This vendor was able to make me exactly what I wanted. Plain baked potato (no surprise unhealthy additions) with ingredients I could eat added. My only suggestion is to have sweet potatoes as a healthy alternative added to your menu. It would have been the only thing to make this allergy friendly surprise better. :)

The potato was made as we watched by Salim, the incredibly friendly potato master, who we found hailed from Turkey, where the baked potato is a common shopping food. The portion size was decent, fried rice in one half of the box and the 3 meat entrees on the other side. The food was okay, not piping hot, but not dried out either. The meats were on the chewy side and the vegetable pieces were still firm. The vegetable fried rice was a mix of soft light colored fried rice with peas, carrots, and egg was pretty good. This is a good place to stop for lunch or dinner while shopping at the outlets.
