Not sure if I've ever had service as terrible as I've had at this chick fil a from a bigger guy with glasses called Michael. Got there and stood in line, and just got stared with a dead face by this guy. I eventually end up going up, and he takes the order without asking what size meal we wanted. After we payed for it, I asked him if he got the size, and he just said medium. I told him I wanted a large and he just looked at me blankly. Then after he gave me the wrong sauces I wanted, I sat down and saw him looking at me and talking to his coworker. She went on to call up my name in all different versions of "Stephanie," while he was literally laughing in the back. The worst service I've ever had, incomparably. read more

Love this place. We usually order chicken nuggets and fries for the kids and they love it. The adults are happy as well since food is always fresh and tasty. This is a family favorite! Our go-to place when we can't agree on something. The chicken strips are my favorite, especially with the honey mustard. I don't usually eat fries, but I do here. Have you ever been in a drive thru and the employee for the restaurant takes the order of the 3 cars behind you, before you even get to order? Then when you get to the window for your order, it's not ready. Then they tell you to move aside till it's done. 6 cars roll past you out of the drive thru after you are told to wait!!! This is the closest CFA to my home so we come here often. Like very often. I wouldn't say too often because we've never had a bad experience here. Never had a mistake on an order and any issues with the app have been corrected immediately by staff. CFA is in a league of its own. The customer service they provide is exceptional. read more

I used the mobile order app for lunch today. My friend went to pick up the order and was told it was not there. I tried calling and of course the number does not work. After work I went up there to speak with the manager. I explain the situation and she proceeds to go get me food. It's 2 hours after the fact, I no longer want it. Another worker had to go explain that to her. The manager issues me a refund with no apologies. Just shrugged her shoulder and says the order was never picked up. I explained that part of the order was there but he was told that the item was missing wasn't ordered. I love Chick-fil-A BUT something went wrong today. My mother bought us lunch and went through the drive through. I got a market salad and i always ask for no blue cheese because I can't stand it. Anyways, once getting home I open my salad and there is blue cheese in it. The label on the container says no blue cheese. So I drive back to Chick-fil-A and tell them they made my salad wrong. They remake my salad and give my food coupons. All is good again. After that I go straight to school. I open my bag and there is no salad dressing or condiments. So now I am eating a dry salad. I would go back again for the salad dressing but my class started. Cmon Chick-fil-A I know you're better than this. Please do better. 3 Stars for a Chick-Fil-A is not good. I don't like to give negative reviews of Chick-Fil-A, but this location lacks the standard service of other locations. The last two times I have visited I had issues. Both times I used the mobile ordering app. The first time I used the drive-up feature where you order ahead, park, and they bring it out to the car you describe in the app.. well apparently they don't care and just put the food with the pick up mobile orders.. after waiting longer than usual I decided to go check, sure enough my food had been sitting there for several minutes. The receipt clearly indicated drive up and described my vehicle. Oh well, mistakes happen right. Today's visit we came inside and sat down. I noticed they now have a feature where you order from the mobile app and indicate the exact table # you are sitting at. After about 10 min of waiting I hear them call out my name and "mobile order". I was thinking maybe there was a mix up.. nope.. again clearly marked "Dine-In" Table #, however they left the food with the other mobile orders... I don't understand. If they don't want to use the features of the mobile app then they should put up a sign stating they don't use the features and you will have to order and wait like everyone else. This is disappointing. The food was great as usual and the cleanliness of the restaurant was good. Thus, this is the reason for 3 stars vs. less. I hope that soon they will clarify their features and fix these issues. read more

I go here for lunch as often as I can cause this location has the best, quickest, nicest customer service I've been to. The food is always made perfectly and everyone always has a smile on their face. It's also very popular so you know it's a great location too otherwise it wouldn't be popular. My favorite thing too is watching people walk up to the door on Sundays and realizing they are closed on Sundays. They have ALWAYS been closed on Sundays since they began and it always baffles me how many people still forget lol. It's very humorous cause I've been in those shoes before too. I saw a lady move the chair blocking the drive through just to drive all the way around hahaha, silly goober. 10/10 read more

Not a huge fan of giving reviews but after my recent visit I felt this was needed. I was having the worst day and decided to come to the chick fil a in the colonies. I went through drive thru and had amazing service. I believe the girls name was Alison or Ashley (I cant remember I apologize) but her tag said she was training. The girl was very sweet and seemed genuine, the service was so great it made my day better which was impressive for someone in training. Don't get me wrong! I absolutely love Chick-Fila but on more than one occasion they have thrown away breakfast while I am in line. I have ordered through the app before 10:30 and it has kicked me out the cart and I have even been in the drive through at 10:10 and if I don't get to the window before 10:30 they will not let me order breakfast. Mind you there lines are long but you should not be in a drive through line longer than 20 minutes anyway! 5 stars for their breakfast chicken biscuit that I am always trying to get but two stars for throwing away perfectly good food that people want to eat! read more

As usual, the quality of the food was excellent. Their chicken nuggets are the best around, hands down. I tried the chicken wrap for the first time, and I was pleased. The avocado dressing it comes with tasted very good. It is too big to eat in one sitting, if eaten with fries, so I saved the rest for hanging out at the pool later that day.
