Good ol' Chili's! Man, I haven't been to Chili's in so long, I've had such a random craving and figured I'd pop in. I visited on a Friday around 6pm and they were packed! Chili's is still a hot spot - who knew? Knowing that the team probably wanted the tables for larger groups, I decided to sit at the bar since I was solo dolo and planning on a short visit. The bartender warmly greeted me and handed me a menu. I asked her for her recommendation between the margaritas and she recommended the Flamingo freeze which is a limited time cocktail with some dragon fruit flavors in it. Not only was it super cute and pink, it was really tasty! And strong! Lol. For my food, I opted for an old friend...the triple dipper. It's been so long but it's been on my mind for too long. I decided to go with the southwestern egg rolls, honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and boneless buffalo wings The egg rolls were amazing per usual - I could have eaten 3 more. The boneless wings were better than I expected tbh. The mozzarella sticks were a littleee disappointing! I don't know what I expected but they weren't hitting like I thought. I got the chicken crispers with the fries and white cheddar macaroni. The crispers and fries were ok but that white cheddar macaroni was awful. I couldn't even eat it. My husband and I's favorite spot to eat. I traditionally always get the triple dipper with the southwest egg rolls, honey chipotle crispers and big mouth bites and I enjoy it everytime. The service was quick and all of our food came out hot. We added the chips with queso, guacamole and salsa as an appetizer and I would highly recommend doing the same. First time at this location. I literally get the same thing anytime I visit chilis. triple dipper and a strawberry lemonade. The service was actually pretty good from the time we walked in until the time we left. Our server (Keiley) was so sweet and attentive to us. Their health score was a 85 I believe, which isn't bad buttt im sure they can improve that score. Now I will say this location is a tab bit ghetto (as far as the ppl dining, NOT the servers WE had. I want to make that VERY CLEAR). Our food was HOT and tasted delicious when it arrived to our table. Football was playing on all the TVs so the vibe was definitely "football sunday" From what I saw it was clean (I didn't visit the bathroom so unsure there). I CON: there were 3 ppl standing at the hostess area when we walked in but only 1 person checked ppl in. the other 2 didn't even acknowledge the crowd they continued their side conversation, which in my opinion they should've helped immediately when the crowd began to grow. I haven't been to chilis in a while!! It used to be one of my favorite sit down restaurants when I lived in Vegas, but when I moved to Atlanta. It just wasn't the same! After going today! I think I found my spot again. I arrived at around 1230 and it was nice, chill and I was greeted about three times before I sat down. I then ordered my food and it came out sizzling in about 15 minutes (it was not the fajita plate) That triple dipper plate was delicious!! The sliders were perfect alongside the Honey chipotle chicken crispers and the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks My only critique would be that the mozzarella sticks were huge and flat instead of the normal finger sized, cylinder shaped ones. Went in before lunch and really enjoyed myself, this is my second time at this location. Food was hot and fresh and the server/bartender I think her name was Drea was wonderful polite and fast service with a smile. I'll def stop through I use my membership for the chips and dip and I pay through the app. You just apply your rewards online. Every time I attempt to visit with my children it's always a wait and the hostess is rude. I added myself to the waitlist via Yelp. I was told to be seated between 4:10-4:25. I arrived at 4:07. I told the server I was on the list. He said ok and asked my name. I told him and he stated there were 4 ppl in front of me. I said according to the queue there's only one person. He responded with well that's not what I have. I attempted to show him and he turned his back. I politely said take me off the list and walked to Friday's. I love Chilis so I was really disappointed in the service this time around. We sat at the bar because it was a 30-45 minute wait to be sat. The bartender took forever to acknowledge us, give us water, menus, or utensils. We could've had our order ready If we'd received the menu while we waited. I got the southwestern eggrolls for my appetizer and the triple dipper for my entree. My friend got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks to try. My food came COMPLETELY COLD. The mozzarella sticks were solid blocks, had zero cheese pull. I could tell it was never fresh because the to-go container wasn't even warm and has zero condensation. This is a review of the Camp Creek location, I recently made a purchase and upon arrival I realized that the order inside was incorrect despite the print out on receipt was correct. I called to let them know of mistake, they invited me to return and they would make correct, traffic was way to heavy so I was going to have to take loss and I told her my disappointment was that on the bag you had the correct item she said don't worry I will have my manager call you, give her 24hr, please give me all your contact info (email, number). There was a 20min wait even though the restaurant was pretty empty (only 3 tables/diners). I assume they were short staffed but maybe communicate that with patrons or at least not have employees on their cell phone at the host stand. The food was what you'd expect at a Chili's. Stopped here for dinner. Place was kinda empty. Waited 10 mins for our table. We were seated and our waitress informed us that they were out of chips, burgers, steaks, cheese sticks and a few other items. We left and went next door to TGIF. I asked the waitress why we were not informed of this when we entered and she stated the manager would not let the hostess tell customers. It was left up to the waitress to inform customers. Very poor management. Reason: didn't get the delivery yesterday. Put a sign on your door, close the restaurant, I'm sure it cost more to have it open than what they would take in. Would give zero stars if possible. Worst dining experience in a long time. We came at 4:45 to have an early dinner with a friend who had to leave for the airport around 6:45. We assumed 2 hours would be enough time to eat at this chilis - we were wrong. The restaurant was over half empty and they obviously understaff this location because the server was slammed and service was absurdly slow. We sat down at 5:20- immediately ordered, ( fajitas, quesadilla, burger, & kids meal) and we got our food at 6:45. At this point my husband left to drop my friend off at the airport so our friend wouldn't miss his flight so I asked to get our food to go. They didn't bring us all of our food in the to go bag and I had to wait another 15 minutes for this to be corrected. Ended up paying $70 for a to go meal that I received 2.5 hours after arriving to the restaurant. On top of that - we came to get triple dippers and they were out of SW egg rolls, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle chicken crispers - what is the point of coming here without those things being available? Went to dinner with my brother and decided on chilis because there wasn't a lot of cars there. I ordered the chipotle chicken bowl and my brother had the brisket quesadillas. There was hardly any meat in the bowl. My chicken was hard, I couldn't chew it. So I had a chipotle salad. My brothers quesadilla on had meat present in like 3 of the pieces. I ordered curbside pickup and when I arrived and parked in the designated space, no one ever brought my order out. I was forced to go inside, where I was then told they were out of an item I ordered. I substituted with something I didn't really want and I was not satisfied with the service or the meal.
