My friend told me it's usually one hour wait when you called in. I went on a Wednesday 6:45 pm. Waited about 10-15 min only but there was 6-7 people waiting order too. This place surely busy. They have a few tables but not a lot of seating, most people usually just take out but this place has a very much hole in the wall type of feel. The chicken is also super delicious and grilled very well and both of these proteins go perfectly with their tasty green sauce. Still an excellent place but just an FYI the wait has become ridiculously long (1.5 -2 hrs) even during "off hours." It's because the food is delicious and the prices are unbeatable. I also occasionally get roasted potatoes and cucumber salad as a side. Total for a 1/4th rack is around 12 dollars. It used to be 11 dollars pre-COVID, but it is still a good deal! I personally do not eat that much, but I know that 1/4th rack is more than enough for a single meal for most people. I always get two meals out of one. The picture I posted is the aftermath of eating lunch (I know I could have taken one beforehand, but I was hungry ok!). I ate about half the rice, half the corn, and three ribs, and I was stuffed. The ribs are tender after being grilled and flavored with a barbecue sauce. The green sauce that comes with food is also delicious. I can't describe what flavor it is exactly but trust me. Their rice is addictive and has a couple bay leaves in it. The corn is corn not sure what else to say about that.
