What I could see of the place was very tidy. They had some lunch specials on that didn't seem that much better than the regular menu I don't think. The chicken and fries were fresh but took about 10 min. I prefer the dark meat so found the white meat parts a bit dry but the meals come with gravy. They were very generous with the fries as well and come in these cute brown pizza boxes. The staff was courtesy. I'd revisit if I were in the area.

This is a very tasty meal and it is worth the drive to get to.

The restaurant was clean and there was a lot of seating. I also used my app afterwards to buy 2 apple pies as the offer was only available through the app. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that it was confusing for people who ordered through the app/online. The food was ready and behind the counter, but the staff wasn't calling it out. The people who knew what to do went straight up to the counter and asked for their food. People like me thought I had to wait to be called up. I was waiting for quite awhile until I realized that online orders and food deliveries just go up to the counter.

The fries are a game changer here - as I believe they are like Peri-Fries? The cashier team was really kind and friendly - didn't give me a "just a fast food joint" vibe - which is amazing - They have quite a few different options in terms of family packs/combos Pricing for them seemed fair ! Churches held my heart for so long in terms of western fried chicken - but popeyes really put up a challenge. The ambience was a fast food restaurant, so not much to say there. Something weird I did notice was that when ordering on their digital menu, some sections weren't in English at all even though we changed the language settings to English. My friend and I were just guessing at what we were clicking. I understand a lot of their customers may be able to read that, but I do hope they fix it so more people can enjoy their food!

The original character chicken statue outside the shop was so cute and eye-catching! I got the Signature Original Crispy Chicken with Korean sweet and spicy sauce (on the side) and the Seaweed Chicken. The Signature Chicken reminded me of Korean-style fried chicken--the batter was super crispy, and the chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. I really loved it! The Seaweed Chicken was a bit different from the Signature one. It had less batter, a fluffy seaweed coating, and even more tender chicken. It was simple but really good as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with Zhengxin Chicken and Burger. I will definitely be back to try different menu items!

Normally I choose regular but we also tried their honey bbq and it was so good! there was bbq seasoning on top, it was dusted in that salty goodness. It tasted like bbq chips and a bit sweet for honey. I was not expecting it to be so good so I think I'll order honey bbq from now on. The seasoning was also really good with the taters.

The cashier was very friendly and very polite and helpful. Restaurant was very clean. I would definitely come back. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, but I think that was fair because the food is made and prepared fresh to order. If I was in a hurry, I would recommend using order ahead/ mobile order on the app. I would've liked a lot more ketchup with my order (or if they let you serve your own ketchup: like similar restaurants). They do give you a ketchup if you ask, but I like a lot. (I prefer it to the gravy option). No complaints other than that. I like that also offer a spicy version of many menu items.
