but they didn't open until 3pm. My niece then decided on Chili's since we were in the areas. Let me start by saying our server was great! She was very attentive and had good energy. We were sat in a decent atmosphere. The chicken tenders w/fries, mozzarella sticks, and loaded baked potato soup were good. However, the macaroni and cheese and the cajun shrimp pasta was just ok. The water had a funny taste so I decided not to drink it. I would say it's wasn't too bad for the price point. read more

Poor waiter and kitchen service with this evenings visit. Wrong drink brought out to start, ordered a cup of chili as an appetizer and a medium rare sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli as my entree. I specifically told the waiter to delay my entree as I didn't want it to come out the same time as my chili. The food was delicious and better than I expected. Our service was very helpful letting me know what exactly my meal was with multiple sauces. Our drinks came with refills at the right times and picked up our dishes as soon as we were finished with them! Came in right before the dinner rush and ended up sitting at the bar. The place was hopping with almost every table full. We were greeted right away and ordered the 2-1 HH which are two 12-oz draft beers for $6. Initially wasn't going to eat but the menu looked tempting and ended up ordering the Oldtimer burger with a side of steamed broccoli and crispy chicken sandwich with a side of fried. Both the burger and chicken were juicy and well seasoned. The portions were decent so no complaints. The bartender by the way didn't mess around. Chilis is one of our go to places in Bel Air. We got take home food this evening and it was awful. I don't like leaving negative reviews but the wings were soggy with very little sauce and only 3 drumsticks. We asked for Bleu cheese and they gave us ranch. The enchilada soup was like water and I could go on but won't. It's very disappointing when you get your dinner home and it's so bad. Woof! First off, the hostess was rude--we walked in with another group, and when it was our turn, she just gave us a look instead of greeting us. I spoke first, and she huffed before sitting us. The baseboards were filthy, covered in grime, and clearly overdue for a deep clean. The water tasted like bleach. Got there at 6:30 and gave them our name, was told it would probably be 15 minutes , okay great! About 45 minutes go by and I asked how long the wait is going to be , waitress told me she'd have to get a manager to tell me that?? Confused why if it was going to be a long wait you couldn't have told me that in the first place so we'd know how long we'd be waiting. I'll start off by saying we love Chilis. We got the Chicken Enchilada soup last night and when we opened it up it literally was a watery broth. We went back tonight and told them and the waitress replaced it. When we got it home and opened the container it was 1/2 filled. I've been here a handful of times and I've got to say, this was probably my worst visit ever. Maybe since it was on Friday the 13th? The place was packed, as usual. Service us super friendly - I'd give that a 5/5. Food took forever to come out, we started with the chicken wings appetizer and it was crispy and moist! But barely seasoned, didn't see anything special with it. But it was a good start. I definitely recommend the mango sweet tea! It's always a favorite of mine. Out came our dinner, the server burnt my mom as she placed the hot plate of fajitas on our table. An accident, yes and she was carrying a huge tray of food in her other hand so of course we understood and just laughed it off. I ordered the mango Tilapia and to my dismay, with my first bite in...I realized I was eating practically sashimi! The fish was barely cooked on the outside and totally raw on the inside. I politely asked them to reheat the fish for me and they offered to remake the entire dish. I laughed and said it wasn't necessary and that they could just heat the fish up for a few more minutes. Came back out and my whole plate was hot which led me to believe they just popped it in a microwave for a minute and dissappointly my fish was still not done cooking. I ate around it and finished my veggies because I honestly felt bad about asking them to reheat again. My parents were not impressed and barely touched their dinners because they believed it was too salty. Everything was also overpriced and wasn't worth the meal they had. My girlfriend and I chose chilis as our destination for dinner on 12/28/23 and we were more than pleased! We walked in and were greeted by a hostess after only waiting about 2 minutes to be seated. Once seated we were greeted by our server (whose name is Bri) not long after. She was extremely friendly and noticeably busy but that didn't stop her from taking care of us like we were her only customers. She was constantly checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed during our meal and refilled drinks without us even asking. Her knowledge of the menu was vast and she was able to inform us on the contents of the meals we were selecting. I have never experienced such amazing service in the 15+ years I've been attending this chilis. I Encourage management to model all new employees after our server Bri and I also encourage all readers to request Bri as their server on there next visit! read more

Let me start off by saying I am not one to complain, and this is my first yelp review in my 22 years of eating out. I have been to places with poor service and bad food but this was something else. To begin with, the table and floor was sticky and when we got our drinks there was stuff floating in them. Alright no biggie tried to get past it got another drink that was darker so at-least I couldn't see the stuff floating in it. Then we got our food and went to eat it but our silverware had old food caked to it... ok, we wipe it off and start to eat. Not even halfway through there was hair in both of our foods. Chili's inbel air has been there for over 20 years It's not fancy but a step above bar food. Perhaps the pandemic has caused them to reduce their menu because there are not many choices. I can live with that if they managed their services better. They seem disorganized and food comes out at an irregular time. They seem to have managers that pay no attention to an overwhelmed server. I was at the bar in bel air for dinner and ordered a spicy meal. I drank my beverage and stopped eating because I had no beverage to help me reduce the burn of spicy food. The poor server was trying to take care of 6 tablets as well as the 7 people at the bar and drinks being ordered by guests in the restaurant Meanwhile the manage seemed to have blinders and gave the server no help. It seems to repeat this situation every time I am there I hope upper management of Chili's might instruct their middle managers to be attentive to the servers. So it's been a while since I have been to a chain restaurant I personally prefer local farm to table style restaurants. I will say I was happily surprised by the chicken quesadilla that I ordered it was very tasty. It comes with a salad that has a citrus dressing which was very tasty but way too much for my liking. Next time I will definitely remember to get that on the side (for me a little goes a long way). I ordered the chips and queso which comes white a brownish queso that I didn't really care for. I asked the server if I could exchange it for plain cheese queso and she said we have white cheese queso but it has spinach in it. I told her that was fine I could deal with spinach as long as it was just cheese and spinach. At this point she had already taken my menu I already placed my order so when the queso came to the table I was less than thrilled after taking the first scoop to find the entire bottom of the dish was covered with avacado. I don't eat mushed avacado. The server did not return to my table until my food was ready and perhaps she did or perhaps she didn't pretended not to see the huge pile of avacado on my plate. She did ask if I was finished with the food (the plate was pushed to the end of the table on top of the original dish) I said yes I am did you know there was avacado in the queso? She said yes it comes with it. After a brief conversation she did ask if I wanted another one however I had finished most of my quesadilla. read more

I'm not sure when this place dropped to just a 3-star rating. It's still my favorite chain place in town. I think the wait staff have always been spot on. The food is, pretty much, really good. I love the new Tex-Mex menu (they've had since last Fall). Tonight was fajitas and a Tex-Mex combo with enchiladas. They make the best southwest eggrolls! I love their desserts. The lava cake is the best in town. Sometimes when I'm on top of things I remember to do call ahead. It really does take the edge off if you can't get here before 6 pm on a Friday night. And last but not least, I love being able to re-order my drinks through the table top computer. read more
