Haven't really had a good or bad experience here. The food is generally decent, but from time to time it gets a little crowded. Sometimes the restaurant tables and booths seem "greasy", so a little better clean-up would be appreciated. This Chili's is decent. read more

The only reason I am even giving this place some stars is because of the waitress and the manager. I didn't mind the waiting since it was a Friday night and going out to eat on a Friday night is always crazy no matter where you go. Then we had to wait for a bit for our food. When our food came, one person's steak was cooked incorrectly, someone's chicken tenders were ice cold and my food had hair in it. With all these issues the manager and waitress took our food back, remade it, gave us free desert and a discount on our meal. While this experience was awful, I am happy they made it right. read more

My Fancé had all the problems at this eatery on The Avenue. First she got old shriveled up Corn. They replaced that and then when she dug into her breaded chicken strips found a wire. Looked to come from the deep fry baskets, so we called for a manager and he replaced her meal. He took it off the bill but permanent stay away damage was done. read more

I really don't like to review chain restaurants, because to be honest I don't eat at them too often. However, if I do have to eat at a chain I find myself at Chili's. It could be my love of chips and salsa, and Chili's has the best bottomless chips. They are usually warm, fresh, paper thin, and the salsa is on point. If I just came here for chips, salsa, and margaritas I think I would be pretty content. They do, however also other items on the menu that I like to indulge in. I love my Chili's. It's my all time favorite go to place!!! The food is great. They have the best chips and salsa this side of Mexico.

All three of my stars are for the food only. The bartender who was serving us was too quiet to understand, and was a little rude. He sat behind the bar on his phone most of the time. Sitting at the bar, drinking my wine and waiting for my Steak Fajitas. They are my comfort go to food and I am hungry. So far so good ( this is a real time review!). Bartender is nice enough and took my order promptly...last patrons at the bar left a bit ago and it hasn't been cleaned up yet....oooooh...not good. But the bartender is chatting up a guy at the end of the bar. Tictok...clean the mess up...16 minutes now....sorta very cold in here....done at the 18 minute mark. Playing Candy Crush while I wait. Level 482 is really painful. Of my fajitas are here totally sizzling. YUM. Well overall....I came in for Fajitas and they were so yummy..not high cuisine, just yummy. Went first time in this location,it was Monday 4th of July and they just had a group party over prior to my arrival,we ordered enchiladas and taste was so weird and tortilla was literally not fresh and was feeling like hard to chew..complain abt it ,nothing they did...Also after ordering ,waitress never gave cutlery to eat or any sauces bottle ..waited for few min and had to get up and grab it from counter..bad customer service...waitress did not have enough knowledge of what they have in menu and what I was asking about...Desert was really good and served well..I did not wanted to give any tip but just becasue desert was good I changed my mind...but food quality i would rate 2 out of 5 and service 2 out of 5 .. read more

One of the waitresses kneeled next to me to give my daughter a hot plate by REACHING OVER MY FOOOD, and allowing her nasty table wiping clothe to lay on my food. She walked away as if it was okay for me to eat that plate. When I sent it back, EVERYONE apologized except her. She sautéed by me several times and never said a word. Would not call our experience "good". I went to chili's with my family and we're looking to get some good food. My drink was fine but most of my other family's glasses had stuff that made them look "dirty". We told the waitress. Then when we got appetizers the plates were dirty too. They took the dirty ones and never returned them. Just because of that, we left and went to Red Brick instead. Not very good experience so I wouldn't recommend this location and will not be returning. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The server was incredibly polite. But they would not serve me despite my VALID state license proving that I am of age. The manager Aaron was horribly rude in explaining the company's policies to me - belittling me and being condescending and short in his responses. Even cutting me off while I was speaking. He embarrassed me in front of my company and ruined my dining experience. read more

This place sucks! There's never anyone to answer my call ahead and then the hostess is always rude! The service is even worse. I waited 25 mins for chips and salsa and then 20 more mins for a refill. While there are a few items that are good, I found that the overall experience lackluster. In only one visit, everything but my wings was horrible. They service was at the minimum they did not inform me that they was out of soda until after I order, and offered only nasty lemonade, alcohol or tap water. Meanwhile the actual meal was horrible with the meat in the chili tasted like chewed up fatty meat and the burger tasted like it came from an fast food dollar menu. Be careful what you order here, you will either somewhat enjoyed it or feel like you just ate dog food. read more

Waited at the bar for 10 minutes; we were never acknowledged as being there. The bar was very sticky and had dirty dishes on it. The bartender only paid attention to three people at the far end of the bar. The glasses that were behind the bar that were supposed to be clean were filthy looking and cloudy. The bar mats that line the top of the bar had food all in them. Overall the place was disgusting. Second bad experience at this location. We will not return. read more

I love Chili's! I'm the type of person who refuses to eat at any chain food restaurants but Chili's is my ONLY exception!! I've never had a meal that I wasn't more than satisfied with. The staff is great and even on busy days you never have to wait longer than 20-30 minutes. The Bottomless Toastada Chips are by far my favorite thing on the menu! Especially with the ranch. I've been here many times, and like everyone says, its okay. The chips and queso is good i guess. Nothing that they serve you can't make at home. The nachos are better if you eat them there. I got them to go once and there were only 7 nachos. The boneless buffalo wings taste exactly like applebees and fridays. There's just not a lot to say about the food its just there. The ribs are pretty good, i like the sweeter sauce. The cheese fries aren't bad. I dine in here often. They have a nice 2 for $20 deal. Crowded on the weekends but normally no wait early on the weekdays. Had a gift card to Chili's so decided that this would be a convenient stop. Got the new item which was sirloin and shrimp in a sweet sauce. Waiter said it came with fries which I asked to be replaced with quinoa. They brought out the meal and it had asparagus on it. I actually liked the asparagus and the quinoa with my meal which made me feel I was making a healthy choice. Will be back to Chili's in the future. read more

I've been going to this location for years. Like any place I've seen this one have it's ups and downs. Went last night since we had a gift card and I was craving some Chili's. We arrived and were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and full of energy. Our server acknowledged us in less than two minutes with the perfect amount of excitement and enthusiasm that actually made me feel that she was happy we were there. We ordered our drinks which also came out very fast. Here's where I really like to test the servers though...when I went to order my food I asked the server her personal opinion between two choices on the menu. Product knowledge is everything. Our server delivered without hesitation. Not only did she give me her recommendation but she even gave me enthusiastic examples of why she would recommend what she did. It took about ten to fifteen minutes for our order to come out and everything was correct even though some had been special order. Our drinks never went empty. Our food was never wrong. We never felt like we were rushed or forgotten even though there were at least two large parties there as well as regular customers. The server even interacted with my daughter who is only 3. That is instant bonus points if you even project the enthusiasm toward children. All in all it was another perfect experience at the best chili's in the Baltimore area. I stopped by for dinner with my brother and sister and their spouses tonight (Friday July 8 2011) at 6 pm. Was really surprised that there was no wait on a Friday night. I had never been to this location of Chilis before. I decided to do this review when I came home, and when I found the page for this location I was surprised at it's rating and all the people who had been disappointed. From my experience tonight, something must have changed there. We were all pleased with our food and the service. This is actually the first time in years at ANY restaurant that my broccoli was hot and steaming when it arrived at the table. I got a combo order - salmon and chicken along with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The salmon was excellent and it is the dish I usually get at other Chilis locations - I did the combo with the margarita chicken because my brother recommended it. The chicken tasted good, just like any other grilled chicken. I don't know why they call it margarita chicken because I didn't taste any other extra flavor. We had service that was faster and more often than most restaurants I've been at. Even the manager was involved in service and got me a refill of my drink. I'm not over here eating at white marsh restaurants very often, but when I have been it has usually been Red Brick Station - I think though, that I'll be coming back to this location, because I really enjoyed my meal here. read more

We feel the menu has alot to offer and we love the two for $20 special they have. We love the server Lexi in the Lounge and we visit her weekly she is really the reason we remain a customer. I would first like to start off with the positives: The food is cooked and seasoned well (dine-in or takeout), good service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is in a great spot on The Ave. The biggest complaint I can make about this location is that they seem to mess up on takeout order customizations. I've never had this issue when I dine-in, but it seems like almost every time I place a to-go order, there is something missing from the order. Last time, they forgot my side order of fries, the garlic aioli and bbq sauce were missing from the Smokehouse Burger (key flavor ingredients) as well as the jalapeños I added in the customization. Also, there was no lid on the sauce for the Santa Fe burger, so all of split during travel and made the bottom burger soggy. This isn't the first time I've experienced not so satisfying qualities with the to-go orders I've placed because this missing or not right with the customizations made to the order. I would recommend this location, but I strongly suggest people check and triple check their to-go orders before leaving to guarantee that your have everything you ordered and that everything you order is placed in you bag. read more
