Good ol' Chili's! Man, I haven't been to Chili's in so long, I've had such a random craving and figured I'd pop in. I visited on a Friday around 6pm and they were packed! Chili's is still a hot spot - who knew? Knowing that the team probably wanted the tables for larger groups, I decided to sit at the bar since I was solo dolo and planning on a short visit. The bartender warmly greeted me and handed me a menu. I asked her for her recommendation between the margaritas and she recommended the Flamingo freeze which is a limited time cocktail with some dragon fruit flavors in it. Not only was it super cute and pink, it was really tasty! And strong! Lol. For my food, I opted for an old friend...the triple dipper. It's been so long but it's been on my mind for too long. I decided to go with the southwestern egg rolls, honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and boneless buffalo wings The egg rolls were amazing per usual - I could have eaten 3 more. The boneless wings were better than I expected tbh. The mozzarella sticks were a littleee disappointing! I don't know what I expected but they weren't hitting like I thought. This was a nice return to an old favorite. I won't let it be another decade until I return. read more

We have been sitting here for 10 minutes and still not waited on while the manager and head waitress has been standing there watching us!

My husband and I's favorite spot to eat. I traditionally always get the triple dipper with the southwest egg rolls, honey chipotle crispers and big mouth bites and I enjoy it everytime. The service was quick and all of our food came out hot. We added the chips with queso, guacamole and salsa as an appetizer and I would highly recommend doing the same. My husband enjoyed the Santa Fe burger with fries and ate every bite. There's soft music and conversation in the background as well. I will definitely be back. read more

The service is great. Rarely have we had to wait for a table our party size is usually 2-4. Chili's is one of the few places that's still affordable. read more

First time at this location. I literally get the same thing anytime I visit chilis. triple dipper and a strawberry lemonade. The service was actually pretty good from the time we walked in until the time we left. Our server (Keiley) was so sweet and attentive to us. Their health score was a 85 I believe, which isn't bad buttt im sure they can improve that score. Now I will say this location is a tab bit ghetto (as far as the ppl dining, NOT the servers WE had. I want to make that VERY CLEAR). Our food was HOT and tasted delicious when it arrived to our table. Football was playing on all the TVs so the vibe was definitely "football sunday" From what I saw it was clean (I didn't visit the bathroom so unsure there). I CON: there were 3 ppl standing at the hostess area when we walked in but only 1 person checked ppl in. the other 2 didn't even acknowledge the crowd they continued their side conversation, which in my opinion they should've helped immediately when the crowd began to grow. I haven't been to chilis in a while!! It used to be one of my favorite sit down restaurants when I lived in Vegas, but when I moved to Atlanta. It just wasn't the same! After going today! I think I found my spot again. I arrived at around 1230 and it was nice, chill and I was greeted about three times before I sat down. I then ordered my food and it came out sizzling in about 15 minutes (it was not the fajita plate) That triple dipper plate was delicious!! The sliders were perfect alongside the Honey chipotle chicken crispers and the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks My only critique would be that the mozzarella sticks were huge and flat instead of the normal finger sized, cylinder shaped ones. Other than that it was a great vibe and it wasn't packed surprisingly during lunch hour. read more

Went in before lunch and really enjoyed myself, this is my second time at this location. Food was hot and fresh and the server/bartender I think her name was Drea was wonderful polite and fast service with a smile. I'll def stop through I use my membership for the chips and dip and I pay through the app. You just apply your rewards online. I enjoy the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas but the trio always works too. I was hungry so no pic this time. read more

I got the chicken crispers with the fries and white cheddar macaroni. The crispers and fries were ok but that white cheddar macaroni was awful. I couldn't even eat it. It was so soupy and macaroni not cooked at all. It was like they just opened a bag and poured in a liquid, threw it in the microwave and served it. Highly disappointed read more

I can see why this place is receiving low stars . Attitudes says it all even 2 stars is too much based on how servers treat and ghost costumers I guess good help is hard to find or lack of training . Every time I attempt to visit with my children it's always a wait and the hostess is rude. I added myself to the waitlist via Yelp. I was told to be seated between 4:10-4:25. I arrived at 4:07. I told the server I was on the list. He said ok and asked my name. I told him and he stated there were 4 ppl in front of me. I said according to the queue there's only one person. He responded with well that's not what I have. I attempted to show him and he turned his back. I politely said take me off the list and walked to Friday's. This has happened on multiple occasions when I chose to sit in the dining room and not the bar. read more

I love Chilis so I was really disappointed in the service this time around. We sat at the bar because it was a 30-45 minute wait to be sat. The bartender took forever to acknowledge us, give us water, menus, or utensils. We could've had our order ready If we'd received the menu while we waited. I got the southwestern eggrolls for my appetizer and the triple dipper for my entree. My friend got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks to try. We both had margaritas (not pictured) that tasted like straight mixer. The food took forever to come out too. Thanks to the manager, Whitney she turned our experience around. She was kind and accommodating so thank you so much for saving the day Whit! read more

My food came COMPLETELY COLD. The mozzarella sticks were solid blocks, had zero cheese pull. I could tell it was never fresh because the to-go container wasn't even warm and has zero condensation. Flavor was there, but this being the 2nd time eating here (1st time dine-in, this time delivery) I can tell this location doesn't care about what they put out at all. read more

Was told 10-15 minutes to be seated. We waited 20 and were told we wouldn't be seated because the kitchen was backed up even though they had at least 5 empty tables. Every aspect of this restaurant is failing. I have given them multiple chances, but they suck in all retards. Dine in, to go, DoorDash all horrible service. Always missing items on the menu. This is a review of the Camp Creek location, I recently made a purchase and upon arrival I realized that the order inside was incorrect despite the print out on receipt was correct. I called to let them know of mistake, they invited me to return and they would make correct, traffic was way to heavy so I was going to have to take loss and I told her my disappointment was that on the bag you had the correct item she said don't worry I will have my manager call you, give her 24hr, please give me all your contact info (email, number). She really had me thinking she cared. I wanted nothing and I got just that NOTHING, no call or email. Went in for lunch. They were understaffed and while the place was empty we had to wait That said the staff they had was very attentive and polite. That was the bright spot Got the veggies burger sante fe. It was supposed be spicy. It was bland. Needed something. The fries were old and should have been tossed. It wasn't just the prep. The guacamole was from a jar. Not good either. It's why these chains are in trouble. There is no creativity or freshness Try a local place. You'll enjoy it more read more

Chili's located in Camp Creek Marketplace. Right, enough said. Late night run for food about 10ish. This was one of the only places open and not too crowded at this time of night in the area. And we were starving. Waiter was very good despite the place being short staffed. Attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. The table was clean too. Burger was nothing to write home about. The mushrooms seems undercooked. The margarita was watered down but it was late. The appetizer platter is usually my go to here. The southwest egg rolls are good and so is the buffalo chicken. Chili's can use some more help. The staff is always short and the cooks are known to walk out I heard. By far the worst location I've been to. read more

Ordering Togo Carla took My order in the TOGo area. I totally can relate to her.. I saw the Margaritas on the menu now I'm sitting at the bar having a Henny Rita while I wait. It was Ms. Carla recommendation. The waitstaff is super friendly and personable. I came in around 2pm.. not crowded. Craving the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. If you haven't tried it it's so good.. with Grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, corn salsa, tortilla strips ,with citrus-balsamic dressing. You can also add Shrimp or Salmon.. WHAT??!!! (maybe next time) I added avocado slices for a $1. With cheese quesadillas on the side. It comes with salad.., hence the name Quesadilla Explosion.. all i can say is YUM YUM YUM... I've ordered this Salad for a party and it was a hit.. Now this Henny Rita.. is hitting like a oh my goodness... served with Premium Hennessy V.S. Cognac. Teremana Blanco Tequila pineapple juice and fresh sour... my first time trying this.. and I'm hooked... Asia hooked me all the way up. read more

There was a 20min wait even though the restaurant was pretty empty (only 3 tables/diners). I assume they were short staffed but maybe communicate that with patrons or at least not have employees on their cell phone at the host stand. The food was what you'd expect at a Chili's. Nothing spectacular, however the star of the show was the mozzarella sticks- they're huge and good! Although the food took awhile to come out, the server was friendly and attentive. Also, we had a gift card which was easy to redeem on the payment kiosk. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst dining experience in a long time. We came at 4:45 to have an early dinner with a friend who had to leave for the airport around 6:45. We assumed 2 hours would be enough time to eat at this chilis - we were wrong. The restaurant was over half empty and they obviously understaff this location because the server was slammed and service was absurdly slow. We sat down at 5:20- immediately ordered, ( fajitas, quesadilla, burger, & kids meal) and we got our food at 6:45. At this point my husband left to drop my friend off at the airport so our friend wouldn't miss his flight so I asked to get our food to go. They didn't bring us all of our food in the to go bag and I had to wait another 15 minutes for this to be corrected. Ended up paying $70 for a to go meal that I received 2.5 hours after arriving to the restaurant. On top of that - we came to get triple dippers and they were out of SW egg rolls, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle chicken crispers - what is the point of coming here without those things being available? Horrible chilis- just drive to another one. read more

Stopped here for dinner. Place was kinda empty. Waited 10 mins for our table. We were seated and our waitress informed us that they were out of chips, burgers, steaks, cheese sticks and a few other items. We left and went next door to TGIF. I asked the waitress why we were not informed of this when we entered and she stated the manager would not let the hostess tell customers. It was left up to the waitress to inform customers. Very poor management. Reason: didn't get the delivery yesterday. Put a sign on your door, close the restaurant, I'm sure it cost more to have it open than what they would take in. Front door way was packed with people waiting. We asked server can we sit down at bar where there was about 5 tables open. We sit down, and waited about 20 mins waiting without any server acknowledging us (after seeing 5 cross by). After the wait, the bartender walks up and ask "Would you guys like menus?" We said "No. we know what we want already but, thank you." Bartender says "What can I get you?" I say, "Mango lemonade for me, Diet Coke for my fiance, and can I get 4 chicken crispers meal." He says, "We don't have any crispers or burgers." Like the host could've told us this. We were annoyed..my fiance said this is the worst chilis he has been to overall. I agree. I received a "free appetizer" reward, so that is why I decided to eat at Chilis in the first place. I ordered curbside pickup and when I arrived and parked in the designated space, no one ever brought my order out. I was forced to go inside, where I was then told they were out of an item I ordered. I substituted with something I didn't really want and I was not satisfied with the service or the meal. My son and I decided to have Chili's for lunch so I ordered online and headed out for a pickup. So, I had to show her my confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to check on it with the kitchen. After a few minutes, she came out and said they are preparing it now however they still didn't see it. I did appreciate them for getting right on it.
