I dined on a Tuesday evening so it was not crowded. Karen was our waitress and she came to our…read moretable to introduce herself shortly after we were seated. I ordered the Lavender Lemon Drop. It was a nice blend of flavor and alcohol so I knew I was having a cocktail and not juice. It was Taco Tuesday so I ordered a Baja fish taco ($5 each). It's a good size but $3 would have been a better deal. I also ordered the buffalo shrimp. I liked the blue cheese crumble added on top versus dipping sauce. The food and drink were delivered to the table in a timely manner but we were asked if we wanted everything to come out together or as they were made. I went with the latter. My dining companion ordered the She Crab Soup and 5 wings with the Texas BBQ sauce on the side. My Buffalo shrimp and his soup arrived first. About 10 minutes later his wings and my taco came to the table. I enjoyed my food and the service was fine. Nothing spectacular. I would return. Note: street parking is free starting at 6pm

Very neat and organized. The chicken was good, very clean, no bloody spots and cooked well, not dried out. The seasoning and the crust were just okay. First time coming across and trying a Raising Cane's location…read more As mentioned in the name, it's all about the chicken fingers...and will have to say they were indeed juicy and tasty with or without sauce. The Mr and I got a 9 piece that came with slaw, Texas toast and fries. Was expecting a garlic flavor to the toast, but instead only got a toasted butter sesame flavor. The crinkle fries were good, not overly fried and salted nicely. Tried their Cane sauce and it tasted like a peppery mayo, ketchup mix of some kind. Also opted to try their Honey mustard sauce which was just alright. A bit runny for me with a tender, but would be good as a lite salad dressing. The Mr who loves slaw said it was alright, just needed salt. We paired this combo with a Sweet Tea, which was also just alright, not too sweet which is good. All in all a good experience that we left full and happy enough to hope they make their way up to New York to battle it out with the other finger licking chicken chains. If they do I can see myself gravitating more to it verses others.
