I love this family-run establishment! the smash burger, buffalo wings, fries, onion rings, poutine...everything came out fresh and flavorful, no shortcuts anywhere. the onion rings are panko crusted, such an upgrade. the poutine gravy has actual depth to it, not just brown liquid. the fries carry two different seasonings so every bite has layers of flavor read more

Easy to find, bright dining area and friendly service. We ordered a couple different burgers and sides to try a few things out. We went with the classic poutine, spicy chicken burger with mozzarella sticks and the double smash with fries. As a group we decided that the plain fries were the best followed by the classic poutine but everything else wasn't something we enjoyed enough to go back. read more

Wife and I were in Canada visiting relatives and I wanted a burger before heading to their house cause I knew I would be having Indian food the rest of the weekend. I had the double smash burger combo. Wow. What a delicious burger. My wife had the grilled salmon burger and said it was delicious also. I would recommend trying this place. Next trip to Canada I will be stopping by again. read more

Was stuck indoors and didn't have the energy to go and cook so I checked my trust uber eats app and found Fab burgers. We ordered a Fab Mushroom Melt combo as well as the Ultimate Fab combo and paid extra $2 for fab cheesy fries to our combo. The food arrived within 35 minutes which is great because of travel time. My main concern about ordering takeout is if the food is cold or minuscule portions or when you order bread and it is soooooo soggy, BUT these burgers were 98% dry!!! Amazed considering the amount of toppings and condiments put on the bun. I would've given them 5 stars but the cheesy fries we paid extra for were umm.. wrong they were covered in some sort of paint paste so they were thrown away but the regular fries were crispy and flavourful. I think maybe they forgot to add cheese and used a gravy? Look at pictures. What it boils down to at the end is price and portion and taste, solid 4/5. Would we order again? Heck yes! Pictures don't do justice! read more

We tried the burgers as they were halal and it was just ok. Little too expensive for the burgers and it wasn't the best in taste. Too pricy and not worth it. I won't be coming back here. read more

A classic spot for me and my friends to come by and gorge ourselves on fast food. The seasoning is good, the service is quick and hospitable. However, maybe the only gripe is that the pricing to food ratio has changed but where hasn't it? read more

Thr burgers here are absolutely delicious! It's so hard to find a halal burger spot as this one. The variety in choices, quality of the meat, and artful arrangement of the burger itself are amazing! There's a spacious seating area with comfortable booth seats at the end. The prices were great too! I ordered the Signature Fab burger, which was wonderful. The patty was cooked just right, the cheese completely melted over top, the beef bacon was perfectly crisped, and the egg really added to the textures and flavors of the burger. My brother ordered the Meaty muncher, which is an off the menu item containing crispy chicken, beef patty and beef bacon. He loved it! Can't wait to come back here next time I'm in town! read more

On a busy street with not much parking. Sticky floors, dirty restrooms and janky soda cups. Had the cheese burger, fries and wings. Burger patty was great, too much mayo on the brioche bun tho. Fries were okay and wings were not good. Won't go again but wouldn't deter people from going. read more

If this had been last week, I would be raving about Fab Burgers. In fact, I was already recommending it to my friends + family. I was blown away at how flavourful the patties were. But my most recent experience has left me with disgust. I had ordered the Spicy Black Bean Burger and once I bit into it - I felt something off. I looked at what I bit into and noticed a piece of wood in the patty. This is not acceptable. I cannot even fathom why & how something like this could have transpired. There is simply no excuse for it. So disgusted + beyond grossed out. This is so disheartening + sad as I was quite excited about this new burger joint. But after this experience = I just cannot order here again. read more

It was challenging to figure out where this burger place was located as I was looking inside the plaza parking lot. It is actually located on the outside parameter of the plaza and you can park on the street. Seating is limited as we stopped by during the peak dinner rush. I think they can add a bit more seating. It is fast food style ordering where you place the order at the counter and then wait for your order to be ready for pick up. We ordered the spicy chipotle chicken burger meal and the signature FAB burger meal. There is fried onion in the FAB burger and my date asked to put THAT fried onion on the side as he hates onions but knows I like eating onion. Our cashier proceeded to upgrade the fries to onion rings despite my date asking multiple times if she understood what he meant. Unfortunately, my date did not enjoy the meal as much as I did because of the rough start of lack of seating and the cashier not understanding what he wanted. The seating did open up once the dinner rush was finished. I actually was expecting chicken breast or thigh meat in the chicken burger. However, it is a ground meat mixture made into patty form. It was different from the usual chicken burgers I eat. It tasted good but I preferred the signature FAB burger more. It was a tad more tastier and is what you would expect from a gourmet burger. The patties in both burgers were charred to the point of blackish or brown spots. However, I think that was purposeful to add flavour and not a sign of over cooked meat as mentioned in a previous review. The onion rings and fries were perfectly fried. The garbage can was overflowing and the tables were greasy. I think staff could do hourly rounds to wipe things down. read more

Solid 4 stars for food quality and service. It was a bit hard to find as it's not right on king George, actually the street behind Save On. The people were very friendly, both the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I couldn't decide what to order so tried the Ultimate Fab with no cheese and no tomato - it was huge! I couldn't get my mouth around it. The poutine was so darn good with real cheese curds. Next time I am in the area will try a smaller different burger and definitely get onion rings as I ate then off the Ultimate - yummy! Oh the chicken wings looked so delish too I may have to get that as well. read more

The best halal burger place in lower mainland! Incredible taste with a spicy kick..we ordered the ultimate fab and the chicken chipotle. While the chicken tastes good but perhaps too light for $10.50,the ultimate burger is worth every cent $12.49. Will go back again. The downside: waiting time was 45 mins but we were notified about it read more

Don't make the effort to try to find this place - They will be out of business within a year.. It was empty, dirty, slow, and expensive. The burger was OK, but for less money you can get a superior fresh burger flame-cooked on a grill with all local fresh ingredients at VERA'S' burgers. read more

I was craving a nice juicy burger and ordered through SkipTheDishes, but little did I know. I called in to get my order earlier and they were accommodating to my request. I got the Hawaiian Burger expecting a life-changing pineapple burst in my mouth but think there needs to be a re-evaluation to the menu. The burger looked depressing and the beef patty seemed to be way too chewy (tasted like frozen patties). There were no traces of pineapple in this burger and the salsa seemed like a store bought Tostitos salsa dip. Me and my boyfriend had about 3 bites and started to feel sick to the stomach. For $32 this meal was not at the least bit satisfying. Over-priced and the food quality was extremely poor. We got Pop-eyes after and it's sad to say that a fast-food burger was better than this 'gourmet' burger. I am disappointed with the 'best gourmet burgers in Surrey' title. Perhaps I tried the wrong item and perhaps I should give them another chance but immediately after the first bite I felt turned off from eating burgers for a long time. read more

I was craving burgers and found this place. It was my first time here and when we arrived there was no one in the place. It's a fast food joint. Looks like the workers were busy with skip the dishes orders. I had the signature fab burger and my bf had the ultimate burger. I tasted both burgers and I loved the one that my bf had. It had chicken and beef patty! Plus their fries was sooo crispy! I wouldn't get their poutine again.. it wasn't that great. Seems like it wasn't curd cheese. read more

Brand new place so the food takes quite some time. Their FAB sauce is a spicy chipotle sauce. If you can't take the heat (like me) it's not for you. The patties are flavourful, I can't tell what it is but there's some sort of seasoning in there. Different from your average burger. They aren't juicy though. The burger is very filling. read more

This has turned into my new burger go to spot. It's my third time back. I usually get the fab breakfast burger which is awesome. Today I got the meaty paradise burger. This comes with a well seasoned beef patty, a ground chicken patty (so good), beef bacon, onion ring and the usual lettuce, tomato and mozzarella cheese. This worked together so good. Burgers and meals are about the same price as fat burger. It's also halal food, for those that care. read more

Great burger joint. Beef patties have a nice fresh beefy taste. Lots of the popular burger variety's: cheeseburger, aloha burgers, mushroom burger, salmon and chicken as well. Pop is nicely carbonated and fries are hot and crispy. This is not the frozen halal meat store patties, they are making them fresh. Indian music was the only con. read more

*****Please read my review!! Anyone who says it is good is lying or delusional. Don't waste your money***** if I could, I would give this place negative stars Normally I wouldn't leave a review but for this price and what they say about quality, I have to. I ordered a Hawaiian burger and this was my experience: Disgusting dry, overcooked patties cooked from frozen that broke apart and felt both rubbery and wormy. There was no pineapple salsa!!!! There was this red paste that looked like someone scraped it off a pad and smeared it on there. Very weird flavour. Not Hawaiian at all. It wasn't even a good flavour The toppings weren't even complete for a burger The "famous sauce" they gave with the burger was store bought chipotle mayo that they charged a premium price for. The only good thing was the bun, so props to the store that they bought it from. I would never recommend eating here for the prices they charge. $32 for two burger meals. Save your money and go to McDonald's read more

First time here after hearing good things about their burgers - this was an absolutely delicious burger - juicy, just the right amount of condiments, fresh lettuce, tomato and onion - the taste was fabulous. Their French fries were nice and crispy and the onion rings to die for. My husband agreed - he ate everything and this was a big burger - he said it is the best burger he has had in years. We will definitely come back - as hubby said - this is a keeper on a do over list! read more

The meat is amazing and cooked right. I saw this listed on someone's burger Yelp list, therefore, decided to give this a try since I was in the area. Absolutely the best halal burgers in the lower mainland! They initially offered a masala burger, which was OK - but not for our family however we kept going back simply because the service is fantastic, the food is fantastic and the place is ALWAYS clean. Whenever the owner or her wife is there, they will come out and ask us how things are and if we need anything. They later introduced a "classic" burger (or is it traditional) which is your burger that you would find at other non-fast food burger places. Again the burger is fantastic. The owner and his kitchen team spent time perfecting their burgers taste and look. They are not inexpensive burgers and they are made to order, but you will not go away disappointed! read more

Amazing food and excellent service, I tried mushroom burger and it was very tasty. Everything was fresh will definitely be back.

Pretty mediocre Starting with the burgers they were probably over seasoned, a burger shouldn't really taste like pepper more than beef, toppings were also pretty scarce. Half of the fries were soaked in grease the other half were ok. And it took like 20-25 minutes for our burgers to be cooked because there was only 2 staff working and 2 parties ahead of us... which is still really long for any restaurant never mind a fast food place. The food is also halal so they serve beef bacon (which is rubbish in my opinion) and it's something you might want to know if you're concerned about the animal welfare implications of halal food or if you require halal foods. (Don't think it was posted anywhere though, but the other reviews say it was halal, everyone but my group was seemingly Muslim in the restaurant, and they served beef bacon). read more

This place is amazing! The burgers are always delicious and hit the spot. The owner provided excellent service and is very friendly; we always feel welcome when we come in. I have tried many of the burgers on the menu and by far my favourites are the classic cheeseburger adding beef bacon and the mushroom burger. The fries are perfectly crisp and a side of fab sauce to dip them in sets it over the edge! Will definitely keep going back (I have been coming here with my fiancé for about a year now) and we will not stop! read more
