We asked the 'bouncer' about it, and he said 'I can't tell them how to do their job'. (I guess he's not allowed to help clean tables either?!) There needs to be someone just cleaning tables and bringing water etc to make this place run smoothly. Finally we sat down after waiting over 1.5 hours. Our waitress seemed surprised we wanted to order food right away! Then another hour until the food came as there was a private party and the party of 11 ahead of us jamming up the kitchen.
