They food is great and the service is always amazing. I know it's not a fast food restaurant they use actual chicken and steak and brisket so it take a couple extra minutes for the food to come out. But I rather have this than fast food that is super processed. read more

I mean the ratings speak for themselves. The fuzzys in Anna is not worth going to. You will get more satisfaction from going to Taco Bell or honestly eating cardboard. They absolutely SUCK at their back of house management and expo line, CLEARLY, because there is no chance your order will be correct. If you order a Queso and chips I hope you are prepared to drink it bc they DO NOT ever include the chips when you order for delivery or pickup. Then when you call to complain to a manager after the THIRD time it's happened (over $40 worth of purchases that I HAVE NO MEANS TO CONSUME at that point) he will not take accountability and continue to be inadequate bc you tell them "get your "sh*t together" and then he started arguing with me about being disrespectful and using "foul language." Sorry - buck up bro. You're the manager. You're in charge. Your salary should reflect that. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER MISTAKES ARE MADE WHILE YOU ON THE MANAGER ON DUTY. You've wasted almost $40 of my money and when I complain Uber Eats refuses to refund bc they think I'm scamming them by saying my order is wrong EVERY TIME so they do not refund. It's literally like $9 for chips and queso off Uber Eats. When you deliver the queso without chips and then blow it off like I'm being a Karen for "Being upset about chips" like yes ??? I am upset ??? Bc I PAID FOR IT??? And now I can't eat it? Like what do you want me to do? Say "ok sorry for complaining all good my guy I get it shiii happens!" And hang up with a smile? Go buy my own chips at the grocery store to consume the food I ordered out of convince? Maybe it's a first world problem, yes, but the matter of the fact that I PAID for the convince of the food I PAID for being delivered to me yes I'm allowed to be upset and tell you I don't want your apology, and I know the ONLY solution you will offer is for yall to "make it right" by me coming up there which, sorry not sorry get tf over it if you want to work in the SERVICE industry, DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. I'm not coming up there. I'm pissed off. I'm allowed to be pissed off and I'm allowed to tell you that you need to get your SH!T TOGETHER bc clearly you're lacking. I've worked in restaurant and retail - I am understanding, patient, and empathetic, but I'm also not going to feel bad for calling you out and telling you you are not meeting expectations. Do better. Whoever the Hispanic male manager on duty 2/21/26 8-10 pm do better. Owners if you see this, run your location better and train your managers and team better. You guys sucks. read more

Amazing breakfast tacos , I'm tellin yall gotta try them breakfast tacos they smackin , service is the best!!!

Ran in for quick dinner and happy hour. $5 margaritas cannot be beat! Small happy hour food menu but we got 4 different tacos and they were all delish! And of course you can never go wrong with chips and queso! Great place for casual happy hour and dinner. read more

Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Already ate 2 tacos! But had the shredded chicken taco, ground beef, carnitas, brisket. We liked them all. - Tex-Mex Near Me - Anna, Texas

I am so glad I found Fuzzys. Honestly after all the visits to the UPS store two doors away I never even knew Fuzzy was there! Well I am glad I went in. Great selection of food, very tasty I may add, and a a nice bar area as well. Great for a quick lunch or very casual gotta run dinner. They do have a nice patio area however we didn't get to enjoy it as a sudden rain storm popped up! Service was great both from cashier 31 and from the kitchen guys. Even my wife liked the place which is a huge plus when I am looking for tacos! read more

I know they've had a rough opening but tonight was our first time trying this location out, and it's Cinco de Mayo so it was pretty busy. I think the staff did a great job and was overall very pleased with the entire experience! We did have to wait to order a bit as there was a long line, but again it was Cinco de Mayo so that's to be expected. There were plenty of clean tables outside for us to sit at while waiting for our food. Food was hot and fresh and just as good as other locations. The inside and outside was clean, the staff was friendly. My husband and I both felt like the portions were bigger than we've gotten at McKinney, Frisco, and Plano locations. Only complaint would be that they have all sorts of nicer tequila options but couldn't make a top shelf margarita, they could only add a shot to their premade margaritas. I definitely don't need extra tequila so I switched to a beer-rita. Other than that I was very happy! read more

Went in to get some tacos yesterday. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, not a single person working there. Went over to the kitchen, asked if there was anyone who could take my order, and they didn't speak any English, but nodded their heads. Stood back at order counter for another couple minutes, and nobody ever came out. Very disappointing experience. read more

This little taco shop rocks! The place has a delicious menu that will amaze you... the grilled steak quesadillas are one of my favorites! The staff is welcoming and Jose' is a fantastic host and the first guy you meet. The ambience goes perfectly with the food. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. read more

Friendly staff and great fast option. Love having a quick early morning spot to pick up breakfast tacos. The online ordering through the app makes it super easy and efficient. Not sure why the reviews are so low here. I encourage you to leave a positive review if you've had a good experience here. It seems the only ones really motivated to write a review are when they have a bad experience and I've been guilty of that too. Don't let the other reviews deter you. They are great! :) read more

I was very disappointed on my last order and not sure if I'll order from there again! We ordered some brisket tacos and there was barely any brisket on them! The taco shells were definitely store bought and stale too! I even tried to use a coupon for mini sopapillas that I was given on the app and they told me next time ‍ read more

Incompetent staff who don't even know how to refund an order without contacting their GM. Are you kidding?! I waited over 30 minutes for an online order that was never even made. They kept telling me that my order is being prepared, but then had to have a kitchen employee come to the register to figure out what the heck was going on! When I told the employee that I wanted a refund, because I was not going to wait any longer for my order, she started giving me ways that they're going to fix their online ordering system in the future. Lady, I don't care and this doesn't help me at the present time!!! She made NO effort to fix the situation and told me that she couldn't give me the GM's name. However, I told her that I'm not leaving without a receipt saying that the order was refunded. She went to the kitchen to call the GM, and I finally received a computer print out saying that the order was refunded. On another note, their margaritas are from a machine and SUPER salty as in you can't even take 1 sip without throwing it away. Don't waste your money on this place!!!! read more

We waited 40 minutes for our order, and when we received it, there were 1-2 pieces of meat on our nachos and inside our quesadillas. There were 5 people working in the kitchen (so a full kitchen) and a line of customers complaining about ridiculously long waits. We will not be returning. read more

Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Children's nachos with a chicken up charge. We got 2 morsels of chicken and barely any shredded cheese on the chips. So basically dry chips. - Tex-Mex Near Me - Anna, Texas

Been here twice service and food were horrible. Ordered shrimp tempura taco, which was overcooked. The queso has a bad after taste. I would not return or recommend it. read more

Good food. Typical Fuzzy's fare. Fast service. Super loud and busy. Fans and AC keeping things cool. The place was clean and well looked after. read more

This location doesn't seem to be like others in that their meat is low grade. Fajita chicken is salty and nasty meat, shredded chicken and brisket is also not good. It may be their meat distributor is just not the best and the food shows it. Only enjoy the chips and salsa at this location. Better to just go to Salsa's right around the corner. read more

So the Togo orders are not half as good as the service and food they serve when you eat in the restaurant. Check your orders if you get Togo

Stopped In to make a to go order. Literally a 3 minute drive home and all the food (queso, meat in tacos) were cold to the touch. Everything tasted fine and the flavor was there. Do better and at least serve warm food, even if it's to go. read more

I will admit that if I had reviewed this Yelp page I may not have come. I see quite a few bad reviews regarding service and delivery. This place was awesome! For $5 I could not believe how much you get with the chips and queso order. We each ordered one because we weren't expecting that much chips for the price. I got a burrito and it was both tasty and filling. The staff was friendly as well. read more

Just went to Fuzzy's Taco Shop for lunch (first time ever) the absolute worst food I have ever had. Will not be going back! Ordered steak tacos, chips and salsa, salsa was so hot I couldn't eat it. I love hot stuff but this was beyond hot. The steak in the tacos was dry and hard like it's been sitting out for days. Just threw it in the trash along with the free cup as I will not be going back - they are very expensive too. Absolutely awful read more

Great service, I've been in multiple times since open and now that the rush has died down a little, I'm in and out in 15 minutes with food for a family of three. Never gotten my order wrong, and it's faster than sitting in line at the Whataburger drive thru. read more

For a place that just opened up and all employees trying to get their groove, they served us very quickly and efficiently. The line to order was long but waited about 5 minutes for our buzzer to go off for the food. The space is a bit small for the amount of people but still worth it. read more

Ordered a chicken fajita burrito with black beans and added sour cream. I thought $1 for sour cream was a little expensive but I went with it. Got it home and it was horrible. It was just a mouthful of salt. I believe the issue was the black beans. I tried to remove them, but couldn't get rid of the taste. The sour cream was also in one corner of the burrito. read more

It's always been great food every time I've been. I usually get take out and it is great and well packaged!

Don't order for delivery! The staff doesn't check the orders because they'll just pass the blame off on the driver. The response is "Well, you can come up here and get it yourself, or we'll refund your money in 5-7 business days". Over $100 family fajita meal with no meat, beans, chips, etc. All we got was a few toppings. I love fuzzy's, I've eaten at several different ones in several different parts of town. The response to their mistake was a joke though. They truly did not care. This is not a good representation of the fuzzy's brand. read more

We ordered tonight through Grubhub so we didn't have to go out in the rain. Our order took 90 minutes, when it said it would take 45. The food was cold, we were missing items, and any customizations were wrong. Some of the delays could have been Grubhub, but the quality and errors were absolutely on Fuzzys. Disappointing read more

Very, very dissatisfied with their service. Do not plan on coming in hungry because your food will take forever to come out. Get ready for cold tortillas and a manager that sits in his car doing nothing. Only good thing that came from this place was the one worker cleaning the tables trying to help us as best he could to get us our to-go order. They should give him the manager position. We put in a to-go order at 4:15 pm and did not receive it until 4:54 pm. It took them 40 mins to get us 3 tacos. Ridiculous. Oh, and we waited 40 mins for cold tortillas as well. Good luck trying this place. read more

I have been coming to Fuzzys for fifteen years. It's never taken 25 minutes for some tacos. To wait that long just for the tacos to come out with all of the tortillas cold is infuriating. They felt like they grabbed them out of the fridge. Then my sister placed a to go order when I got there so that I could pick it up. Had a time of 4:25 for when it would be ready. Wasn't ready until 4:58. The apparent manager who was dressed in golf attire, disappeared across the street for 30 minutes. Then came back in and was clueless to the fires around him lol. Not enough employees. No leadership. read more

I recommend the Chicken Nachos, Chicken Salad, Chicken Fajita Plate. The brisket I don't like the taste, since it's not the same anymore but that isn't Fuzzy's fault. Sopa pilla bites when done right are really good, sometimes they have icing which is n the sweet side but it's still good. You should give it a try, I've noticed Saturdays are really good to go. read more

Ordered two fajita beef burrito bowls. Got to the restaurant and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. The staff was very friendly but very slow. I was charged when I placed my online order. I called store to make sure they received it. I was told to call delivery people listed on their website because they didn't see my order on their end. I called delivery people and I was told that I needed to reach out to Fuzzys. . I tried to call store over and over again no answer. I then drove to the store and only one person was in there??!!!! So why did you not pick up the 7 times that I called?? I showed the girl at the register my bank account - I wanted to show proof I was charged. She told me that I would receive a refund in a few days because it didn't go through on their end. She went to the kitchen to check the computer in the back and call the GM!!??!! I re-ordered my food and paid again!! Food was disgusting. Tasted old. I threw it away! I will never order from this place again! Worst customer service ever! They don't care about their customers! I better get my refund! I will be filing a complaint!! read more

Been on multiple occasions, different days of the week and different times of day. I'm honestly not one to complain about food establishments because I know how it can be with turnover, etc., but literally every time I have gone it's been a miserable experience. Tonight, we ordered, waited 45 minutes, went to the kitchen that couldn't find our ticket, watched multiple people after us get food, then they said our food had been sitting out on the bar for the past 10 minutes. Our buzzer never went off, no one said anything, and they just kept making excuses for the wait. Again, I'm not one to complain after one or two experiences, but it's literally been every experience in there. I do NOT recommend. read more
