Black Bean Breakfast Burrito, Salsa Fresca, Scrambled Egg, Pepperjack Cheese & Avocado in a wrap

It was recommended to me by friends, so I went to Chive cafe for breakfast. Terrific! I went with the Black Bean Breakfast Burrito, Salsa Fresca, Scrambled Egg, Pepperjack Cheese & Avocado in a wrap (#6 on the menu), and it was delicious. In addition, I ordered well-done home fries. Crispy and outstanding. I had decaf that was also superb. The service was great. The place is small so plan accordingly because they get busy. I will be back.

I enjoyed a wonderful salad with sundried tomatoes, beautiful greens , carrots and cucumbers. Delicious and so fresh. My friends enjoyed their pork plate and flounder! Always magnificent service here ! And it's wonderful to see the local art featured on the walls too !!

TLDR: quaint cafe with friendly staff, quick service, and solid food all for a great price I dropped by for a quick lunch and was impressed. The burger was simple and checked all the right boxes of a delicious burger: great sear, juicy, loosely packed and soft, well seasoned, balanced toppings. It's also worth noting that the fries were great too - they perfectly crisp and stayed that way through the end of lunch. The entire experience was quick and casual. We got our food lightning fast. The staff was friendly in helping us and chatting with us before and after the meal. Great value too: Two entrees and a side for around $30. I would definitely come by again if I was in the area.

This place is such a charming brunch spot in Lambertsville! Came here on a Wednesday for lunch around 12:30pm and the place was pretty empty by 1pm the place was buzzing with customers Ambiance - quirky and stunning art work line the walls and are ready for purchase - plenty of natural sunlight Service - staff was attentive - food came out quickly Food - Roast beef and roasted red pepper panini: the bread was perfectly toasted, cheese was perfectly melted, roast beef was hearty and the roasted red pepper added a good tang to the sandwich. Macaroni salad was perfectly seasoned and paired well with the sandwich! - fried artichokes: a perfect light starter! Artichokes were crispy and came out hot. I've never had fried artichokes before and now this is one of my fave appetizers! Definitely stop by this place if you're in Lambertsville!

I have a new review. This one is for their pop-up dinner nights. They have pop-up nights, I think 3 times a week. Today we finally tried it for dinner. It was sensational. I was blown away. Service has always been great at Chive and it continues to get better. There weren't too many people waiting in but I did notice a lot of take out as we waiting for our food. But the food, that was the star tonight. Out of control meatloaf and burger. We will be going here for their pop-up dinners again. Just loved every bit

This time, we skipped my usual Wawa run (the Cuban is still elite) and headed to Karla's Restaurant--and it delivered. Set in a charming old house, each room feels intimate and unique. We snagged a patio table and caught the sunset--honestly, it was a little magical. We started with cocktails (my Sidecar was spot-on), then shared: * Caesar salad * Calamari For the entrée, we split the fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw--crispy, flavorful, and more than enough food. And dessert? Carrot cake. Absolutely delicious--moist, perfectly spiced, and finished with that classic cream cheese frosting. A must-order. Service was fun and personable (we even had a doppelgänger moment with our server--still laughing about that). A few notes: * Bathrooms are upstairs via narrow stairs (old-house charm) * Cozy, room-by-room layout * Prices are very fair Bottom line: Great food, great vibe, and a quintessential New Hope dining experience. I'll definitely be back--next time for brunch. Life's short. Eat well.

Specifically, the French toast and eggs special literally only had a half a piece of French toast, one egg and a tiny amount of potatoes and it was all cold and flavorless. Steak and eggs had the smallest steak I have ever seen with again only 1 egg and about 3 bites of potatoes. I don't mind spending $28 for that dish but not when it is a kid sized portion and I left the meal hungry. On a positive note....the place is gorgeous and very welcoming. The service was also excellent and the valet parking was a huge positive on a busy Sunday. Unfortunately at $160 total check for a meal no one really liked, I don't think we will be back.
