I went to this Chick fil A drive thru for dinner one night and the line was impossibly long - everyone up until the two people in the line next to me were taking turns merging into one lane. As soon as it was my turn the two cars next to me gunned it and cut me off, almost got into an accident. It was very frustrating. I'm not sure if that is the reason why but I'm guessing one of the workers here saw it happen and they brought my food out before I was even at the window. This location never ceases to amaze me. Whenever they are open, it's packed. The drive-thru (Packed), the inside (Packed), doesn't matter though - you always get in and out of there fast - and with the great food you wanted. We stopped in to let the kids run around in the play area, and as always - they have the nicest people working there. I've never had a bad experience here. read more

Food is as you would expect from chick-fil-a. What is impressive is how they handle the crowd. We thought there was some kind of function going on but apparently this is just Saturday night for this location. Staff outside taking orders for drive through and table markers inside to keep things moving. Came in with a party of 7 and had no issues getting in and out in time for the movies. Other fast food places could take a lesson from them. read more

Very disappointed! Stopped by for lunch today and my order was not completed correctly. They seemed to be more focused that the take out window line moved fast instead of ensuring the orders are correct! FYI dressing is usually wanted when it is ordered. read more

I could eat here 7 days out of the week, but I guess I will have to settle with 6. The employees are super nice! The food is hot and fresh! They recently updated the store and it looks so nice! Although this location isn't as close as another, I always go to this Chik Fil A location. Staff is always so nice. While we had a hiccup in their normal attentiveness last night for dinner due to a very busy night, the team leader stepped up and got my son's milkshake and then gave us a coupon for a free one due to the 10 minutes we waited. There was a busy crowd today and yes, understandable I had to wait longer. But 15 minutes is not acceptable. They should really look around the entire restaurant for those that ordered their food. They just yell out heir name and sometimes they can't hear the order giver. And they would know who the person is by their colored come they place on your table. Really, terrible! read more

Easily the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have seen in the United States (out of hundreds I've been to). If you bring this to a manager's attention, you may get what I got: an assertion that they have a "team on the floor" presumably to address it, when this was false: a look-around confirms this. Not a single table or booth clean in the main front lobby, and from a glance, the side lobby was likely no better. On my promising to report this embarrassment, she became irate at the prospect that photos might be taken, asserting that it's not allowed (when its common for people to take photos inside of their stores, oops). Most all Chick-til-A stores are clean, all the time, even before, during, and after rushes, and this visit was BEFORE a rush they're probably not ready for. This store's management is apparently not our to do the brand any favors. read more

I really like Chic-Fil-A and don't have any complaints at all about the service or the food quality that we experienced here. Everything was up to par, but this place is insane for lunch on a Saturday. I would totally avoid it if I had to go with a group. It was just my husband and I stopping in for a quick meal and we found a table, but it was tiniest, wedged in little table on the planet! I wish they were a bigger store or had a better layout or something. I'd go back, but I'd try for more of an off hour. read more

If you're going to grab fast food, there's no better choice than Chick-fil-A. You get better service than most sitdown restaurants. My kids love the play area and always have a good experience. And if you do need something healthy, their salads are not a bad choice. read more

I eat at this establishment a few times a year and overall, I am very impressed with this location. Being in the Customer Service industry for 14 years, I take notice when I receive excellent customer service and this location excels when it comes to taking care of their customers. All the staff no matter if it's the employees behind the counter or an employee wiping the tables, they always make it a point to ensure that I have an enjoyable experience while dining. I usually stop in on a Thursday night as I have a meeting once a month out that way and there is usually an employee named Mike who seems to run the show during that shift. He take pride in the way that the restaurant looks, the way the other employees work and to ensure that each customer is satisfied with the service that they receive, that says a lot about a person and I wish more people in the customer service industry had the same principals that Mike does (if that's his name). My only negative about Chick-fil-A is that that they took away my original grilled chicken sandwich and they spiced it up with some seasonings so I can't eat that anymore but luckily they haven't changed their fries or their lemonade. I would highly recommend dining at this location! read more

I debated allowing one star or five stars. My meal was cold, I had ordered from home using the mobile app however it did not work in drive in, came inside still not working. Not sure staff training on mobile app is where it needs to be yet. I believe however that this portion of my experience was a one off. All signs indicate a well organized and very polite staff. I did interact with a young manager who truly made me issue five stars. He was professional and courteous well beyond his years. I can be demanding at times but he did not hesitate to engage in a second go round as to my meal (cold) but was genuine and sincere even cleaning off the table. Normally I'm very pleased with their service however I recently ordered a tray and was not happy with their service. I pre ordered a tray and when I picked it up at my scheduled time the tray was not ready. I was also unable to receive the sauces I had requested 5 days prior. I just think if something is preordered it should be ready to go and things requested should be set aside. read more

I have never been disappointed when it comes to Chik-Fil-A, Especially at the Warrington location. I usually get the original chicken sandwich meal. I prefer beef to chicken normally, but the customer service and great attitudes of the workers at this location have caused me to come here on many occasions when I was in more of a hamburger mood then a chicken mood.
