I mean the ratings speak for themselves. The fuzzys in Anna is not worth going to. You will get more satisfaction from going to Taco Bell or honestly eating cardboard. They absolutely SUCK at their back of house management and expo line, CLEARLY, because there is no chance your order will be correct. If you order a Queso and chips I hope you are prepared to drink it bc they DO NOT ever include the chips when you order for delivery or pickup. Then when you call to complain to a manager after the THIRD time it's happened (over $40 worth of purchases that I HAVE NO MEANS TO CONSUME at that point) he will not take accountability and continue to be inadequate bc you tell them "get your "sh*t together" and then he started arguing with me about being disrespectful and using "foul language." Sorry - buck up bro. You're the manager. You're in charge. Your salary should reflect that. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER MISTAKES ARE MADE WHILE YOU ON THE MANAGER ON DUTY. I am so glad I found Fuzzys. Honestly after all the visits to the UPS store two doors away I never even knew Fuzzy was there! Well I am glad I went in. Great selection of food, very tasty I may add, and a a nice bar area as well. Great for a quick lunch or very casual gotta run dinner. They do have a nice patio area however we didn't get to enjoy it as a sudden rain storm popped up! Service was great both from cashier 31 and from the kitchen guys. Went in to get some tacos yesterday. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, not a single person working there. Went over to the kitchen, asked if there was anyone who could take my order, and they didn't speak any English, but nodded their heads. Stood back at order counter for another couple minutes, and nobody ever came out. Very disappointing experience. read more

I know they've had a rough opening but tonight was our first time trying this location out, and it's Cinco de Mayo so it was pretty busy. I think the staff did a great job and was overall very pleased with the entire experience! We did have to wait to order a bit as there was a long line, but again it was Cinco de Mayo so that's to be expected. There were plenty of clean tables outside for us to sit at while waiting for our food. Food was hot and fresh and just as good as other locations. The inside and outside was clean, the staff was friendly. My husband and I both felt like the portions were bigger than we've gotten at McKinney, Frisco, and Plano locations. Only complaint would be that they have all sorts of nicer tequila options but couldn't make a top shelf margarita, they could only add a shot to their premade margaritas. Incompetent staff who don't even know how to refund an order without contacting their GM. Are you kidding?! I waited over 30 minutes for an online order that was never even made. They kept telling me that my order is being prepared, but then had to have a kitchen employee come to the register to figure out what the heck was going on! When I told the employee that I wanted a refund, because I was not going to wait any longer for my order, she started giving me ways that they're going to fix their online ordering system in the future. Lady, I don't care and this doesn't help me at the present time!!! She made NO effort to fix the situation and told me that she couldn't give me the GM's name. However, I told her that I'm not leaving without a receipt saying that the order was refunded. She went to the kitchen to call the GM, and I finally received a computer print out saying that the order was refunded. On another note, their margaritas are from a machine and SUPER salty as in you can't even take 1 sip without throwing it away. Don't waste your money on this place!!!! read more

We waited 40 minutes for our order, and when we received it, there were 1-2 pieces of meat on our nachos and inside our quesadillas. There were 5 people working in the kitchen (so a full kitchen) and a line of customers complaining about ridiculously long waits. We will not be returning. read more

This location doesn't seem to be like others in that their meat is low grade. Fajita chicken is salty and nasty meat, shredded chicken and brisket is also not good. It may be their meat distributor is just not the best and the food shows it. Only enjoy the chips and salsa at this location. Better to just go to Salsa's right around the corner. read more

Just went to Fuzzy's Taco Shop for lunch (first time ever) the absolute worst food I have ever had. Will not be going back! Ordered steak tacos, chips and salsa, salsa was so hot I couldn't eat it. I love hot stuff but this was beyond hot. The steak in the tacos was dry and hard like it's been sitting out for days. Very, very dissatisfied with their service. Do not plan on coming in hungry because your food will take forever to come out. Get ready for cold tortillas and a manager that sits in his car doing nothing. Only good thing that came from this place was the one worker cleaning the tables trying to help us as best he could to get us our to-go order. They should give him the manager position. We put in a to-go order at 4:15 pm and did not receive it until 4:54 pm. It took them 40 mins to get us 3 tacos. Ridiculous. Oh, and we waited 40 mins for cold tortillas as well. I have been coming to Fuzzys for fifteen years. It's never taken 25 minutes for some tacos. To wait that long just for the tacos to come out with all of the tortillas cold is infuriating. They felt like they grabbed them out of the fridge. Then my sister placed a to go order when I got there so that I could pick it up. Had a time of 4:25 for when it would be ready. Wasn't ready until 4:58. The apparent manager who was dressed in golf attire, disappeared across the street for 30 minutes. Then came back in and was clueless to the fires around him lol. I recommend the Chicken Nachos, Chicken Salad, Chicken Fajita Plate. The brisket I don't like the taste, since it's not the same anymore but that isn't Fuzzy's fault. Sopa pilla bites when done right are really good, sometimes they have icing which is n the sweet side but it's still good. So why did you not pick up the 7 times that I called?? I showed the girl at the register my bank account - I wanted to show proof I was charged. She told me that I would receive a refund in a few days because it didn't go through on their end. She went to the kitchen to check the computer in the back and call the GM!!??!! I re-ordered my food and paid again!! Food was disgusting. Tasted old. I threw it away! I will never order from this place again! Worst customer service ever! They don't care about their customers! Been on multiple occasions, different days of the week and different times of day. I'm honestly not one to complain about food establishments because I know how it can be with turnover, etc., but literally every time I have gone it's been a miserable experience. Tonight, we ordered, waited 45 minutes, went to the kitchen that couldn't find our ticket, watched multiple people after us get food, then they said our food had been sitting out on the bar for the past 10 minutes. Our buzzer never went off, no one said anything, and they just kept making excuses for the wait.
