I feel the same way about the other low reviews. Today , came with a simple order. The person taking my order could process my order and there was nobody around to help him. The person running the store came by to help him and she was unpleasant and didn't care about us at all. There is not good leadership at this at place. Not only did our chicken biscuits not taste good, our fruit had MOLD on it and our sweet tea was not sweet. Just to top it off, not one person said my pleasure after being thanked. Not impressed at all. Very disappointing. read more

This particular Chick Filet is not kid friendly. Unlike most CFs that give free ice cream to kids with a meal, They literally told me that my kids had to trade in the toy they got with their meal to get an ice cream. We spend $18.00 and the operator choses not to give 10 cents worth of ice cream. This silly, short-sided thinking just lost this location a customer. There are plenty of other great run Chick Fillet locations near by! We are never coming back. read more

Came in 25 minutes before closing and my cashier (Britton) was obviously rushing to take my order which was understandable but me and my friend still dined in. We both sat there for about 10 minutes and walked up the counter multiple times confused on where both our food was as we watched people come in AFTER us and still receive their food. After 20 minutes when they are closing we both finally decide to bring up neither of us received our food and the girl who took our ordered acted confused as if she never took our order. Kids playground is outdated and outside. Summer and winter are out of the question. Kind off small inside as well. They don't do curbside service on busy lunch days but otherwise staff is very friendly and helpful. Great food as all of them. read more

My kids love Chick Fila but unfortunately, this is the Chick-fila near my house. They ALWAYS make a mistake on my order. When I let them know, a simple apology and offer to fix is what most would expect, but they treat me like I'm trying to steal something from them or I'm trying to get extras. I've been offended so many times there. I'm sure it comes down to the owner operator as these things are usually from the top-down. I have to be honest, I often wonder if it's because I'm Asian. One thing i can't stand is liars. To be a christian based company they should be a shame! I go here almost every other morning and have been doing so about a month and i ask for fries with my nuggets or chicken biscuits. I get told a lie every time. I've been told on a Friday to come Monday -Wednesday that they don't do fries or nuggets Thursday-Saturday that it too busy! So i go last Tuesday and they gave me nuggets but couldn't drop fries .. atleast i got my nuggets hell they put nuggets in the lil chicken biscuits. Ok so i go on Monday (today) and the lady tells me they don't do fries or nuggets this early period. And i know she was lying cause i came there before and got my meal.. and you can hear someone telling her something and you get to the window and the manager not even gonna greet you or look your way.. he lucky cause his name would be in his post. Long story short don't go to this location if you are looking for good customer service. Also if you want fries about 9-10 am .. any other location in atlanta will do it for you . I'm giving them a 2 because the service was fast and they were polite. The last 7 visits have been off - wither the fries and hash browns were over cooked or under cooked. The sandwiches have been fine. The order is normally mixed up if you are in the drive through. Like today, I ordered sweet tea with lemonade. They gave me a coke with lemonade. Some of the fries were hot and the bottom set was soggy and cold. This used to be a premier location but the quality has not been the same for the past four months. I have had examples of them not knowing what forms of payments is acceptable even though I used that form of payment the day before. It's close for lunch, which is why I continue to go over there. The food usually comes out correct and in a timely manner. But there is one girl during the morning hours of 6-730 am that sounds so miserable to be there and you can really tell when ordering from her through the drive thru. Usually I wouldn't mind, but when you get such great service from chikfila every time you notice when someone is not as personable. read more

I give this time A+. They are super friendly to me and my daughter. We went in once and we weree sitting in a nice quiet area intil this group of men came in started cussing I was like hello child here. The manager say before i said anything to them and he was nice to the group and kept interupting them when they started cussing nothing rude just can I help you with anything until one caught on the language was terrible. Y'all gotta take it easy on them. Sure they're definitely not the fastest Chick-fil-A around but working a Chick-fil-A drive-thru can be difficult due to it's such popular demand. They don't have a special machine that makes all the drinks, desserts, food, etc. It's all put together by hand and when you have multiple orders that you have to put together and make sure they're correct, it can put some stress on these people. I'm saying this from personal experience as I have worked with another Chick-fil-A location for 2 years now and it can get really stressful at times. The people over here at the Johns Creek location don't let them being busy affect their efficiency. This is true from the multiple, multiple visits I've given them and all of them have been pleasant. Food is good, they're staying efficient, never had an incorrect order, and the staff is all very friendly. My only complaint with this store is that it's parking lot design is very weird and also not very easy to get in and out of. Besides that, great location! Keep it up! read more

Absolute worst Chick Fil A I have been to. I will go out of the way to avoid it. Poorly managed and operated by children during busy times. My last visit I waited over twenty minutes for my food. It was cold and nuggets were tough. I have complained to corporate but nothing has changed. The chick fil a at The Collection at Forsyth is much better as is the Peachtree Industrial location in Duluth. read more

Chick-fil-A in most places are known for their excellent customer service. This one has been experiencing lots of challenges when it comes to their drive-thru. I normally eat at this place about 3 - 5 times per week due to the proximity of it to my job. However today was the last straw. I waited in line for over 10 minutes, then when I got to the front to pay - they advised they can't take the apple pay via drive-thru. Mind you, I had just paid in the same way last week via the drive-thru. So, they ask me if I would prefer to come in or use a different method of payment. I was livid because the policies aren't consistent and it depends on who's in the drive-thru. I told them I would just go somewhere else. I drove across the street to McDonald's and picked up my order in less than 2 minutes and I used apple pay. Why offer a service if you are only going to use it when it's convenient. I think they need to spend more time working on drive-thru customer service. This used to be a premier Chick-Fil-A. I've been in this area for 18 years and in the past year I have watch the service decline tremendously. read more
