The people working here are young and kind and sweet. However, what a disaster! I ordered through Grubhub was notified to head over food would be ready at x time. I literally waited an extra 50 minutes to get my food! 2 burritos and 2 tacos. The crazy part! They used Popeyes! I say a delivery of a large bag from Popeyes. Didn't think anything of it but suspicious! Sure enough it was in my burrito! Didn't hate it but whoever is running this place..... is failing! I should have listened to another review that warned of waiting 30 minutes. They have plenty of workers.. but one girl was on hot water duty... another was on her phone. 3 making food one older gentlemen, I guess boss man leading the line, while the other 2 young helpers were literally hugging after completing an order. I am giving 2 stars bc the food that did make it to the bag was fresh. I came in today (7/24) around 12:30. There was a line in the drive through so decided to go in to order. There's NO ONE taking orders, and dirty kiosks that you are forced to order from. I ordered through the kiosk by 12:30. Selected text receipt. Never received the receipt. It took 20-25 min to receive my food, which was to go and consisted of an order for 2 ppl (not a huge order...). When I got home I was missing 2 tacos that are clearly on the receipt and I was charged for. There were a multitude of other people that had been sitting and waiting on their food and the lady in front of me waited over half an hour for her single order. It was by far the worst experience at a fast food from a process and efficiency standpoint. Taco Bell needs to send someone from corporate to train the trainer on processes, bc this was a rough experience. For my first Taco Bell experience in probably 20 years it sure didn't bode well for me coming back! read more

My expectations aren't super high when I go into fast food restaurants but THIS Taco Bell is atrocious! Dirty restrooms no Toilet paper. Dirty lobby. Ice machine not working, soda warm. Staff cursing so loud I can hear them in the lobby. I paid for onions on my nachos and I couldn't see or taste any. I went to the counter and the manager argued with me they were buried, I lifted up chips and saw maybe 2. He put some in a cup and threw them on the counter. This Taco Bell is genuinely so amazing. The ratings do not match the hard work the employees put here. It's 1am currently and I had a craving for Taco Bell, the gentleman at the drive thru was so kind and respectful and making conversation with me. These people do not deserve the bad ratings they've gotten. Even as late at night as it is, instead of these employees being at home or sleeping, they're here and working very hard. I love this Taco Bell and personally have never had issues. It may be slow at times when it's busy, but these people work hard already making the food delicious! read more

Listen to all the negative reviews. They close before the scheduled close hours constantly. Also the phone number to reach the owner is disconnected. They'll accept Uber Eats orders even when they're closed and not give you the meal. It's truly astonishing this business is still allowed to be open. We've been going to this Taco Bell for many years because it's near the office. For the past couple of months, we've been going maybe once a week. I honestly don't know if it could get any worse. It's dirty, the self serve drink machine has been out or low on CO2 for at least the past couple of months. One entire section of the drink machine doesn't work. There is NO Customer Service. Especially if you get the trans guy that usually works the window. He/she is so rude and hateful and has been for at least the past 5-6 years. You can't talk to a real person about your order, you have to place it on the nasty kiosks and wait for someone to call your name before you can even get your drink cups. That is IF you can hear them over the music that is too loud. The food is always just thrown in the bag or box depending on what you get and made very poorly. Today was no exception. I don't know why the owner even spent money remodeling because the service and decent food at a good price is what people want, but they sure don't get it here. This is my last trip to this Taco Bell. The food is overpriced to be mediocre with terrible service. read more

Alright, a lot of these fast food Yelp reviews are way more for me (and others) to express our impotent rage than anything. But here we go. This Taco Bell can't live to the delightful mediocrity that I've come to love, expect, and respect from the chain. One night, the credit card machine was down. Instead of having a sign at the beginning of the drive-through line that indicated this, they waited until you already waited 15+ minutes to tell you at the speaker that the machine is down. Wow, this sucks. Conspiracy theorists and old fashioned people always carry plenty of cash on them, but I don't. I'm going to have to wait another 15+ minutes because I can't just exit the line. I just wasted my time for nothing. In retrospect, I should've given my order, and I don't know just emptied my car's change cup. O would be the number that I give to that store , the one in John's Creek Medlock Bridge, I went there it was 7:30 pm, I wait about 20 minutes in line , when I got my turn I give my order, and ask for tea for the drink , this woman ( employee ) was so incredibly rude , I had never been treated that way , when I ask it was anything else that I can get in replacement of the tea, she started to yell and say I " I do not have time to figure out what you stomach want ,,so get out , I am not serving you anything, and if you do not get out fast , I be calling the police and press charge to you " I was in shock, I couldn't believe that I did not even raise my voice and this woman was yelling to me . I like taco bell, especially if it's a late night but I was so disappointed when one night we went through drive thru and they didnt accept samsung pay/iphone pay. So pretty much we couldnt get our food because of that , usually I'm able to do everything through my moble pay. She was super nice, smiled the whole time and I received my food within 3 minutes. Everything was correct with my order and was tasty. The manager lets his employees walk all over him and he has zero control of their speed or mouth. They're cursing non stop. Everything from start to finish was delicious. The beer was cold and refreshing. The cocktail actually had liquor in it.. The staff was friendly and attentive, the wings were perfect, the burgers were cooked to perfection. I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. Two bad experiences within 24 hours!!! I went to this location last night after double checking the hours since it was New Year's Eve. When I got there it was 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. There were two cars in line that had already placed their orders when i pulled up. No one spoke on the intercom ordering system. They refused to take my order. I went back to Taco Bell (this location again) tonight 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and the same exact thing happened. I was told by the woman who came to the window (after I sat there for 2 minutes watching her eat in the kitchen) that they had already turned everything off and it would take 30 minutes to turn it back on.
