Let's taco bout it! This review for A Tacoria is long overdue. We've been coming here since they first opened. A Tacoria is that spot for us- a Mexican eatery with bold flavors and fresh, yummy ingredients that keeps us coming back because it never misses. Friendly service every time, super clean, and plenty of seating whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go. If you eat in, you unlock one of the best perks: unlimited access to the salsa + toppings bar! Pickled veggies, salsa, hot sauces, green sauce, crema fresca. It's the absolute works. The green sauce, pickled veggies, and crema fresca are my go too, and the pickled veggies always add the perfect bite. Probably the toppings from the bar pairs well with almost everything on the menu. Honestly, correction: it goes insanely well with everything on the menu. No exceptions. They've got more than just soda too- horchata and some fruit juice options if you want something refreshing to go with your meal. You can taste the love and care in the food, and the portions are generous. The menu hits all the cravings: tacos, burritos, nachos, tortas, birria tacos, and more. And then there are the fun surprises- bulgogi tacos, a K Bowl, and even a K Burger if you're in the mood for something with a Korean/Asian flair. Such a cool twist you don't expect but will absolutely come back for. Plus, their chips and salsa are legit and not an afterthought. Located in a small shopping strip in Suwanee, so keep an eye out because it's easy to miss but once you find it, you'll remember it. Small spot, big flavors. Support local. Support good eats. A Tacoria delivers every time.

This location is one of the last, if not only Korean inspired Mexican style restaurants in Georgia. We have lost a few of these Kor-Mex locations due to downtrending tacos, but this restaurant is so delicious that I crave them constantly now. The prices are lower than even some of the local authentic Mexican restaurants that I've been to in the area. The best deal is their 2 taco box with rice and beans or fries for $12. Note that all meals include their amazing sauce and pickle bar that is legit af. As well as chips and salsa. They also sell juice, horchata, and have fountain drinks. What protiens should you order? Their signature bulgogi and their spicy pork are the best and will fix both your taco and kbbq cravings in one meal. Try kimchi and banchan on the sauce bar buffet, the carrots with jalapeños are spicy and addictive. Super friendly service.

Our very first visit. When you look at Yelp ratings for Mexican Food, there is a reason this spot is in the high 4's. We have lived in the area a little over four years. I cannot tell you how many times we have driven by. I will no longer be driving by. The service is excellent. The food is excellent. The restaurant is very clean. I did not use the restroom so I cannot comment. Give A Tacoria a try. Don't waste your hard earned dollars at the other guy.

Given the high ratings, I was excited to try this spot. We ordered takeout, but our experience was disappointing. First, my request for no cheese on the birria tacos were ignored, making them inedible for me. I traded meals with my husband. The al pastor was decent, but the al pastor and the carne asada were both obnoxiously loaded with an excessive amount of cilantro, which overpowered any other flavor. Furthermore, the carne asada meat was inedible; the quality was so poor that this is the first time I've ever had to spit out tacos.. This place unfortunately did not meet my expectations.

This is my second time here and I love their food. I'm so glad I found this spot cause it's now me and my husband's favorite taco & wing spot. The bulgogi & pastor tacos is really good. We were also shocked on how good the wings are, especially just the original ones. The staff are also nice and sweet. Can't wait to try more things on the menu.

So fast here! So clean too! Service so nice and the food is SO DELICIOUS!!! I don't know why I waited so long to go here DEFINITELY will be back!

Pork bulgogi (sweet) and pork pastor, delicious.

Great new place to give Beto's a challenge. Ingredients tasted fresh. Chips with a salsa bar is always a hit. If you want quality and fast service, don't miss this place. The workers are kind. The menu is most Mexican with a Korean flare. We loved the tacos!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was this place is CLEAN! The salsa bar was so organized - we must have been the first people that afternoon because all of the ladles were even oriented in the same direction. The owner greeted us and was very friendly. Really enjoyed the street tacos but I have to admit they were typical street tacos. The salsa was better than most though. The five stars is because the cleanliness and the friendliness were next level. Although next time I want to try the K-Burrito to see the owner's Korean twist on Mexican food.

I love their taco especially, the tripa. This is the MUST! If you love grilled tripa. Spicy chicken in tacoria salad recommended. Salsa bar is always kept clean. Love the jalapeño sauce! I would definitely go back to try other tacos as well.

Food is solid and always so consistent. Service is quick. Be sure to stop by the fridge for all the different house made salsas. 10/10!!

The facilities were modern, very clean and the staff, very kind and helpful. The food was delicious with the majority of the patrons being from Latino descent. We ordered chips with queso, 2 tamale and taco meals and a Carne Asada. Tasty, moist and flavorful tamales (one chicken and one pork with mild red sauce) as well as delicious tacos (Al pastor and birria). I've heard good things about the mole sauce but they were sold out of it. The steak was a little tough but the flavor was delicious. Honorable mention to the rice and beans and guacamole! Wow wow wow. The portions were really great also. So much so I needed a box for my taco. Overall great value with a lunch meal for 3 with an appetizer for about $50 bucks. Great experience!

We stopped by at breakfast-time and ordered: breakfast burrito: flavorful and good, plus easily split into 2 meals. comes with chips or fries. Fries were perfectly cooked and had a tasty seasoning on them. $13-14 breakfast plate: This was ok. It's billed as a scramble but is griddle scrambled and the eggs were very very hard cooked. I would prefer an overdone egg than a soft egg, so that was ok, but I would order them differently if I returned. There were lots of tomatoes, peppers and onions which was nice for flavor, but there were so many that there weren't many "curds" of scrambled eggs if that makes sense. The refried beans might be the tastiest I've ever had. The rice was "ok". The soft corn tortillas were very fresh. If not housemade, these are coming in every day for sure. $13-14 Rajas and cheese tamales: Didn't try these because of the cheese, but they were medium sized and smelled good $4 each Vegan black bean tamales: These come in banana leaves, which I've not had before. I could do without the flavor of the leaf, which is actually pronounced (this surprised me). The masa was lovely and the black bean filling was delicious and well seasoned. I like to pan fry my tamales to reheat and they were stellar the next day. $4 each The staff was friendly and handled accommodations (no dairy, corn tortillas instead of flour) smoothly. I would go again if I was in the area.

They should really put up a sign out front that says our chicken is low-carb, friendly or something to the effect. I really appreciate this place. The friendly staff the comfortable booths. It's a bustling place. I know the tortillas are amazing for the burrito shell they are very large about 11 inches. I ordered the lunch special with two tacos (pastor & chicken) and swapped the beans for rice. It was my first time trying pastor, and wow--I was genuinely impressed. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with a smoky, slightly sweet, and savory flavor that really stood out. Definitely a 5/5 for the pastor taco. The chicken taco was decent--well-seasoned, mildly juicy, and satisfying, but not quite as bold or memorable. I'd give that one a 4/5. One thing I really appreciated: the meat didn't have that dry, overcooked texture you sometimes get at other taco spots. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. My partner ordered the carne asada plate (charbroiled fajita steak with pico de gallo, avocado, rice, and tortillas, with beans swapped for extra rice) $15.99. He said the steak was nicely charred, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor with just the right amount of seasoning. The plate was filling and well-balanced, and he gave it a solid 4/5. Overall, a great lunch spot with fresh ingredients, quick seating, and flavorful food. We'll definitely be back!

The husband and wife team from Mexico City and Ecuador run the show here. The thing I live the most is they have a spicy light green cream salsa that I usually only have found in Lima and in Peruvian Restaurants in South America or Florida. It is soooo good. Worth a trip to the bar for drinks and chips with it. That said I've had the Fajitas twice now and they have been large in scale and very much sizzling. Sizzling has surprisingly become a lost "art" at some places. Don puts it on the plate though. I also love that they use Lodge American made cast iron for the service. It beats Chinese made products where you don't know what chemicals may have been used. They have a lot of TVs they apparently pay for. That's no small expense for this size of a place. Interestingly they have Keno here. This is a staple of the restaurant/bar industry on the West Coast. It's practically the only way to make the numbers work. I rarely see this in Atlanta and I give the owners credit for providing this game and apparently some other lottery products. I'll be back more often. You have to respect an individual place where the owners are making the effort and working hard. I think they have live music on the weekend. Maybe I'll come then!
