Don't go through the drive through. They have no clue what they're doing; I have never seen a drive through be such a cluster...fudge at a Chick-Fil-A. They're taking orders sporadically with no actual order. They're handing food to people who are behind others, then we sit there with our food and wait for them to serve the people IN FRONT of us instead of having them pull to the pick-up spot while they wait. The line merges in to one and then splits in to two lanes. With my food in hand (behind cars) I go to pull up to get out and the attendant wanted me to go behind cars waiting for food... There is no organization and it's was absolutely disappointing. On top of it all, they gave me the wrong drink. Walk in for your order. The drive through was renovated for nothing it seems. All workers before the window were amazing & kind. At the window was different. If I was so unorganized, I'd be a little unpleasant too though. read more

Apparently you have to order any sauce on the side and put it on yourself. 2 separate people outside to take orders both couldn't figure out how to use a gift card and acted like it was an inconvenience. First person said I can only take one of the gift cards because it won't let me do two forms of payment. Second girl farther up said the second gift card wouldn't swipe then stops to look at me. I say the other one worked fine. Proceeded to try again and get it to work. Sat out by the pickup for 5 minutes after having taken 10 minutes for them to process the payment. Someone should really let the employees know that a "gluten free" chicken sandwich means that the chicken can't be breaded. A gluten free bun alone doesn't cover it. Had to throw my lunch out after waiting fifteen minutes in their drive thru and twenty minutes to get home. Couldn't get a refund either. Next time I'll specify since clearly the staff isn't trained enough to know what gluten is. I recently went through the drive thru and placed an order . I gave the young cashier 100 dollar bill for a 12 dollar order and received 67 .34 back meanwhile it was supposed to be 87 . I then parked and went into the store to notify them . I do not know if it's because I'm a young black male our what but I started to receive the upmost disrespect they did not want to fix the problem and made it more as so that I was lien . When I was younger, I was never a big burger eater when we went out. I guess it is because fast food places always put mustard, pickles, onions and mayo on the burgers and I don't like those condiments. So, usually I would order a chicken sandwich and then I only had to ask them to hold the mayo. Now, I am a huge fan of both sandwiches (but still hate those condiments) and for me, the perfect chicken sandwich is found here. I live in upstate NY where we don't have a Chick-fil-a, but I come to York every year for a convention and always stop here for a meal. I would eat here multiple times if my wife would let me. They don't have many options for their sandwiches but how many ways can you serve the perfect sandwich? It is perfectly seasoned, juicy, huge, and goes great with a side of waffle fries. I give this location four stars even though it still commits the same mistakes other locations make. For example, when you ask for a couple packs of ketchup & they only give you one. Even with a mobile order where you specify how many, they still short change you. This was a problem long before COVID. Also, many times I've been gipped on the fries. Like they won't fill up the dang box of fries where they're almost spilling out. Do employees get less pay for giving too many fries or ketchup? Like seriously. Decided to chose some items from catering menu for a family Christmas party. We purchased medium hot chick n strips tray with 8oz chick fil a sauce and small fruit tray with 8oz caramel sauce. Everything was delicious. The fruit tray looked as good as it did on the website. All the fruit was fresh and delicious. The chicken strips were fresh and hot. Definitely enough food. Some others have mentioned the parking lot - it is very cumbersome to maneuver. The staff and atmosphere isn't identical to the East York location but still consistent enough for my standard. I also have never received courtesy items on the app, but this location has given me a few. Very generous and very tasty! Convenient location that you can access from either side of Rte 30. As I breath the cool and crisp summer air, there is only one thing on my mind: A Chick Fila milkshake. I asked for a grande(like they say at Starbucks) and I only received a small. It was very apparent to me at that point that Chick Fila is not the most "hip" restaurant as the kids say these days. Despite the fact that their interpretation of my order was not "on fleek" I still am a huge fan of Chick Fila and always look forward to my visits. The only reason I felt I could not give out a five star review was because of the excessive amount of straws I received for an order of just two drinks. When I say excessive, I'm talking upwards of 100 straws for two drinks. Receiving that many straws was definitely not "lit." Personally, I feel that the common two straws for two drinks is really "the bee's knees." Actually, who am I kidding we have fun here. What's not fun is being so flustered by the "cray cray" amount of straws that I put my car in reverse instead of drive. This situation was definitely not "gucci fam." I do consider myself #blessed for not hitting the other vehicle. When I did receive my milkshake, it was a truly delicious item, I just was not expecting to see two employees bump into each other trying to hand me my order. I was in the car with a good friend, Benjamin Seebold, so it could be possible that they envied our friendship and both wanted to be the ones who gave us our orders #squadgoals #HATE US CAUSE THEY AINT US. Moral of the story, Chick Fila is a fantastic establishment with delicious products, but most importantly, Chick Fila has firmly cemented themselves as "the plug" for all of our straw needs. Will not go to this Chik fila again. I went a few times a week for lunch. Customer service so bad. I had a coupon BOGO for a sandwich. From the nationwide Entertainment Book. Was for the Chik-fila in York, PA. They wouldn't let me use. I certainly will contact Entertainment Book also, but over $3.49, they lost a customer that gives them hundreds of dollars of business, I even get my nugget trays from them. All over a coupon that I feel they should have taken. Did they pay or not pay to be in the Entertainment Book?! This is The Chik Fila on Route 30.
