We kept asking if they could please turn the air-conditioning ON and no one addressed it until the very end, they just kept avoiding talking to us, but I literally felt like I was going to vomit at the table, and at one point one of the managers, I am guessing because he never introduced himself. He said that they are trying to work on it, and they finally brought a carpet drying fan and pointed it away from us so that was kind of not conducive to helping us with the severe warmth of the restaurant. Most most of the beef was either overcooked or it was super tough and very hard to chew definitely disappointed because every time I've ever seen an ad for this restaurant, they show tender and delicious looking meats. They also claimed in their dress code no gym clothes and no casual clothes so I dressed up and so did my husband and all of our party however, most of the restaurant look like they just strolled in from the street and the room we were in had way too many tables we were literally pushed up against the wall and it was not a good experience. The table next to us was like a pack of wild hyenas or animals because they were screaming and Hooten and hollering like they were living in a cave or in a barnyard. It was really not an enjoyable experience. I felt like I was among a bunch of savages and people were dressed in jeans, shorts and very casual attire when on their website they put a strict dress code and thank you for following their dress code. We All agreed to have the All you Can Eat Snow crab legs dinner but ontop of things, we spent $64.95.per person for our meals and they never brought out the Churrasco steak which I was really looking forward to trying and a lot of of the meat and beef was either over salted and Cajun or had jalapeño chimichurri sauce, which we don't eat. They didn't really have too many other plainer choices and definitely did Not have 15 different meats, unless you special requested no seasonings. I think there was maybe only five or six different types of meat. They came around with pork, sausage, Parmesan, chicken and mango chicken, New York strip, lamb, top sirloin, but most of the time it was jalapeño or Cajun crusted the Parmesan chicken and the mango chicken were very tough and fatty. They had a bacon wrapped filet mignon, but that was literally so small. I only got two bites of that, and the bacon was floppy bacon and not well done cooked, so I didn't really eat that because I wanted medium cooked and they never had Churrasco steak and they came around with delicious fillets of salmon, but they only came around one time with the salmon fish fillets and that was delicious, but it was only a small portion of five or six bites and they never came back out with. it To be honest, i was kind of afraid to eat that bacon filet mignion, but it was so Small and I was concerned about the Floppy soft bacon that grossed me out. All in all, the servers and staff looked extremely stressed out and sweated Up and instead of them, making us aware of what was going on with the heat, they never addressed it until the final end and then, all of our party ended up in the bathroom with diarrhea. 10 out of 10 do not recommend Buyer beware
