Waiter was great - until he disappeared. The food was good but since we got sandwiches they were messy. We waited until after the lunch crowd to go so it wasn't too noisy and we could easily converse. We couldn't figure out using the machine as it wouldn't separate the tickets correctly. One ended up paying with no tax; the other paid taxes on both. The email receipt split the one bill into both bills and showed the tax. Lesson: always ask for a paper bill. read more

Been going to Chilis since I lived in Austin over 20 yrs ago. I've been to a bunch of them. Worst experience at a Chilis ever. Waited for a good 10 or 15 minutes just to get someone to take my drink order...and it was a Tuesday afternoon with hardly anyone in the bar area. Then, I ordered a burger with no onions. The only modification I requested. Too much to ask, I guess. read more

Chili's food is good. Their website is shit. I have $150 in gift cards and not one was accepted for my order. This is a major fucking deal. Not permitting the use of their own gift cards is a shit business practice that has been in place for years. I'm done. read more

New location, busy Thursday night, Brittany was amazing!! Sweetest most genuine server, made us smile and laugh the whole meal. Hope you get lucky enough to have her when you visit ! Food was amazing, good chili's location!! read more

Chili's use to be on our list of places in Anna ( actually anywhere) to eat. But they done away with the house margarita! So, we rarely go anymore, perhaps we don't go at all. The house margarita was great, and a great price. Better places to go with better food and margaritas! read more

I've been coming here for the last year or so. It's new and clean. The food has been great as is the service. My most recent visit had me ordering the half rack ribs with sides to go (while I had a beer at the bar). Zero complaints. Portion was decent, price was O.K. but service was exceptional. The food tasted really good. I've lived in Anna for about six years and we have limited food options here but I appreciate everything this Chili's has to offer. A special shout out to bartender Alex. Holy crap! He bartends and also was responsible for the 20+ tables in his area while I was here. Watching him work made me dizzy. He was highly efficient. I wish I had his energy...he deserves a raise. read more

Food was great, staff was polite and professional. I love the new atmosphere. Haven't been there in a while. The manager was nice too. I will be coming here again. The margarita chicken was my usual but got buffalo wings today. Haven't had wings at Chili's since back in the 90s wings were as good as they were back then. If you haven't been here at this, Chili's, give it a try. I loved it. read more

The restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated quickly. The noise level was a bit loud but we were seated in the bar. The waitress did fine and our order was correct. I had the chicken tenders with Mac & cheese & French fries and my husband had the chicken fajitas. We also had the bottomless chips & salsa. Everything was good except the Mac & cheese. It was very watery, runny and the pasta was a corkscrew which was not done very well as it was a bit hard. The chips and French fries were overly salted too. read more

I hadn't been in Chili's in a long time and they have changed a lot over the years. I thought let's try it and see how it goes. Well service was slow, but improved and the food"old timer burger" was okay. It used to be that the food in general was pretty good and presentation was very good. But now the food is below average in presentation and below average in taste. read more

As always the food and atmosphere at Chili's is great and it's family friendly, but that's not why I'm writing this review. My son wasn't feeling well, and he got sick halfway through his meal. After the waitstaff cleaned it up the manager on duty (John) obviously could tell we were stressed and felt bad, because he came over, checked on our son and told us we had nothing to worry about. Then a few minutes later he comes back and tells us he's going to give us a free meal (to replace the one he got sick on) and he threw in a free dessert as well just to be kind. Kendall, our waitress, was equally understanding and concerned for our son. Instead of that experience bringing me down I felt lifted up by their genuine concern and understanding. Obviously we'll be back (when Colton is feeling better). read more

Ordered the surf and turf a bit of a misunderstanding definitely on my part but the manager made sure we were well taken care of this is my 2nd time coming to this location and we definitely will be back and will recommend our family. The food was fresh and hot we didn't have to wait long. Our service was epic. We felt welcomed and the server was very helpful and suggested great items when we ordered. Terrible absolutely terrible. Unorganized. Walked in put name in, gave phone number, waited to be seated . TOLD 15min wait. AFTER 45 min after watching table after table being seated. Asked the host if he had us next because we were BEFORE these people, he nonchalantly said, "I haven't called anyone." I then proceeded to ask why it had been 45 min and people who have come in after me are being seated? He then stared into space and said "oh my bad. I messed that up. ". NO: LET ME GET YOU SEATED ETC. NON OF THAT! I have heard pretty bad things about this location. I have heard the food is bad and the service sucks. WELL I HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY and let me tell you, it SUCKS HERE AT THIS LOCATION. We left as three other guests decided to leave as well. Change staff change HOST, and MAYBE IT WONT HAVE SUCH A BAD REP. But until the AVOID THIS ONE. read more

I don't know why this place only has 2.8 stars, I went there Saturday night for dinner and couldn't have been happier with my ribs! Some of the best ribs I've had in a long time! Compliments to the chef! Service was great as well! read more

We have been twice since they newly opened. First time was awesome. Second time was fraught with problems. However, the manager made it right. Problems will occur and the best we can hope for is helpful staff and they definitely have that. Both times our servers were awesome and the female manager who helped us was also awesome. Very attentive servers. We will be back again. Love their cheap lunch specials! read more

To Go order - this restaurant did not care at all how the food was presented to us. Ordered triple appetizer - all put in the same box. Normally, I don't have an issue with it, but when 2 of the three items are laying in the sauce of the third item, it irked me. Sorry but fried cheese and egg rolls covered in honey-chipotle sauce was gross. The corn on the cob here is normally so good, nope, not this time. Barely any seasoning at all. Disappointed to say the least. $3 side of fries - 10 fries. Really? And lastly, I hate that I can't customize online. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. Chili's overall has been going downhill fast but this was my second take out order at this location. There will not be a third. read more

I love Chili's and the food is always amazing and it was amazing here, but this was the worst service ever!!! There was a big table in front of us that waited an hour for their check and it also took us an hour to get to go boxes and the check. I guess the system was down but there were like 5 waiters who didn't bother to ask us if we needed anything we had to ask someone for our checks. Even the manager didn't bother to ask us if we needed anything at all because he was too busy talking to girls never coming back!! read more

I believe the five star reviews after the bad comments are fake here!!! Terrible experience here and the restaurant seems to be all open like a hall and they sat us underneath a noisy part of the room where you hear humming, and rumbling noise from the air conditioner overhead the whole time. I asked to move to another table since there were so many empty tables around but the waitress said there was no waitress there and would not move us to a table that just needed wiping. We had to wait till they moved us to a middle aisle table and it was a little better but after all the trouble of moving the food was terrible and my husband's burger was loaded with too much mayonnaise that he can't stand and had to wipe it off with a knife along with the smashed stringy lettuce pasted to it. My chicken wings were not good tasting , didn't taste very fresh or crispy. We got tired of the whole place and just ate what we could and left because my husband didn't want to complain again. Oh when I asked why is there no celery sticks with my wings the waitress said they don't include celery sticks as garnish with your chicken wings in the whole year and a half that she has been there, plus no kosher pickles with the burger. Smart Alec, rude and not friendly waitress. She also had a fake way of speaking with a high pitched whinny voice trying to sound sexy or sweet but was not. Another head waitress was better and had a normal voice and arranged to move us away from the noise, since our waitress acted like it was not possible to move us. The chicken wings tasted like old and dry chicken got more wings than drumettes. I do not recommend their food and service. Waitress tricked us into not getting any free chips and salsa unless they are not free anymore. I do not recommend this place at all not going back. Rotten, noisy place with newly printed menus with higher prices. The place is expensive and not worse your money here. This will be a bad memory. read more

Food is good. Service is not too bad for a newly opened restaurant. To go order was on point. I would go back for sure.

Chili's - Triple dipper! Yum - Bars Near Me - Anna, Texas

For some reason this Chili's in Anna has a hard time with orders to go. We have given them several opportunities but each time there has been a failure. Sadly, burgers have been the epic fail and they are what we have loved about Chili's for 40 years. Once it was totally charred. Once the patties were really tiny. And the last time it was the wrong burger and wrong side. I hate to give bad reviews and seldom do and really hope that Chili's in Anna will turn things around and prove me wrong. I worked at Chili's for 8 years and that makes it even more personal. Come on guys, I know you can turn my next review to a 5 star for you! read more

Chili's in Anna still needs some coaching by experienced restaurant openers. We added ourselves with the hostess to the waitlist. Hostess stated a 15 minute wait. Throughout our 1 hour waiting 7+ tables remained empty, as well as 5 in the bar area, cleared and awaiting patrons. I inquired. Hostess stated tables needed wiped down so she couldn't seat them. Meanwhile she was doing nothing as the patrons waiting increased. I would have wipes one down. I would rather sit at a table reviewing the menu waiting for a server than stand in the doorway looking at empty tables. Wouldn't you? The server could have grabbed a rag before taking our drink order. At 1 hour 10 minutes, we asked next door to Fuzzy's Tacos to eat. I never received a text about a table for us 4 from Chili's. read more

Ordered Chili's delivery for the first time tonight. Ordered 3 kids' meals and two entrees. All the food arrived hot and the drinks cold. It did take a little longer for the driver to get the food from the restaurant than estimated (he waited there awhile) but the food was all 100% correct. They did include ketchup which we forgot to ask for but they didn't include napkins and plasticware which I was sure I marked all three times I had to get out and back in. We'll order delivery again! read more

Fast service. Just a couple minute wait. Food was good, hot and fast. Does seem kind of small and cramped.

Great Chilis! i've heard they had problems at the beginning but i have no complaints when i go here!

First we were seated in the bar area and we said we don't want to be in the bar and the hostess proceeded to tell us we were not in the bar area....what!! Plus she seated us at a dirty table. We decided to leave and she was very unprofessional by her comment as we left. Your hostess is the first impression of your store! Horrible impression!!!!! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would leave NEGATIVE stars if it was possible, got attitude while being seated AFTER waiting 30min+ (when I was told 15min). Didn't even want to see how the food turned out.
