Happy 1 Year to Chictea! I've ordered from here through DoorDash and love the drinks and variety of food items. My favorite drink is the mango grapefruit sago- it's so refreshing. I love the branding with the cute doggie logo drinking a bubble tea. Definitely follow them on IG as they have seasonal drinks and fun promos.

Thai milk tea and Japanese Matcha milk tea were amazing! Definitely check this place out!

So happy this authentic bubble tea opened in the neighborhood. I'm impressed that their taro drink is made from real cooked taro as opposed to powder. Any of their special drinks have been good so far. The mango one is also amazing. I'm also happy that they've gotten much better at turning around their drinks faster. I was here opening weekend and my drink took an hour to make (probably because of their BOGO promo too). Today my drink came out in one minute! For snacks, I enjoyed their wings and waffle fries are amazing - get the sweet and spicy one! Their soup dumplings are also decent for a snack place. Hope they stay for a long time and glad they have a loyalty program.

Great drinks. Favorite are the mango grapefruit sago and the oreo milk tea. Nice service and the smell is a lot like heytea. They decorate for the holidays too.

Cute new bubble tea shop in the area! Space is clean with a good amount of seats for hanging out with friends. The sago drinks were the best and the service fast. Would recommend!

A great local boba shop! I'm a huge fan of the 3Q & fruit options here. A clean, trendy shop with great customer service. If you want to get small Asian snacks or a refreshing tea, you have to stop by!

Probably the best boba spot on 3rd! I've been waiting for a boba place with yummy snacks. They did not disappoint. The takoyaki was made perfectly, the pork dumplings were delish. Steamed and then pan fried crispy on the bottom. My brown sugar boba was perfect amount of sweetness and not too milky. The pearls were chewy good. Will def be going back to try the other items!

Let's start with the good - the service and ambiance were on point. I went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy inside, but since I was a solo diner I was seated immediately by the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive. Probably 3-4 different people checked in multiple times throughout the meal. Where I struggle is with the actual burger itself. As a non-resident New Yorker, for me $22.50 is a lot to spend on a burger and fries. It needs to rock my world at that price point. And it just didn't. I got the B&B Burger. The onion ring tasted like it had been refried a second time to make my burger. The bread was crumbly like it was on the verge of going stale. The actual beef patty itself was decent - good flavor. Usually I can overlook an okay burger if the fries are top notch, but these fries were under-seasoned and also 'just okay'. I also got a side of Chicken Tenders. These were good - no complaints here. I really wanted to like this spot, but not sure this would be a return visit for me.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

Considering the height of the table, they were the perfect height. I like the music that was being played. The music wasn't too loud or too low. I was able to make conversation without the music being overwhelming. Service 10/10 This joint has a self-order/self-checkout option, which makes it easier. They also have a restroom. Not all restaurants have restrooms that are made available to customers. That is an A+ in my book. Food 10/10 I ordered Hous Burger (hold the onions. Don't at me) it was pretty good. The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

The service is impeccable, the wait staff is well versed in the menu and will offer help if you don't know how to truly get the best sandwich that you can. The star here is the roast beef sandwich, it's moist and flavorful and cooked absolutely perfectly. My suggestion is to order it with cheese and have it dunked in the au jus. I prefer what they call a "knife and fork job" where the sandwich, the meat the bread is all dunked and comes out in a river of au jus. They make amazing sides, I typically go for the onion rings and corn fritters which are tasty, fried nugget of sweet corn and they are delicious. Curious about the "famous" Brooklyn roast beef war -- yeah! it's a thing! -- T and I decided to see for ourselves. (Once I try the competition I'll weigh in with my vote.) With a reputation built on beef we ignored other options and researched how to order. You can get double dip, "dingle-dangle" (don't ask), cheese/no cheese ... it was confusing. We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy. You'll likely have to wait a bit -- but I found it interesting to watch the guys at the counter work. Service was friendly and attentive. Unlike someone's comment about paying blind -- not so. We were given a check with an accurate breakdown of what we ordered. Prices are posted. And yes -- cash only.

What I loved - two patties that weren't gigantic. Burgers have become either massive monstrosities that the human jaw isn't equipped to handle, or smash burgers, without an in between. Well, maybe not for you new yorkers - in Austin, we have P.Terry's! All in all it was fantastic! and I'd love to come again and try it with bacon and eggs on it in order to ensure I hit my weekly saturated fat allowances in 45 minutes. Also, absolutely loved the chicken tender sliders and would absolutely recoomend them. What has me ding them a bit - the whole ala carte cheeseburger thing - cmon, for the price of a 3 course meal at olive garden you can throw in some papas fritas.
