It's a drink comprised of tea, ginger syrup, and honey. Weirdly, it was much more tart than I was anticipating, but I also couldn't put my finger on what type of tea it was... perhaps black? Anyway, my entree was the Hash Bowl. I added pork to mine to get some extra protein, and am happy to report that they did not skimp on the protein. They do charge $3 or $4 extra for the added protein, but I think it's well worth it to add a meat to the dish. Its hash brown, smothered with cheese, atop egg with tomatoes and a fried avocado.
