For some reason, every time I come in here, I end up just standing around for a while before anyone acknowledges me. The food is average and the service is seriously lacking. I ordered via online and picked up food once too - everything was ready when I got there at the promised time, but by the time I got home (maybe a 3 minute drive...) my food was cold :( Or maybe it was cold to begin with... read more

My Fancé had all the problems at this eatery on The Avenue. First she got old shriveled up Corn. They replaced that and then when she dug into her breaded chicken strips found a wire. Looked to come from the deep fry baskets, so we called for a manager and he replaced her meal. He took it off the bill but permanent stay away damage was done. read more

Haven't really had a good or bad experience here. The food is generally decent, but from time to time it gets a little crowded. Sometimes the restaurant tables and booths seem "greasy", so a little better clean-up would be appreciated. This Chili's is decent. read more

I typically never write reviews because I completely understand that things can happen and people can mess up. However, today I placed an order for pickup at 5pm. The app told me to pick up the order at 5:38. When I arrived to chili's at 5:40, they asked me if I place an order for pick up. I said yes and gave them my name, and they went back into the kitchen looking for it for probably close to eight minutes. It was obvious that they did not make my order, and when the waitress came back to me she asked me what time I placed the order. I told her I place the order at 5 PM, and she said oh well it was supposed to be picked up along time ago so now the order is cold and we have to remake it and that will take a very long time. I told her the app told me to be here two minutes ago, I'm not angry that my order was never made I am angry however that she got an attitude with me acting like it was my fault for not getting there on time. I'd much Rather them tell me that something happened in my order was never made. read more

This used to be a great place to grab a bite. Sadly this is no longer the case. We stopped last night initially around 7:30. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait. We decided to decline. Walking back to the car looking in the windows there were easily 10 tables sitting empty and unbussed. We did some shopping and decided to try back. We used the app this time and had a 5 minute wait. Great news. We got there and were seated by the hostess with menus and the promise of a server in just a minute. It took 5 minutes for another server to approach us for a drink order. I got a soda and my dining partner got strawberry lemonade. When the drinks arrived we opted for the 2 for 20 deal, a shared app and two entrees. We got the half size Texas Cheese Fries and we each ordered the Southwestern Quesadillas. That's when we found out that they were out of them. We found out later from a family member that they were out of them two days earlier as well. So I went with the chicken Fajitas and my dining partner got the Cajun chicken pasta. When the app arrived it was more like a quarter order of the fries. It used to come with a small skillet full of fries and a ranch dressing on the side. This cane with two dressings in the pan and a much smaller amount of fries in between. To make matters worse the runner didn't leave ant plates so the app had to sit there until we could get the server. The entrees came. First the fajitas were hot but not sizzling. The flour tortillas came rolled in foil. I asked for more since they never give you enough. Good thing I did. They were stuck together and the outer layer was dried out. They obviously had been in the warmer for a while. Second the Cajun pasta was not at all hot. They probably should leave the boil-in-bag in the pot longer. We ordered drink refills and were informed that they were out of the strawberry lemonade. The long and short of it is that the restaurant seems to be cutting corners and relying on the busy location to sustain them. If you are at the Avenue at White Marsh there is a plethora of dining choices in the immediate area. Don't waste your time at this Chili's location. Will I go to Chili's again? Yes. Will I go to this Chili's again? Absolutely not. read more

Got the free app coupon and got the boneless chipotle wings. All the food was great. The only hiccup was the fact the appetizers were brought like 1 minute before the meals because of a mix up and them forgetting about our apps. However the quality of the food and service was great and will definitely come back. Ordered the molten chocolate cake for dessert which never fails to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. Great food for the price paid. read more

I love chilis but this location suffers. Repeated mistakes by the cooks are killing food (and any profits). If you need something specific or cooked a certain way, be specific and check it. read more

I've been to this location countless times over the past 10+years. Initially, they had good food and service. Did the owners change? Now, the food and service are subpar. The restaurant is not clean..at all. The tables, floor, walls, and menus are dirty. When a restaurant has issues with cleanliness on the outside, I question how dirty is the kitchen and staff. I greatly enjoyED their classic nachos and burgers in the past. However, now the burgers are often over cooked and the french fries are served luke warm. I don't care for the drinks other than the margaritas. The servers try to be attentive, but they seem to be just going through the motions. I like Chili's, just not this location. My To Go orders have been prepared incorrectly, so check your order before leaving. The parking is just awful...I feel like a New York cab driver looking for a spot. They don't have a well stocked bar, so if you drink a certain vodka or rum, it's probably not there. This location needs to clean house literally and figuratively...it's reputation is negative. read more

It's just ok here. The food isn't very good and the service is ok. I'd go to Friday's or Don Pablo's before going here.

All three of my stars are for the food only. The bartender who was serving us was too quiet to understand, and was a little rude. He sat behind the bar on his phone most of the time. If i could hear him, i would drop his name. I like chili's food, I don't think I'll be back at this location. read more

Sitting at the bar, drinking my wine and waiting for my Steak Fajitas. They are my comfort go to food and I am hungry. So far so good ( this is a real time review!). Bartender is nice enough and took my order promptly...last patrons at the bar left a bit ago and it hasn't been cleaned up yet....oooooh...not good. But the bartender is chatting up a guy at the end of the bar. Tictok...clean the mess up...16 minutes now....sorta very cold in here....done at the 18 minute mark. Playing Candy Crush while I wait. Level 482 is really painful. Of my fajitas are here totally sizzling. YUM. Well overall....I came in for Fajitas and they were so yummy..not high cuisine, just yummy. And that plus a glass of wine after a long day is just what I needed. Bravo Chili's !! read more

I really don't like to review chain restaurants, because to be honest I don't eat at them too often. However, if I do have to eat at a chain I find myself at Chili's. It could be my love of chips and salsa, and Chili's has the best bottomless chips. They are usually warm, fresh, paper thin, and the salsa is on point. If I just came here for chips, salsa, and margaritas I think I would be pretty content. They do, however also other items on the menu that I like to indulge in. This is just one of those chains that I can't seem to stay away from. read more

The only reason I am even giving this place some stars is because of the waitress and the manager. I didn't mind the waiting since it was a Friday night and going out to eat on a Friday night is always crazy no matter where you go. Then we had to wait for a bit for our food. When our food came, one person's steak was cooked incorrectly, someone's chicken tenders were ice cold and my food had hair in it. With all these issues the manager and waitress took our food back, remade it, gave us free desert and a discount on our meal. While this experience was awful, I am happy they made it right. read more

One of the waitresses kneeled next to me to give my daughter a hot plate by REACHING OVER MY FOOOD, and allowing her nasty table wiping clothe to lay on my food. She walked away as if it was okay for me to eat that plate. When I sent it back, EVERYONE apologized except her. She sautéed by me several times and never said a word. The sheer disrespect is such a turn off and I will never go back. read more

Would not call our experience "good". I went to chili's with my family and we're looking to get some good food. My drink was fine but most of my other family's glasses had stuff that made them look "dirty". We told the waitress. Then when we got appetizers the plates were dirty too. They took the dirty ones and never returned them. Just because of that, we left and went to Red Brick instead. Not very good experience so I wouldn't recommend this location and will not be returning. read more

Great food, fun atmosphere, awesome service and the best chips & salsa on the planet. We come here quite frequently.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The server was incredibly polite. But they would not serve me despite my VALID state license proving that I am of age. The manager Aaron was horribly rude in explaining the company's policies to me - belittling me and being condescending and short in his responses. Even cutting me off while I was speaking. He embarrassed me in front of my company and ruined my dining experience. read more

Went first time in this location,it was Monday 4th of July and they just had a group party over prior to my arrival,we ordered enchiladas and taste was so weird and tortilla was literally not fresh and was feeling like hard to chew..complain abt it ,nothing they did...Also after ordering ,waitress never gave cutlery to eat or any sauces bottle ..waited for few min and had to get up and grab it from counter..bad customer service...waitress did not have enough knowledge of what they have in menu and what I was asking about...Desert was really good and served well..I did not wanted to give any tip but just becasue desert was good I changed my mind...but food quality i would rate 2 out of 5 and service 2 out of 5 .. read more

terrible customer service they dont clean the tables. empyt tables all over the restaurant and customers are waiting 45 to 60 mins. young kids just standing around. they should be helping the waitresses ****this place has gone downhill**** read more

Raven is the best waitress at the restaurant and the service she gives is the only reason we come.

I love my Chili's. It's my all time favorite go to place!!! The food is great. They have the best chips and salsa this side of Mexico.

This place sucks! There's never anyone to answer my call ahead and then the hostess is always rude! The service is even worse. I waited 25 mins for chips and salsa and then 20 more mins for a refill. The manager did nothing when I complained and the food was not cooked how I asked but after waiting so long we just left. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!! read more

Been a faithful patron of this great establishment since it first opened at The Avenue. Always great food and great service!!!

Highly recommend the Margerita Chicken Tex Mex. Yum!!

Food was pretty good and the margaritas are amazing.. Kinda hard to go to this place and not get fajitas. But when i finally stepped outside the box and got something different it was good. Only complaint is there food is on the salty side but other than that, quick, cheap, and friendly.. read more

host at could have been a little more nicer !! the one tonight with the low pony tail !

I love Chili's! I'm the type of person who refuses to eat at any chain food restaurants but Chili's is my ONLY exception!! I've never had a meal that I wasn't more than satisfied with. The staff is great and even on busy days you never have to wait longer than 20-30 minutes. The Bottomless Toastada Chips are by far my favorite thing on the menu! Especially with the ranch. Soooo amazing!! read more

I've been here many times, and like everyone says, its okay. The chips and queso is good i guess. Nothing that they serve you can't make at home. The nachos are better if you eat them there. I got them to go once and there were only 7 nachos. The boneless buffalo wings taste exactly like applebees and fridays. There's just not a lot to say about the food its just there. The ribs are pretty good, i like the sweeter sauce. The cheese fries aren't bad. I rather go to chili's before golden coral or something like that, but it is surely not the first place i would go. read more

Very good service. The food was great tonight. If we needed anything more like napkins drinks or anything else we got them. I have been here before but last time I was here the service sucked. I was willing to try them again and I'm glad I did. read more

I dine in here often. They have a nice 2 for $20 deal. Crowded on the weekends but normally no wait early on the weekdays. Recommend the chips & salsa for an appetizer with the addition of the $0.50 queso sauce. Payment is also fast thanks to their new kiosks which are placed at every table. read more

Had a gift card to Chili's so decided that this would be a convenient stop. Got the new item which was sirloin and shrimp in a sweet sauce. Waiter said it came with fries which I asked to be replaced with quinoa. They brought out the meal and it had asparagus on it. I actually liked the asparagus and the quinoa with my meal which made me feel I was making a healthy choice. Will be back to Chili's in the future. read more

If I could give 0 star I would, my family and I have gotten food poisoning each and every time we've eaten here. I'm not sure why but the restaurant isn't the cleanest. We will never eat here ever again! read more

While there are a few items that are good, I found that the overall experience lackluster. In only one visit, everything but my wings was horrible. They service was at the minimum they did not inform me that they was out of soda until after I order, and offered only nasty lemonade, alcohol or tap water. Meanwhile the actual meal was horrible with the meat in the chili tasted like chewed up fatty meat and the burger tasted like it came from an fast food dollar menu. Be careful what you order here, you will either somewhat enjoyed it or feel like you just ate dog food. read more

I will agree, I'm suprised they don't have an option of giving negative stars here! Anyway, I just think that the service here is so awful and rude! The food is like just right out of a microwave. read more

I stopped by for dinner with my brother and sister and their spouses tonight (Friday July 8 2011) at 6 pm. Was really surprised that there was no wait on a Friday night. I had never been to this location of Chilis before. I decided to do this review when I came home, and when I found the page for this location I was surprised at it's rating and all the people who had been disappointed. From my experience tonight, something must have changed there. We were all pleased with our food and the service. This is actually the first time in years at ANY restaurant that my broccoli was hot and steaming when it arrived at the table. I got a combo order - salmon and chicken along with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The salmon was excellent and it is the dish I usually get at other Chilis locations - I did the combo with the margarita chicken because my brother recommended it. The chicken tasted good, just like any other grilled chicken. I don't know why they call it margarita chicken because I didn't taste any other extra flavor. We had service that was faster and more often than most restaurants I've been at. Even the manager was involved in service and got me a refill of my drink. I'm not over here eating at white marsh restaurants very often, but when I have been it has usually been Red Brick Station - I think though, that I'll be coming back to this location, because I really enjoyed my meal here. read more

We feel the menu has alot to offer and we love the two for $20 special they have. We love the server Lexi in the Lounge and we visit her weekly she is really the reason we remain a customer.
