Each time I return here to this Chili's location I feel like a real fool. And this location never disappoints with their contribution to this feeling. Today I ordered food that was supposed to be ready at 3:40 PM, I showed up at 4 PM because I don't think I've ever gotten the mail on time. By 410 I go inside since no one has come out to the car. I tell the gentleman that I'm here to pick up an order he disappears to the back. After a minute or so I call out "hello hello" then he comes back to say that they are putting my order together now. That was at 4:12 PM. And I finally get my order at 4:24. I say these don't look like honey chrispers, they look plain. He says that they've given me some containers of sauce because they no longer mix the honey chipotle crispers on to go orders. OK fine, I think to myself, at least I'm returning home where I have a mixing bowl and can do it myself I suppose. I have been running errands I finally open up everything and eggrolls are missing. Don't dine here you will regret it unless you like sub par service. If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. My girlfriend and I are waitresses so naturally, we give our servers and bartender grace and the benefit of the doubt. However, we know what great customer service looks like even on a minimal scale. So let me start by saying I was a server once and I know that you cannot control certain things so I'm not going to blame the server for this experience. I always go to chilis but this was my first and last time at this location. First, their system went down which typically means orders can't be put in the system and there will be a delay on food. I wasn't feeling well but the chips and dip were a huge help knowing I can get something rather than nothing. Ok so the system came up, we placed our order and here we are well over an hour later waiting for an appetizer. So apparently one item out of the appetizer was unavailable and it wasn't communicated with us so we were waiting for nothing. Table of two and you have one person eating and not the other. I can keep going but overall it was chaotic and took forever. Not once did I complain or ask for a discount (unlike the table behind us). Awful. If I could give this location no stars I would. They don't deserve any at all. I understand that places are understaffed because of the pandemic but I've been to plenty of restaurants during this time and it was never this bad. In previous restaurants, we'd be advised that they were understaffed and seating is limited so that the staff that's there can accommodate the patrons efficiently. The hostess had her mask under her chin and weirdly gave us a rundown on a group of 7 and a group of 5 that were ahead of us and that we could sit at the bar if there were seats available. I thought that was odd. Normally a host would just tell you how long the wait will be. Anywho, we wanted a booth so she said it'd be about 20-25 minutes. I think we were seated much sooner than that. On our way to the table, it looked like someone had pushed the whole table to one side so it was crooked when we approached it and the hostess had to rearrange it. The seats weren't clean. Our waitress also came to the table with her mask under her chin. We ordered salads. As we waited, we noticed food on the floor everywhere. We noticed piles of dirty dishes on multiple tables just waiting to be bussed I'm assuming. I believe there was management there but he didn't seem too concerned about how the dining area looked because he walked past many dirty tables many times. I think we waited for about 20 - 30 minutes or so before leaving from being so totally disgusted by what we were seeing. My food was just shoved in the container smashing everything together. I ordered the smokehouse with 3 meats. It was a mess and they didn't even put bacon on my chicken which that's is an ingredient. My ribs were baked and not grilled at all. They didn't add a drink I ordered. This location owes me $50 bucks from a previous order I never received. They haven't refunded me and it's been 2 months. My brother, mom and I were seated immediately as they were not busy. Our server was pretty good to start- she came around maybe a minute after the hostess seated us. Waters and drinks (including the ones my mom and I ordered that were supposed to be $5 according to the email my mom had, but more on that later) and the appetizer were brought in a timely fashion. A few more tables were seated around us. We ordered our entrees. My mom asked for the baked potato soup. Then it got to that point where you realize you ordered a while ago and you still haven't gotten your food. Oh, and the tables that were seated and ordered after you have gotten their food. THEN the waitress came out to tell my mom they were out of the baked potato soup. I know this soup isn't made to order, so I'm not sure why it took so long. She got another soup, which was brought out a couple minutes later. However, my brother and I were still waiting on our entrees. Finally, they were brought out. Like, I said, nothing to write home about. When the bill finally appeared on the little tablet at our table we noticed that we were charged full price for our drinks. It took a good 10 minutes for our waitress to reappear after we asked another to get her for us. My mom showed her the email and asked about the price. She gave some bs reason why they couldn't honor the price, but didn't even offer to get a manager to try and figure it out. Whatever, we paid and left. I recently just moved from out of state and was searching for a second job after graduating with a degree to just stay occupied while waiting for next school year to further my education. My interview was scheduled for 12:15 pm and showed up around 12:12 (was stressing about not being there at least 5 minutes early) but with the way it went I'm glad. I can say the host that was training a new hire was very sweet and hospitable. She told the manager I was up front at around 12:20. I then saw a manager come from the kitchen to a table talking probably about 10 minutes later. At 12:28, I still wasn't seen, not even a "I'll be right with you", "could you come back". A two top (party of two) walked in about 20 minutes after I had been waiting and got sat. They waited for a long time that I was irritated for them and wanted to ask the host (who's section is this so they can be sat) I serve and have been in the serving industry for 3+ years and understand the struggles of being a waitress and having to multitask in many different things at once but also have higher expectations due to being a server and in California where our service (in my opinion) is a lot more higher end. There were two servers on the floor and bar wasn't open. One server had two tables who were completely set and almost am certain were just waiting for their food to be ran and the other server had one table who again im almost certain are regulars who eat their often just by the amazing conversation he gave to the workers. At that point the two top had been waiting for a long time and still wasn't served , or even spoken to meanwhile a server was on the floor on the phone and chatting it up with her first table. Again as a server, I expect more and even when I'm busy a "I'll be right with you, I'm just a little caught up right now" goes a LONG way and that table didn't even receive that, they then asked me if i was waiting still too and I replied "I have an interview and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes". They left right after and the nonchalant and laughs workers gave after seeing them leave disgusted me because you should want better for your guests who are coming in to pay towards your company. Right after the host came and said "the manager said could you come back at 2 pm tomorrow they're so busy." I stayed really to just speak to the manager and let her know that we hat was done was unprofessional with the full intentions of not wanting to work for a company like this. The lady who walked out saw me & said "good job for leaving, you don't want to work for a company like this anyways" which led me to write this review Back in California I enjoy chillis food but the stuff I saw just waiting for an interview threw me off and can guarantee I will never be back to even eat. Again this is coming from a server and I am always understanding of the restaurant industry because I know how hard it can be at times. But for this I have nothing to say, I worked at sports bar for 2 years, have served the full restaurant alone for 5 hours and almost made it a point to communicate with my guests if my service wasn't going to be completely great due to being busy, it wasn't busy in their at all. 4 tables max, no bar (which means no drinks didn't need to be ran) and kitchen is not backed up because again 4 tables max. Received an order from them with half of the items missing, and the other half completely wrong and/or inedible. Burger bun so burnt, hard as a rock, same with burger, and didn't put any of the toppings on the burger. Gave us the chips that were little shards, and didn't even give the salsa. And multiple other missing / incorrect items. The ticket on the order was right with highlighted parts too, so they just do not care or literally can't read.
