This Chick-fil-A is rocking it! So efficient and everyone is very professional and friendly. My family and I probably eat from this location at least once a week. Today the line was wrapped around into the Kroger parking lot and they had two employees working the drive through to take orders. One to take cash payments and provide receipts, two to hand out the food at the window, and another to route traffic upon exiting the drive through line. They remodeled this location and re-routed the drive-thru. The redesign somehow made the drive-thru situation worse than it was before. I've seen the line backed up to the Kroger in one direction and the Kroger Gas Station in the other. Hopefully the staff becomes more efficient, because they are super nice here, so I'm giving them four stars for that. The drive through should be redesigned again, sadly. It's a mess. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-A experience ever. We got in the dual drive-thru line at 11:01 on a Saturday and reached the order box at 11:05. "Can we get two chicken biscuits?" "I'm sorry, sir. We stopped serving breakfast at 11:00." Wait, what? You can't make an exception only five minutes after 11:00? And really, like you don't have extra biscuits sitting back there that you're just going to trash? But fine. We will settle for two 12-packs of nuggets and a small fry. TEN MINUTES later, we finally reach the window. "Sir, could you please pull into the courtesy spot to wait for your nuggets?" Are you serious? We ordered the easiest thing you can throw in a bag, and it's not ready ten minutes after ordering? You stopped serving breakfast just 15 minutes ago but you already don't have enough nuggets to fill a lunch order? Least favorite CFA went through the drive through at 1:00p and the lady taking my order seemed to be clueless. The guy who took my payment seemed in friendly and annoyed. While I was waiting for my food I had to listen to an employee "why am I gross" "what makes me gross" conversation to another employee??!? Then I get my food with like 15 sauce packets thrown on top of my kids meal and the "gross" kid is like HEREs your food ma'am and shoves it my way. Great chicken sandwiches, $/4pricewise, Service is exceptional as always I don't know how in the world they do their interview process or training but everyone who works there seem to really enjoy being there and are so clean cut and pleasant. The place is always clean and condiments are always filled up and easy to get, quick service too and the food is a healthier alternative for fast food. Usually have the chick fil a deluxe sandwich- so good, vanilla milkshake-real milk ice cream good, chicken salad sandwich-ahh yummy, kids grilled chick strips- not to my child's liking it's too much I pepper or seasoning to their liking. I am extremely hurt, disappointed, upset of the way I was just treated at Chick-fil-A in Johns Creek by Mario Lopez. What I already felt that was being hidden finally showed today. For the past 2 months since I relocated back to Johns Creek, I visit Chick-Fil-A in Johns Creek every day and often twice a day. In the morning, I order. Large Fries with no salt and sometimes I add a small dr. Pepper to it. On last week, on a Thursday, I drove up to the drive thru window and ordered my usual (the exact same thing I ordered the day prior at the exact same time). However, on that day, the Rep at the window stated that they do not serve lunch during breakfast. Assuming this was a new worker, I stated that I come daily, so why was I not being allowed to order today? I was informed to pull up to the window. Mario Lopez came to the window and explained that when I ordered fries, it backed up the drive thru so I could only order Monday Thru Wednesday and the other days, to just call 10 minutes in advance and ask for him and he would have someone to go out back to the freezer that was outside and get the waffle fries out. On Friday, I called 10 minutes in advance, spoke to Mario, arrived to the store and waited 20 minutes for the fries to come out. On this week, I ordered Large Fries with no salt daily. On today, Friday October 27th, I called the store 3 times while enroute to order and the line remained busy. I pulled to the drivethru and attempted to order a #1. Before I could finish my order, the Rep said that they were out of biscuits. I proceeded to order my usual and was told again "I am sorry but we can serve that either". I asked for Mario, but could hear the Rep speaking to another female and I could overhear their entire conversation regarding me. Mario refused to come to the drive-thru speakers and I was told to come around by the rep and some other worker yells out the back door of the restaurant at me. I proceeded to drive to the window and asked where was Mario. Eventually Mario came and I told him that I did as he said to do but the lines were busy. With the phone in his hand, he calls me a liar saying that everyone else's calls came through so obviously I did not call. I told him "yes I did call and after all this time, the fries could have been done by now!" He says that he will cook the fries but I will have to wait 20 minutes for them. I asked him why would I have to wait 20 minutes after already being here this long while they did not have biscuits to include for breakfast. They should have more time to cook fries now. Mario proceeds to tell me that he is no longer cooking anything for me, that this is private property and that if I don't drive away, then he is going to call the cops! I replied, "you are going to call the cops on me over some fries after I did what you said to do?" I said you guys been treating me poorly anyway and getting attitudes when I order fries and bringing them out to me with no smile, no thank you's all because my $2.09 is not worth your time, yet I pass many Chick-fil-A's and support your location! After speaking to the manager, he said that Mario should have kept his word. He also saw the 3 calls that I made to Chick-fil-A prior to arriving. This location needs to consider the guests and be more accommodating. This has positive and negative comments. First the negative. Dir of Operations, Mario Lopez, while I can sympathize with the challenge of the breakfast mad rush but you need to consider being more accommodating. I was lucky and I ordered before 10:30. However, others were not. People were in line before 10:30 but I watched you count down the seconds until 10:30 to shut down serving breakfast. Openly talking to cashiers counting down the time and cashiers openly complaining about serving breakfast. The result was a line of 10 or more having to leave because you wouldn't take breakfast orders even though they were in line before 10:30. Your excuse was that you stopped cooking breakfast so you didn't have the food but that's an excuse and not a good one. You should expect on a Saturday that breakfast will be busy and you should be able to handle a few more orders especially since people were in line before 10:30. Now the positive. As a side note, Mr Lopez you were courteous to me when my order was missing a few items and you handled it well. Thank you. read more

First of all, I DID drive around the building as I came in through the car repair business next door's back parking lot area. The service here is absolutely amazing! Al though there a select few staff members who are less welcoming, they are overwhelmingly chipper. I think most of the reviews on here are a few bad experiences and most of them are before the redesign or about staff members who are in training. I have gone to this Chick-Fil-A for over a year now and always get my same complicated side salad with corn and beans, no tomato, and extra cheese and they have only ever messed it up once out of probably 60 orders total. Even though the line is out to the Kroger parking lot they always move it through super quickly! I spoke with one of the managers one day and was informed they pass through almost 300 cars in just one hour! I would say they are doing a great job! Absolute 10 out of 10 and so much nicer than the Moore Road Chick-Fil-A or the Sugarloaf Parkway one. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is right by my work so I'll swing by here every once in awhile. The staff here is super friendly. I've eaten here during lunch a few times and noticed that they'll come around and ask if there's anything that you need. You don't ever see that at fast food restaurants!
