Unfortunately this is the worst chick fil a I've ever dined at. We waited 5 minutes for someone to even take our order even though nobody was in lin in front of us. The food came out cold after a long wait, and it was nearly impossible to get one of the 10+ workers to refill our drinks or even acknowledge us. Super disappointed! read more

We usually order from app for pick up and take seat at the table - never any issues with missing items - food is hot and fresh. My gripe is a major one - handicap spaces are right at drive thru turn. My son is special needs and although limping he can take off quickly. Usually we are able to park in a furthest parking spot but today we only had spot right at the entrance and my son ran right across. Luckily driver notice and brake in time. Parking lot engineer was a fail and they should just shift handicap spaces elsewhere and mark out. My van was sticking out as well so I have no idea how it was not hit. The dining room is closed but decorated? The employee "break room" has officially made its way into the dining room. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I just went into this location and one cashier is on duty. He takes a couple's order, then they have a conversation as if no one is waiting in line. The couple finally walks away and the cashier never looks up to see if anyone else is in line. He then walks away and leaves me in line. Another guy walks over to refill a customer's cup of soda and he doesn't acknowledge me. I just walked out. Big fan and frequent visitor to Chickus Fil-Aus (latin pronunciation) but first time to this one in Williamsburg. This place was hopping for a week-day and I understand why they have twin drive thrus to handle the rush. We found a parking spot though after navigating the throng of vehicles here without too much bother. Food is just as good as other CFAs but they have notched up service a peg above what is typically always great service. They will bring your order to your table when ready and ours arrived shortly after sitting down. They also have a crew member (in a bow tie) running around the dining room tending to everyone's needs including free drink refills, fresh ground pepper from their mill and perhaps even free little ice cream cones (not positive on that last one). I thought my home town CFA was great but these guys have found a way to do even better if that was possible. Stop by and find out for yourself unless it is a Sunday when they are closed. read more

My first time ever having terrible service at a Chick-fil-A....went through the drive thru, I ordered $50 worth of food and the service was horrible...my order consisted of 4 drinks and Alyssa handed them to me, I asked for a drink holder, she informed that they didn't have any, I asked for them to be put in bags...she handed me 1 plastic bag...I asked for 2 paper bags and 1 plastic she handed to me to put them in myself and told me that she didn't want to be responsible if the spilled and nonchalantly sashed away without giving me the rest of my food...once she returned I asked to speak with the manager...Darian came and was very good a deesclating the situtation...he apologized and offered me 2 coupons and I thanked him...2 days later I tried using the coupons but they expired on the same day they were given to me...I don't live in Willuamsburg and have been trying to solve this situtation for 3 weeks now, but they don't think it's important to contact me...which is why I was forced to give a bad review. I expect to be treated with respect wherever I spend my money and getting this treatment was unacceptable. If you're expecting good customer service beware as this may not be the location to give it...I'd recommend training for the staff at this location. read more

There are several negatives about this Chick-fil-a. The parking lot is a nightmare. Whether your drive through or eat in the traffic pattern is dangerous and the turn radius for the drive through is so tight that even a sports car hits the curb. Additionally, more times than not, the order is incorrect or incomplete. I've ordered the southwest salad and not received utensils, dressing, tortilla strips or pepitas. It's frustrating that I've had to complain about this breakfast meal multiple times at this location. The bagel is always burnt really badly. I've even asked for it "lightly toasted" to remind them, and they still burn it. It's a simple request I shouldn't have to be disappointed with my meal every time I order it. This chick fil a has finally gotten on my nerves. Food is hot, but takes forever. I got there in the afternoon and out in my order, and then I saw people behind me getting food before I did. It took a good 20 mins inside before I got my food. I am a weekly spender spending over 300 dollars a month. The managers are SUPER UNFRIENDLY. They will not let me talk to the employees and even threatened one of her job if she spoke to me again. Chick fil a should be my pleasure? Well not here. I have felt so poor every time I have gone. The managers all know me and know I come so much, but still treat me like I should be in the dumpster outside. I also get food before school in the morning and it takes for ever. I was in the drive thru with my children, we ordered a kids meal and two number 3s. I get to the window to pay and the young lady handing out the food is giggling, made no eye contact with me and was practically throwing the food into my car window. In our bag the fries were tipped over, leaving about 3 fries in the actual fry box and the rest on the side of the bag. Busy Friday night, fast service, however these kids need to be trained better on how to pay attention and attention to detail since Chick-fil-A is prided in their service. read more

Why does Chick-fil-A insist on their employees standing outside in the freezing cold to take orders? I'm not sure why either. There are two lanes at this location and orders can be taken just as fast in the drive-through. I think it's unnecessary to have these young adults standing outside freezing. Shame on Chick-fil-A! After speaking with many of the employees at this current location they are certainly not happy about the situation. One young lady said she was out there from 8 AM to 8 PM with a broken heater. Still, they do it to keep their jobs, Freezing for $10 an hour! I asked one employee, why can't they take the order inside, her reply, good question! The experience we had at Chick-fil-a was *chef's kiss*, immaculate if you will. This was solely due to the spectacular service provided to us by Erin (shout out Erin!) She made our night ten times better, absolutely phenomenal. This girl deserves a raise!! We vibed over the bougieness of the Chick-fil-a app that we used to pay with (btw- 10/10, would recommend). Same dependable Chick-fil-a food and service you will find at any of their locations. Food came as ordered with extra pickles, ranch sauce and avocado dressing. This place was busy for lunch and people were sitting as soon as someone got up. So, the tables weren't wiped down. They weren't messy but I prefer a clean table. I opted for the Cobb salad. It came in a square container with a lid. The salad size seems smaller than other Chick-fil-a locations. But it still satisfied my hunger. However this one is was not only quick, their customer service is Bar-None. Not only does every employee greet you but the floor attendants ask you two additional questions 1) is there anything you need? Followed by 2) may I get you a refill on any of your drinks? WHAT?!? Missing ingredients: This ChikFilA is always busy (which one isn't, right?). They're so busy though that on a Saturday night they ran out of grilled chicken (substituted for warmed grilled chicken) and on another night they ran out of romaine lettuce (filled salad with spinach instead). So... Whoever reorders materials really needs to adjust some things cause it's pretty frustrating to show up after ordering via the app only to be greeted inside with "we don't have x or y". Staff: The people through the drive through during the day on the weekend weren't the customary friendly people - their greeting sounded more like a McDonald's or burger King than a ChikFilA. However inside the staff has always been nice (but they're usually telling me they're out of an ingredient). Timing: it took 15 minutes to get a salad out to me ------- insane??? Takeout: I hate that I have to double check before I leave this location because silverware has been missing as well as my dressing!
