Hot Chico day, chillin' by the pool in my apartment complex, when suddenly I go to walk to the patio table to grab my drink and step on my phone....sweet! CRACK! Now what do I do? Well, I went on yelp and browsed around, wasn't sure if I should go to someone "local" or the Apple store. The nearest one is in Roseville, so I decided to give this place a call - turns out its the same place as the Chico Computer Clinic where I had my other computers fixed, lol. They had an immediate opening - I got there around 5:30, and of course, it was close to closing time, but the owner got it fixed by the next day, and I had my phone back like "new". It was $70 for my iPhone 4S. Save yourself money and trouble and hit up Chico iPhone repair if you need your screen fixed. Trying to talk one of my buds into it but he is too cheap to spend the money to get it done - he does own an iPhone 5 and the price for that I hear is kinda expensive, but check for yourself, if you're wondering. A wonderful place to go for computer repair. I took my desktop tower there last week. They cleaned up a very nasty virus problem not caught by Norton and gave me some preventative tips. They also accepted my Yelp coupon. They have limited parking, but can carry heavy things out to your car on the street if you need it. The employees are friendly, too. Much of their business is laptops, but I was glad they can still service PC towers. I recommend them highly. read more

Kyle is awesome! I just picked up my computer from his shop after taking it in twice. The first time was to get a virus removed. He ended up having to wipe my hard drive, which I saw coming and luckily most of my things were backed up. When I went to pay he let me use a coupon that really didn't match what I had gotten done, but he let me use it anyway which was awesome and saved me some money! When I was having some driver issues after getting it home Kyle even made himself available to me outside of his shop hours. He is extremely helpful. I went back a second time to get my screen replaced. It had been giving me problems for a while and I had taken it to another computer repair shop in my hometown down in LA, but they didn't fix it. In fact I think they made it worse. I was trying to hold out because I didn't have the money to get it fixed at the time I brought my computer to Kyle the first time but it just kept getting worse so I took it back to Kyle who got it fixed in no time! And all I had to pay for was the part (the screen itself), he didn't even charge me anything for installing the entire new screen and for having to deal with the mess that the repair guy before had created. Bottom line is that Chico Computer Clinic is the place to go. Kyle is fast, he knows what he's doing, he's helpful and very reasonable and fair. I will definitely be going back here if I ever have any more laptop issues and you can bet I will be referring any and all friends to Kyle. read more

Brought a computer with a bad virus, they returned the computer 4 days later and the virus was still there. Brought it back another several days for a complete re-install. They did not make my computer priority even though this was the second week. They did re-install software which was good, however every setting windows has to be redone. Very friendly but after aprx. 2 weeks of being out of service I would have expected the computer to be returned a little closer to up and running. read more
