Service is extremely slow and the interaction is almost robotic. Spent more than 15 minutes on a drive thru before lunch rush time. Food was excellent but service must better.

This is the only Chick-fil- A I've been to that messes up orders. Ordered extra extra pickles got home and zero pickles. The bag even had +2 pickles. Last time I went ordered a salad and got the wrong one. Need to get it together at this one.

I like the large Chick-fil-A area. I love the three drive-thru sections, it makes ordering very quick. Did have to wait a bit after ordering and the staff seems very young and not as customer service oriented but I didn't mind too much. Overall, nice Chick-fil-A.

I'm very disappointed in my recent visit to chick-fil-a. I asked the young lady in the drive thru for a biscuit with nothing on it, a small sweet tea and a Greek yogurt parfait. I was expecting the total to be around $7-$8, which is still very pricey for what I'm paying for. The total came to $11.27! I was shocked, but paid it, got my food and left. When I got home, my Greek yogurt had 2 blueberries and 3 pieces of one strawberry in it. My receipt showed that I paid for a chicken biscuit combo, but there was no chicken biscuit, it was just the biscuit itself (which is all I wanted in the first place). So I probably paid a higher price for a combo that I didn't get. The employees there are always nice. However, chick-fil-a has truly priced themselves out of the market for me and if you are going to charge that much for food, give people what they are paying for. Do better than 2 blueberries and 3 little pieces of a strawberry. Do better than $7 for a chicken biscuit and only provide a plain biscuit. I won't be going back to chick-fil-a. For this much money, I'll go to sportsman's grill and have a salad and a tea and have someone wait on me to ensure the order is right.

This place was super busy today & the lines for drive thru were super slow & long. The staff were friendly though & most of our food was fresh. I can't complain too much about CFA because no matter what, it's always "their pleasure". That always makes me feel better no matter what's going on. It is located in a busy shopping center. Be careful when you're driving through it because people are horrible drivers, speeding through (including from the CFA parking lot).

Can't go in and waited 5 minutes behind some guy after my order was complete. Food cold by the time I got it home. Terrible logistics.

After checking in at the bar, we were told to grab a seat and that a server would come by, which they did promptly. The menu leans heavily into brunch, with plenty of options, plus coffee made just about any way you want it. True to the name, you can also add a shot or a bit of booze to just about anything. Service was fast and friendly throughout. I ordered a breakfast benedict and a mimosa, both of which were excellent. My daughter went with pancakes and really enjoyed them as well. Overall, a great experience and an easy recommendation if you are in Williamsburg and looking for a relaxed brunch or lunch spot.

IT'S SMALL I tried to call in my order but I got the voicemail almost every single time. Finally, after calling about 10 times I got through and placed my order. They told me the wait was going to be about 15. It was about a 10 min drive and when I got there, I still had to wait. There wasn't space for me to wait so people thought that I was waiting in line each time they walked in. It's super busy, but super small. I waited in the restaurant for my order for maybe an extra 20 mins. So, the wait time was 15 but I waited about 30 mins total. I ordered the catfish platter with fries. They definitely seasoned the catfish and fried it hard. The fries were thick cut and seasoned, but they weren't fried long enough. 3 fish platters cost $50. I would try this place again, but maybe a lot earlier in the day. Because this place is very inconvenient.

When I got to the restaurant I asked if they had horse radish: no. Au jus: yes. I wanted a piece of Carrot cake but I thought $18 was exorbitant. I opted for the pecan pie instead. The online menu said they had some crispy chicken dinner... It was no longer part of the menu when I arrived to the restaurant.. My significant other is allergic to shellfish, and does not eat pork... There weren't a lot of entrée options for him because there was pork all over the place. I did order him some salmon since he could not get the chicken. He liked the salmon. The broccoli had no flavor on it. And the brown rice pilaf was equally Bland. The brisket sandwich was ...okay... but dipping it in French onion soup calling it onion jus.... It just pissed me off. I think the menu was overpriced for tourists. The staff seemed to be doing the best they could. I guess I'll continue my hunt for the best Friend dip in Williamsburg. I'm down here a lot.

We had some saganaki as an appetizer, and it was PERFECT! I highly recommend it for anyone trying this place out! For entrees, I got the Dolmades, and Dad got the Pasta Kotopuolo. My domades blew me away, and Dad got his first taste of Greek food in a few good years and he said he loved it! I got a few bites of his too, and I swear I died and went to heaven, it was too good! We also got some Greek lemon potatoes, and any chance to have potatoes is a good day! Pretty good portion sizes with everything, too! We also got my little cousin a gyro to go, and it DID NOT disappoint! The place was very fancy-looking, and had Greek music playing throughout the restaurant, so it really felt very cool and interesting! From the…read moremoment we walked in, it felt like we were transported right back to the little tavernas we loved in Greece - warm hospitality, the smell of oregano and grilled meat in the air. Started with the Horiatiki salad and wow. Huge chunks of perfectly ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onion, green peppers, a generous slab of feta (not crumbled, the proper way), Kalamata olives, and drenched in their house olive oil. Simple, but executed so well it made us close our eyes and smile. For mains we went big: * The house specialty Lamb shank over pasta - absolute winner. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, the pasta soaked up every bit of that rich, lemony, tomato-y sauce. I'm still thinking about it. * The nightly special: pork tenderloin stuffed with feta and Kalamata olives, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. Insanely good. The salty punch of the feta/olive filling with the juicy pork was next-level, and those mashed potatoes were creamy, garlicky perfection. Pro tip: Call ahead for reservations! We called a few days ahead and snagged one of the last weekend tables - the place was packed (always a good sign). Service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely Greek-warm without being overbearing. Bonus: parking was surprisingly easy.

The "chilli eggs" were great. The lamb was so good we saved half just so we could have it later in the day. The lattes were solid, too. For a place where you have to wait in line to pay and have your food brought to you, it is not cheap. But the prices don't feel like you're being gouged either. Just don't expect to get out of there with two people and pay $30 dollars. It will not happen. Also, don't expect quiet. This place is loud. Small rooms with lots of chairs and nothing to cushion the noise. My perfect visit: 1. Have someone order the food and find seating. 2. You go to the dessert place a few doors down and get a medley of treats. 3. If you're two people, order three things and share a bit of each. 4. When you're almost done, order two coffees to go then sit back down. 5. Someone will bring you your coffees and you can walk out with drinks in hand and snack on chocolate covered items as you walk back to your car. 6. Complain that you should have gotten the large coffee and didn't ask for napkins so your fingers are a bit sticky. 7. Drive contentedly home and talk about what your favorite thing was. 8. No, no one is nice about merging back onto that highway, but that's not Hohl's fault.
