Great place for eating late and not wanting fast food! Experience started from the time we entered the restaurant and we were greeted with a loud "!!!!!!" Don't ask me to type what he said! But it was great! Made me feel like I was in anime! We started with the shrimp wraps, shrimp balls and the pork chops...My favorite was the pork chops...The shrimp balls and wraps could've used a little more something...I felt like there was an ingredient missing...Still tasty, but I brought most of it back home... Great late night eats! They are open until 3am and the pho is delicious. I didn't get the waiters name but he had blond hair and was super entertaining with attentive service. This waiter was pretty much doing everything, cleaning , attending to customers and greeting customers coming and leaving. This restaurant was clean and upkept. Was really craving Pho, so after a quick google and yelp search I found this place. I ordered for takeout. I ordered a meatball pho and a chicken bahn mi. My order was made pretty quickly and I was on my way home. I had my food in about 10 mins. I passed by around 11:30 on a Friday so the place was pretty empty. The restaurant was quiet and they were serving about two tables. The food smelled delicious. There's plenty of seating if you want to pass by and eat it there. There was also plenty of parking but it was Friday morning. When I got home I noticed the noodles were in a foil plate not your traditional soup bowl, thankfully a had a bowl at home. The broth had good flavor, but I would not get the meatball again. The meat was a little rough but the overall flavor was great. The chicken bahn mi was excellent 9/10, my husband loved it. When my son & I came last year, they had just opened & the worker was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes. We had to grab our own menus and utensils. Mind you, this is actually a Korean-style restaurant serving Vietnamese pho & dishes. Their pho is decent, I've definitely had better, the appetizers were disappointing- tasted like just frozen food from the supermarket- only thing fresh was the summer rolls, and the "grilled" tilapia was battered & fried, not grilled- luckily, it was pretty tasty. I really enjoy Pho32. I love the soup but am always looking for all of the condiments and additives . I love Pho but must spice it up (as you can see from the red hue in the pictures). They have a bar full of the things I love to add. The service has always been attentive and prompt. Even my glass of water was filled quickly every time and I drink copious amounts of water at every meal. My partner had the Shabu and all of the tables have burners for the soup. Pho32 was not one of the favorites, it would definitely be a last minute result if need be. This place is a calm vibe. The food and service is definitely fast, everything came out pretty quickly after ordering, they do give a lot of meat in the PHO which is always a plus. My only issue was not enough condiments for the PHO, and the flavor was just not hitting how I expected too after everyone saying it's the "best in town". The ambiance is casual, but you can choose to come here for a special occasion. It did not have traditional ingredients such as cilantro and cucumbers. Instead it had lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon radish, with mild spiced mayo. It did not fulfil the craving of bahn mi. The bread was soft. Food - Friday night dinner with family. Ordered the #3, #6 both large size, another noodle soup, 2 fried fish with rice, and a couple other dishes. Can't remember the names because the food was soso. The noodle soup was salty and portion was small for a large size. The fried fish was ok. Service - Just a few tables, not busy for a Friday night. Table was sticky and not very clean. The service was not good, only 2 waitresses and a bus-boy. The waitress took the order, served the food then never stopped by again except when we asked for the bill. One of the waitresses almost spilled a bowl of noodle soup on me while bringing it over to our table. She spilled some soup on the floor but didn't say anything and didn't clean up the floor. We have 5 adults and 2 kids and 20% tips was added on the total bill. Maybe that's why they don't care to provide any service because tips is added automatically for large group as required. Very shocked at the 3 star average this restaurant has. I'm going to say that some time after all the negative reviews, they definitely upped their quality. The kimchi they give for free is delicious. The appetizers we ordered were the sampler and the fried shrimp balls (which were phenomenal). The sampler was exceptional as well. The brisket pho is great, the brisket itself is tender, the noodles firm to soak up all the yummy broth. The service was good and the place itself is quaint and peaceful. Honestly a 10/10 experience.
