Huge fan of Taqueria Los Hermanos. They have several locations across Atlanta OTP and were my go-to restaurant for Mexican food. The food and service were consistently good across all of their locations. A girlfriend and I met at this Suwanee location back in December with our kids. We visited on a Monday afternoon and our group of six was seated right away. They were super quick with the drinks, chips, and salsa. We can't come here and not order the queso to start. It's a must. I then ordered a fish and shrimp entree with asparagus and potatoes. I don't remember what it's called, but it was flavorful. My son ordered one of the burritos and devoured it. As with all Taqueria Los Hermanos, the portions are generous. I took part of my entree to-go. Always a good experience at TLH and this visit was no different! Will most likely visit a TLH next time I'm in town. read more

You just can't beat this place when it comes to excellent food. Everything I have tried on the menu has been incredible. Their server staff is phenomenal. Everybody is just incredibly friendly and nice. I've been coming to any one of their multiple locations for many years and have never had a bad experience. This is the best chain Mexican restaurant in the metro Atlanta area! I have been going to Los Hermanos for years and they continue to deliver high quality food at great prices. All of the staff members are super friendly and provide great service. The restaurant space is pretty standard with a mix of tables and booths and a cute little patio area. There's almost always a decent sized crowd every time I come. If you haven't been before, try the Cesina tacos. They are packed full of meat and come with cilantro, onions, and an avocado tomatillo salsa. I literally dream of these tacos they are so amazing. The chicken tortilla soup is always amazing and is a necessity in my household when anyone has a cold. Los Hermanos is a neighborhood gem in Suwannee/Johns Creek. read more

Late Breakfast, great lunch. Following a morning Dr Appt my wife was starving so we headed south on 141 and remembered this place in time to make the left turn at the light. The service was rapid and my wife enjoyed the enchiladas meal with veggies and I ordered the veggie quesadilla. The portions were leave enough for leftovers (for tonight's dinner) in ToGo containers. I enjoyed the guacamole with my meal and we were both very satisfied! All in with tip was $34 We did have two flies in our area which was annoying for most of the meal. Wow, has been 5 years since I've been coming here? I think this is now my favorite Mexican food. The dishes are not the typical burrito with rice and beans, it's different a little more special which is why I like it. The last time I came I had the brisket enchiladas. The sauce on this was so savory! And it had a side of green beans. The next time I want to try the taco pizza, I saw several people eating this one. Margaritas are all delicious too. We had been going to this restaurant almost every week for 13 years. It was a place we freely enjoyed; until we didn't. Today, we stopped by for our weekly lunch. The music on the patio was so loud that the tables were vibrating. I asked to have the music turned down, and a man black hair and a goatee came out to speak to me and asked 'what's the problem?' I said 'the music is too loud. Could your turn it down please?' He responded 'what, I can't hear you'. I asked two more times (3 times total) before he could hear what I was saying over the loud music. His response was 'No. it's cinco de Mayo, if you don't like it, you can eat somewhere else'. After 13 years as a loyal and regular customer, to be told to eat somewhere else, over music so loud the man couldn't even hear me without yelling was unbelievable. This is unacceptable. To be treated this poorly by a place we frequent is not okay. I can not recommend a restaurant that treats its long standing customers so poorly. There was only one table in the entire restaurant with a woman and two children at it. Until this man is fired and replaced with people who treat customers with dignity, I advise you not patronize this establishment. read more

My third time eating food from here & I am genuinely happy with every meal I have ever had. Chips are good, salsa is good but would love a hotter version. Never asked for one so in fairness to those place, they could have that option! Son got the Fajitas Trio and said it was delicious. Husband got the fajitas quesadillas and enjoyed it. I got the Brisket Quesadillas and could only finish one bc they were huge and filled with meat! What a problem to have, right?? Love the big portions and well seasoned food. Our waitress was excellent! They were packed last night but she made sure we never had to wait for a thing. Side note, please tip your waitstaff at least 20%! We normally tip 25-30% but I know that can push it for some folks. If one can afford to eat out, one can afford to tip fairly. Otherwise, eat at home. We will be back! read more

Was hoping to find more decent Mexican spots around me, but Taqueria Los Hermanos missed the mark. It seems pretty popular among people in Cumming, it was packed on a Friday evening and you needed to wait to get seated. I ordered the steak torta which came with fries. The portion size for the fries was pretty measley, expected to get more for a $12 sandwich. The bread for the sandwich didn't hold together well, and the carne asada was tough and dry. The only saving grace was probably the complementary chips and salsa. If you want better Mexican food, check out Betos Tacos or El Trompo in Alpharetta. read more

Our friends raved about the food at TLH so we dropped in with them for dinner. It's in a suite in a small strip center but not hard to find. (Little did we know - we had eaten here about 9 years ago!). The chili rellenos were fantastic, especially the brisket filled one. The spicy jalapeño Margarita was also awesome. I must have visited Los Hermanos a dozen times over the past 5 years. Unfortunately, the food has declined in quality with each visit. My last trip I opted for the chef's special, a char-grilled bone in chicken breast with mole and grilled onions. The chicken was dry and in desperate need of seasoning. The only thing you could taste was the bitterness coming from the burnt skin. Mole is what had drawn me into ordering the dish, unfortunately it too was lacking any of the complex depth of flavor you hope for in a great mole. The onions, burnt and bitter as well. The final component, the tortillas, needed to be the saving grace. They may have been the worst of it all. They must have walked over to the Publix next door, bought some low quality corn tortillas, and stored them in a barely warm place, cause that's what showed up on my plate. I've had fine experiences here in the past. If you decide to make a visit, stick to the classics you see in most American-Mexican restaurants, ie a chimichanga or chicken burrito. If you're looking for something beyond just filling your stomach with any calories you can get, venture elsewhere. read more

Have you heard of the expression "good things come in small packages"? Well, that is a good way to describe this restaurant. The place is small, but the service and food rivals any of the larger establishments. I think I only saw two people waiting tables, but everything moved like a well oiled machine. Even though the place was busy, wait time was less than 5 minutes. It took about the same amount of time to order and another 15 minutes to get the food. The person serving us was answering phones, clearing tables, serving chips and sitting people. However, every cistomer he served seemed satisfied, including me. The food was very good. There is is a good selection of items to order. The only down side to this place is that they packed too many tables for the space. There is very little privacy. You can clearly hear and can be part of someone's conversation without trying. In fact, I made a comment to my wife about some plans and the person behind me turned around and smiled. Good thing it wasn't anything private. I still strongly recommend this restaurant, just be careful what you discuss. read more

This may just be our regular taco spot moving forward. We went in a pretty busy Saturday night, but we're seated right away. Our server had a few tables but she was good about checking in pretty often and keeping our drinks filled. The guacamole dip comes in a small tortilla shell. It was a pretty good size for 2 people. I would get the larger size for more than 2 people. I got 2 fish tacos. The tacos were pretty big and I liked the spicy creamy sauce that came with it. I'm used to having some slaw in fish tacos, but these didn't. It had grilled onions instead, but it went pretty well with the tacos. Hubby got 3 tacos, and he liked the Chorizo and Cesina. There's a lot of meat in the tacos. If you like a kick, request the habanero sauce. Spicy with a smoky flavor. Paired perfectly with the tacos. read more

The food is solid and they are certainly hard workers. With that being said, tonight was a poor experience. I understand mistakes are made but we received the wrong order for the takeout we carried away after our sit down meal. In addition to this, 20% tip was included on our bill. We were a small party so I found this confusing. Forcing to pay a tip for a server who wasn't exactly the nicest and screwed up the order...... no thank you.
