Located conveniently at the Ferry Market in New Hope PA you'll find Sabor. It is Brazilian food with a touch of American. The steak is out of this world. Loved the skewers and the burger was so good, ordered another one. Everything was well seasoned. The flavors were exploding! So good. We had the cheese bread too it was really good. I will definitely be back I want to try the desserts next time! Wishing much success!

Love this new addition to Ferry Market! So far I've had the Chicken Pastel, fries with cheese, Philly cheesesteak and the cheese ball (can't remember what that's called). All were super delicious. My husband loved that the bread for the cheesesteak was thinner and they use real steak. He was left craving another. The cheese fries are great....they layer the cheese throughout instead of just in top and the cheese is delicious (not canned). The chicken pastel was very tasty especially with the yogurt type dip they gave on the side. We will absolutely be back!

This is either my 2nd or 3rd review!…read more This is an updatd review from Dec 7th 2025!! We went for brunch for my daughter's 28th birthday. It was 6 of us that dined. We had called the day before to ask if they could please make sure they had us in the main buffet room as we had two handicapped seniors with us. We were told not a problem. When we showed up we were taken to the table and greeted by our very sweet and attentive server Shelby. She also had a helper named Natalie that was also super kind. My parents had never been so they tried a bit of this and a bit of that. Dad loves fish so he had the fresh Ahi Tuna/salmon served at the salad bar as well as the served grilled shrimp. Mom had breakfast food to start and finished with beef rib and pineapple. I had a bit of this and that and was super stuffed. The mango chicken that comes around was delicious as well. I have to say the pineapple is a fan favorite of ours. The fellas that come around were super quick and ready to serve you up delicious yums. Jake and Justin were super friendly and kept our bellies full. After we were pretty much finished dining Shelby brought out a cute plate that said Happy birthday and had a dish of ice-cream for my daughter. I have to say this restaurant maintains a great atmosphere, great food offerings and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend to come for any gathering. Added a new pic.

Traditional Brazilian barbecue uses coarse salt on the meat that is cooked over an open flame or direct heat source. None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. It's worth the drive at this price point.

Everything was handled professionally and the salad bar was unbelievable. The selection of food was fantastic. It was very clean as well. This place really WOW'd us. We had to repeatedly ask for our sides, as they were not brought out proactively. Throughout the meal, no one checked on our table to see if we needed anything, and we were never offered drink refills. In addition, the food did not meet expectations. The meat we were served was overcooked, and despite the variety advertised, we were only offered four different meats during our visit. We have dined here in the past prior to the name change and had a much better experience, both in service and overall quality. While we understand the restaurant was busy, that does not justify the level of service provided--especially at this price point. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the restaurant has previously demonstrated it is capable of delivering a much better dining experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

We were able to make a reservation, and the restaurant was kind enough to extend our reservation when we were delayed -- especially on one of their busiest nights of the week. Maria was exceptionally nice and helpful in making reservations. Food was delicious and enjoyable throughout all the courses. The Picanha and Beef Short Ribs were my favorites of the Rodizio. My parents split a steak entree and the salmon - the restaurant was kind enough to split both entrees on two plates for each of them. Both servings were generous. Had an Old Fashioned and a Caipirinha - both were excellent. They also have an extensive wine and whiskey menu. Service was pretty good. I would say the only hiccup was the food took forever to come, which seems strange for Rodizio. But I attribute the delay to the tardiness of two folks in our party, and a little inexperience of our server. But aside from that, he did a good job. We got to meet the manager Tatiana, who was fabulous - you can tell she cares about her craft, and the owner Joe, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. My niece and his son apparently went to the same school, so it was truly nice to make the acquaintance. I love to support small business, and it doesn't get better than this. I will make sure to stop here again soon - this was a fantastic experience.

I've heard that's common with Brazilian cuisine, but it was too salty for me. The paella was surprisingly small portion-wise compared to the way most restaurants serve it. We were a party of 7 so we had to wait a few minutes for a table since it is a smaller restaurant. But this gave us an opportunity to look at what people were ordering and make the right choice! Here are my two HIGHEST recommendations: get the garlic shrimp with sausage (ask for extra bread) and the half roasted chicken with ribs, get a SMALL side of black beans. The chicken and ribs are enough to feed two people easily, but you truly CAN NOT miss out on these garlic shrimp. I dream of them often and think about taking the one hour drive to Flemington just to get them. The service was also extremely friendly and were not bothered that our kids were playing with Legos on the table and we kept asking for additional orders of things we liked....like the shrimp and sausage. Please do yourself a favor and make sure to go check them out! Did I mention I would definitely be sure to order their garlic shrimp and sausage??

Can't fight it. The waitress talked me down from a full size platter to half size... then said we would like their soup? umm... unclear on what you're selling... but I'll go with the half sized (for one person that is the right amount). Next they brought out bread. Didn't seem fresh baked. I tried the bbq sauce (yellow dispenser) and hot sauce (red), both "meh" flavor, doubt either is homemade. The main course: I ordered cubed chicken. Indeed, the half platter can feed a whole family. But it came with other ingredients not listed on menu. The rice has carrots and peas, also not listed. Sauce was good at least, brown and... well a bit oily and salty though. "Seems like instant rice?" was feedback I heard. Lesson to restaurant: the amount of things that you learn only by receiving your food should be zero. Put everything up front. My stars are coming elsewhere with me.

She wanted to go here for a fine dining experience and for the ambiance and service. Halfway through the meal she began sneezing. Upon leaving we noticed a large dog, possibly a German shepherd, at a table. I spoke with the hostess, and she confirmed this was not a service dog, and she informed me that the manager made an exception because it was too hot for them to eat outside and the customer told the manager that the dog would behave. The manager made this decision without considering any other people in the restaurant. This is disgusting and unsanitary. If we would have known there was a dog in the restaurant, we would not have eaten there. We did not pay almost $200 to dine with someone's pet. Only service animals should be allowed in a restaurant and there should never be an exception made at the expense of other guests. I was disappointed and shocked that this would have been approved by a manager. I will not visit this location again unless the manager can commit to the highest level of service to the guests and does not permit people to bring their pets with them into the restaurant. Please contact me to discuss this further. I am so upset that my mother's 80th birthday lunch was ruined by this ridiculous decision of these people to bring their dog to Fogo de Chão and even more shocked that a manager would condone this in total disregard of other guests!

Our waitress was fantastic...she explained everything about how the Brazilian-style dining works in detail. The experience is all about the meats--they come around with chicken, beef, sausage, lamb chops, and more. Everything is brought right to your table so you can enjoy it as much as you want. The Brazilian meal comes with a side of mashed potatoes that were phenomenal, and the market (salad bar) includes a variety of cheeses, meats, white rice and black beans (which were very tasty), different fruits, and more. We also added the lobster mac and cheese, and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had. The lemonade/limeade was refreshing, perfectly sweet, and just delicious. The bread is also to die for--I couldn't stop eating it. Service was top-tier--attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The meal is pricey, but worth every penny. We even got the key lime pie to go, and it was a 10/10. This restaurant is located in a complex with plenty of parking, so getting in and out is easy. A few tips: Make sure you come hungry because you'll want to try everything & they really do bring it all. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. I will definitely be returning!
