So we were watching Tik Tok and saw the chili's hack to the sauced fried cheese. We were snacky so we decided to run up there and see what the fuss was about. We sat at the bar and ordered a beer and got the sampler with the southwest egg rolls, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and the sauced fried cheese with honey chipotle. E seething came out steaming hot. The cheese was amazing. We had already devoured it before we realized they had sauced it with the Nashville hot instead of the honey chipotle. We told the bartender, but told her it was totally ok because it was really good. I went to the restroom and when I came back my spouse told me they took off 5$ for our food. We called the bartender over and told her that wasn't what it was about but she said "you didn't get what you ordered even if you did like it and that is important". Good for you! Thank you! Placed and online order tonight... decided I wanted chili's for my birthday... what a horrible idea on my part. Went to pick up the order. glanced at the salad that I had to pay an additional $1 to get and thought... nah! this looks really small..let me just check it when I get to the car. Get to the car and take it out. I could count the pieces of lettuce in this salad - it was 10 pieces if you would like to know. I go back into the to go area because I felt that surely this is wrong, and they will remake it. I requested that the salad be remade. The little girl with the stank attitude told me that is the portion. So I am supposed to eat cheese and croutons with salad dressing? Her response, we can take the cheese off. Needless to say, she needs to be thankful it was my birthday.... she needs to learn customer service. So I told her that I wanted to speak with a manager. She leaves and returns to say that the manager is busy right now and will be there when she can. I asked if there was another manager on duty.. she sarcastically stated the manager is busy and said she would be with you when she is done. So THIS bad attitude is strike 2. So the manager comes, as she walks up I told her to hold on I am getting the rest of my $32 order so I can get my money back. She said something as I was exiting but I was no longer interested in hearing. Mind you, this manager was sweet and pie. She explained this is the portion size. So basically, Chili's is charging more to give less..not in this economy... She told me she would credit the money back to me and I could keep the food. Nope... dont WANT the food... that is the purpose of giving it back and wanting my money back. Once I am not happy, I no longer want anything to do with you. So then I ask about a receipt of proof that my money was credited. She said since I placed the order online she couldnt give me any proof but it takes 5 days and if its not there in 5 days, just contact the location and they would issue the credit again... so NOW I dont have my birthday meal, I dont have proof of the credit, I have to wait on my money to come back, AND should there be an issue, I have to wait again. Chili's you have officially seen the last of my business. I will be posting on EVERY site about this piss poor encounter. read more

While the staff was very friendly and served us very well, our food was not great. Our soup had good flavor but was at best lukewarm, our fries were cold and our sandwiches were not hot. They did bring hot fries later. There was a very strong musty smell and the floor was definitely not clean. This Chili's definitely needs improvement. read more

I am on medical bed rest and, for a treat, we ordered chilis. It was disgusting. The boneless chicken tenders were gelatinous. (How old do those have to be? I highly recommend this spot!!! Had a great late dinner (we walked in at 9:30pm) with my young daughter on the end of our day-long road trip. I was thrilled we could still order food so late. I find the food consistently pretty good at Chili's and it's usually the staff that sets things apart. This location has a GREAT staff! The bartender got us a table right away and our server Ashley was WONDERFUL! Her personal attentive service with a great smile (at the end of the shift no less!) was such a treat! We were even thanked by a couple of other staff members sweeping up as we left...that's such a nice feeling. Never once did we feel rushed to move on or that we were hindering their closing duties. Ashley actually went out of her way to tell us to take our time when I offered to pay when the food arrived so she could close out. Our food was delivered fast and tasted great. Ashley checked on us a few times throughout the meal but not too much, only popping in to fill a drink before it got too low. The on-table interactive game thing costs $1.99 (which I only found out when I got the check) but my 7 year old enjoyed it as we ate...so I found no reason to complain. Once again...the service was so good that I didn't feel like nitpicking over $2. The bar was fairly busy when we got there, which was better than seeing a ghost town. My husband and I order from this Chili's pretty often. We usually order the same thing, the Margarita Grilled Chicken, rice, black beans, chips and salsa. Tonight, we received the worst meal we've ever had here. Chips so salty that you couldn't eat them and a meal so pathetic, I can't believe we paid what we paid for this meal. The chicken was skimpy (not even the equivalent of a real, full chicken breast) and it was COLD and disgusting. The black beans were cold, the rice was cold and nearly non existent. Chili's is a good option if you want a meal from one of the chain gangs. The food is good and service is good MOST of the time. Burgers can be on the small side for what you pay, but are always good. My main reason for going here- the onion straws with jalapenos. Love them. We'll be back. read more

We ate at this Chillis last night we had a big group of 18. We had Adrianna as a waitress for the whole table. She was awesome, all our food came out hot, not one order was messed up. All our drink stayed topped off with out having to look for her or ask her. She separated all our tickets with no issue even tho all our groups were scatter around the table. read more

In my experience, the Chili's Chains are consistently "meh" and this particular location is no different. ...BUT... Its very difficult to overlook the $2 PBR on tap (ALL THE TIME). Also, the service in the bar area is really good and the chips and salsa are not a bad addition with your PBR! So, next time. Skip the main dish, sit at the bar, drink a PBR and eat some chips and salsa and watch a sports-ing game on the TV. read more

Used this CHILI's for curbside pick twice in the last couple of months...food was great, it was hot, and didn't look like it had been thrown in the container. The curb site folks were awesome, courteous and just all around great customer service. I waffled between 3 & 4 stars, only because as a chain I basically expect an A-OK experience. But seeing the other horrible reviews for this specific location actually prompted me to add the 4th, and here's why... We arrived at roughly 6:45 on a Thursday evening and though the parking lot was full (as always) there was plenty of seating both in the bar and in the dining side of the house. We were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess, seated and greeted again by our server as soon as we sat. Chips and salsa were exactly as you've come to know and love: super thin, hot out of the fryer and just a little on the (pleasantly) greasy side. My husband doesn't even like chips & salsa (what can I say, he's a native New Yorker, it's just not his thing) and he always enthusiastically shares these. Our only hiccup was waiting a bit for our draft beers to arrive, but as basically every table around us were having margaritas we gave the bartender a pass on that one, it just wasn't a big deal. Oh, and my husband discovered the Deep Ellum Brewing Company "Dallas Blonde" is definitely to his liking, light and drinkable but full-bodied with a nice head. If it's on tap when you're in, give it a go if you like Shiner. There was a manager on the floor ensuring food-running moved smoothly, and before we knew it our orders were on the table. Having already ditched the low-carbing for the night I settled on a half-rack of ribs, originally sauced, with fries on the side. Both were hot, fresh and just super tasty, overall. My husband had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and gravy that looked fantastic, if just a tad on the overly fatty side (not necessarily a bad thing with ribeyes), cooked perfectly. Our server was on top of things despite having several large tables that needed something new every time she passed ("one more cup of salsa, please," "one more empty bowl for our son to put his fries in," and staggered reorders of margaritas.. I've been a server and that's always the pits, like sheesh, get y'all's schedule synced for heaven's sake) and we couldn't have been happier. On balance we've had this basic experience with every visit to this location, just clean, fast, friendly, but never rushing you out the door. I don't know if they have changed recipes or what but everything, from the appetizers to the entree was so salty it was barely edible. Even the broccoli side was salty. In addition, I ordered the small sirloin and requested it be cooked medium. It was served very well done. This experience was not good. I don't know if I will be back. Just like that! And that salmon isn't available. The server talked me into trying the new Ancho Salmon and I'm glad she did! Very flavorful. Been to many Chili's before and I must say this is the worst one yet, they try to seat me in a corner of the bar claiming that the restaurant was full so I went to the restroom and saw that it was not as full as claimed, the waitress came and took my order check once and did not return until I was ready to leave, as for the meal the portion was smaller than other meals. They have a REWARDS PROGRAM and they did not mention anything about it so overall this Chili's should get a ZERO STAR. read more

So we waited took forever to order drinks of course.... Have had a couple of bad experiences with Chili's in the past. We we're on our way back home (5 1/2 drive) decided to stop and give 1 last chance. Ordered the drinks first... My glass was dirty, could still taste the salt on the rim. Yuck! Ordered at the bar the guacamole dip is very bland. The salad was SO salty. Ordered the boneless wings with ranch. I think they soak the chicken in a huge vat of vinegar. It was so mouth puckering. YUCK! This will be my last review for Chili's, for the food has been just awful in different locations.
