This location has great service, super fast, and organized. The food is excellent, hot, tasty, and prepared up to standard of the brand. This location also gets really busy, but the staff get through orders really well and timely. If you download their app, you can collect reward points for future offers and free stuff. Jollibee chicken was fine but a bit on the greasy side. Seems like many people love it though so I may be in the minority. The sides we decent but nothing amazing. Service was what you expect abd the seating in the dining room wasn't very comfortable. Sorry not a great review but not a great experience. I would go again if my colleagues wanted. read more

I put in an online order and got it less than 5 minutes. The cashier was very friendly and verified the order with my email confirmation. I tried the spaghetti this time. They were tasty and full of flavour however it was on the sweet side. I also got a piece of original fried chicken. It was crispy and fresh. I can't complain. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, chairs and tables were exceptionally clean and well spaced out. I truly enjoyed the experience. However when I tried to give an online review to their Jollibee Cares site, the Store Name never popped up as I waited for more than 30 minutes at both desktop and mobile sites. What a waste of time. I love Jollibee. I used to come here more than I would like to until I noticed their servings are getting smaller and smaller. Burger steak and chicken are smaller compared to when it first opened. Been wanting to try Jollibee's for a while now. Plus now that the hype and crowds have died down. Today was a perfect day for me to try out the menu. There was literally only 2 people in line when I came to visit on a Sunday around 2pm. The service was quick, I think I got my meal and was out the door under 10 minutes. Definitely fast, for a fast food place. I was watching a recent video on YouTube with (Valkyrae and Bella Poarch) where they rated the Jollibee Menu, so I ordered off their tier list. The Jollibee Chicken Joy combo was rated highest, followed by the spaghetti. I ordered the 3 piece combo (2 spicy, 1 regular) and a side of spaghetti and a pineapple quencher. I was not disappointed. In their video they said the spicy was all sold out at their location when they ordered, so I had to try the spicy. Plus, typically I order the spicy at a fried chicken place anyways, as I usually find that the crispy skin is just better with the spicy. However, I was not disappointed at all with my order. The regular chicken was just as good as the spicy. My meal was piping hot, juicy, the chicken pieces were BIG and the flavor wasn't overpowering or greasy. All positives. The spaghetti was slightly sweet, then you realize that there are sliced hot dogs in there as well. The pineapple quencher is definitely highly recommended. It was light on the sweetness, but it sure was refreshing. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back. The hamburger steak, Aloha Yum Burger, and Peach Mango Pie are still on my list to try. My coworker brought in some Jollibee's for us to try and the chicken and peach mango pie was what she brought in. I can't wait to try these piping hot so I can solidify it into my memory as must buys whenever I visit Jollibee's. The only downside I found was there was a $0.15 fee for the take out paper bag. I thought this was a Vancouver only fee; I had no idea it was spreading out to Surrey as well. Overall, I'm still happy as the total cost was $20.10. I decided to give this restaurant another try. The restaurant was busy at 3 pm. I was surprised at how busy this location at that time of day. I wish their menu had more descriptions. I found the menu a bit overwhelming and ordered the safest option. I understand this reminds people of home for the Filipino crowd. However, I just do not understand the hype when I can get fried chicken elsewhere without having to wait 20-30 minutes. The fried chicken is made well. Meat was juicy with a crispy exterior. Is it better than other chicken options? I think there are comparable or better options elsewhere for fried chicken. The sides were average tasting and small. I had ordered fries and mashed potato. Gravy was on the salty side. Maybe I will stick to the pies next time because those are flavours I cannot get elsewhere? read more

A Filipino fast food staple for fried chicken - I finally got to try Jollibee after the hype die down. There was quite a long wait even in the middle of the afternoon (although it was on a weekend). I got the chicken bucket and fries. You can mix both regular and spicy which was nice to cater to different family members. The fried chicken was quite good and pretty much what I expected for fast food fried chicken. Went to this newly opened location on Wednesday noon time and the lineup were not crazy. I believe we reached the counter for payment in less than 30 mins and got our food for another 10 mins. We decided to stay at the dining area and ate our late lunch. Foods were all great except for the cold fries. I had to return and exchange it. Order taker said there's no Peach Mango Pie but not sure what happened but we still got them. I'm so happy that this location have opened. read more

This branch of Jollibee in Surrey, BC has just opened a few weeks ago. It is in a great location, at the corner of a major highway, King George, at the ground level of a brand new building together woth well-known retail shops and coffee shops. There's street parking but there's a lot underground. Free parking for 1 hour. In case you need to extend, parking is around $4.75 per hour. To be honest, if you're not Filipino, you probably do not have any idea about the only fastfood in the world that has beaten the Golden Arch in their home turf. Filipinos are crazy about Jollibee, hence the 1-hour lineup even though it has been open already for 3 weeks. Their menu is like a combination of McDonalds and KFC and more. Here's my review of the food. The crispy chiken can hold it's own agsainst KFC. It's crunchy, tasty, the gravy is good and really enhances the flavour. I noticed they are big too. As far as I know, they are the only fastfood in Canada that has spaghetti. I personally like it. It's sweet and has sausage together with the sauce amd cheese. It's unlike your usual Italian Pasta. The palabok is a native dish. It"s noodles with it's own different sauce which I do not even know what's exactly in it but it's my favourite. The cheeseburger is just OK. I really love the sauce and the patty, I think the key is to eat it while it's still warm as the bun hardens a bit when it gets colder. I still like it though. Their dessert, the pies is delicious my wife always tell me to buy it. It's peach mango pie . They have a new one, coconut with pineapple. I ordered to go. They do have ample dining area but until the excitement dies down, prepare for always ordering to go. Service, jus like any other Jollibee, is awesome . I finally got to try this location after waiting for all the hype to die down. I'm so glad there's a closer Jollibee now so I don't have to go all the way downtown. Love how there's free one hour underground parking right by the restaurant (look for the Save-On-Foods parking) as that makes everything easier and hassle free. As this Jollibee is new, the place is clean and nice, with some seating for dine in (although it seems most people do take out). I went early in the morning to avoid any crowds, and while there weren't too many people there, judging by all the online and delivery orders, people really seem to love their Jollibee! I can see how this place would get really busy during the day, so I'm glad I went early. As I love their spaghetti, I got the 1 piece Jolly Crispy Chicken + Jolly Spaghetti meal. I added in 2 extra pieces of chicken (white meat, spicy). I highly recommend the spicy chicken as I find it to be much more flavorful than the plain one. I also ordered the Peach Mango Pie and the Cheesy Yumburger (note that the order board says they don't have the Yumburger, but they actually did have it when I asked). It does take a bit for your order to be ready, but it's worth the wait. The chicken is so crispy and tasty, and is definitely one of the best fast food fried chickens out there, in my opinion. One bonus is that every piece of chicken I ordered seemed to have come with its own gravy, so I ended up with three orders of it (their gravy is really good too!). I love the spaghetti as well as I'm all about the slight sweetness that accompanies it. The pie is a must get and totally lives up to the hype - so good! As for the Yumburger, it was good, but just reminded me of a McDonald's cheeseburger (not a bad thing, but not something I'd order again). The only con of this delicious meal was the price point. Jollibee is definitely on the pricier side. They do have online deals, but I didn't want to order a bucket of chicken. Even with their deals, though, Jollibee is still expensive. However, if you're in the mood for some amazing fried chicken, it's definitely worth getting and this location gets a thumbs up from me! read more

Food was very tasty for me the pineapple quenchers was a bit to sweet but that's me all the sides were good and the chicken sandwich was great.
