10/23/21 After working a morning shift, it time for something to eat. I have time on my hands before my second shift begins. Once I get to my parking spot for this second job, I won't want to move, get something to eat or drink. I figured Chick Fill-A would be a great Fuller upper if there is food to be had. The food hit the spot and to top it all off, one of my passager saw my Chick Fill-A glass and wanted some of that food too. Well, he won't get any of it tonight or on Sunday, but Monday Monday will have to do. Great food, great experience once again. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION! I was a loyal customer for well over a decade, and the way this business handled a serious health and safety incident is beyond unacceptable. This was not just bad customer service -- this involved toxic chemicals being sprayed in an area where customers were present, including me , creating a legitimate community health concern. And to top it off, dishonesty afterward. Manager Jourdan directly told me he reviewed security footage and claimed there was "absolutely no one" spraying chemicals during the incident. And that nobody came that sprayed . That statement is false. I have evidence proving it happened, and another manager had already confirmed to me that they had a person spraying that morning., and I have a voicemail recording of this proof he was in fact scheduled and present at that time, right by my car. (yes I'm aware he was which is why it was reported.) Although the first manager eventually apologized and acknowledged what happened, she also attempted to bring up unrelated past complaints -- only a few of which even existed and were completely valid -- in an effort to deflect responsibility and suggest I should "enjoy another location that can better serve me." Attempting to gaslight a customer instead of fully addressing a dangerous situation is absolutely unacceptable. These individuals should not be in managing , or customer service, let alone overseeing a franchise in our community. It is absolutely deplorable to see management respond to a legitimate health concern with denial, dishonesty, blame-shifting, and a refusal to take full accountability. Instead of properly addressing the exposure of customers to harmful chemicals, they chose to deny, dismiss, and mislead. No customer should ever have to fight to be believed when THEY PUT THEIR health and safety are at risk. I ALSO HAVE A SERIOUS DISEASE AND I WILL BE SURE TO REPORT THIS TO OTHER OTHERS NOW THAT I KNOW HOW THEY RESPONDED TO THIS, AND I GAVE HIM A CHANCE. After more than 10 years of loyalty, they permanently lost my business. Businesses that ignore dangerous situations and then mislead customers about them do not deserve public trust -- or your money. The only reason I'm leaving a review to any chick fil a is because I've never encountered a rude chick fil a staff till Fox(if I caught her name correctly) When ordering the lady at the counter vouched for the iced cold brew coffee being good... my husband and I both hated how it tasted. Tasted like an ensure drink but worse. I ask for a drink replacement and asked for the coke float. The manager or whoever it was... named Fox just stared at me and the drink in the most condescending way for 5 seconds then said "ok". Sure go ahead give me attitude for wanting to switch (we had 2 small sips). Then she proceeds to give me a half filled coke float . I kid you not there was like a squirt of coke. Chick Fil A is typically pretty consistent but that wasn't the case at this location. I had a drive thru order and while the employees were friendly and the order was correct, the nuggets were soooooooo SALTY to the point I couldn't eat them. I didn't realize this until I was already pretty far away from the location so I couldn't return or exchange them so I just took the loss. Oh and drive thru configuration is pretty weird so be careful. read more

This Chick-fil-A is on my way to work, so I stop by here every so often to grab some breakfast if I'm starving and I didn't get a chance to get prep anything from home. The service is solid enough, but sometimes staff seem very tired and overwhelmed. Be mindful that service jobs can be very tough sometimes and sometimes they need some grace! I always go through the drive thru and the line can get quite long even in the early mornings. I have never had to wait too long to get my food, though, and be on my merry way. The food is just like any Chick-fil-A, but there was one time that I got soggy tater tots that I didn't enjoy. I also got a hashbrown scramble once, and the portion was atrocious based on the price. It was also bland. I've not gotten it again after. I stick with my chicken minis meal! Their sweet tea has been bland a couple of times as well, so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Just picked up a large chicken noodle soup and a large mac and cheese. They both tasted great and while the soup container was full, the mac and cheese was barely half full. Very disappointing. If it hadn't tasted so good, I probably wouldn't have cared as much ;-) Ps: I feel a little guilty for giving them two stars, because most of the time they provide five star food and service but I don't bother to rate them. read more

They have some terrible people working the drive-thru. I just had an experience that was very condescending. I placed a mobile order ahead of time and went through the drive-thru. The attendant at the drive-thru confirmed my order and said it was ready. When I came to the window, the girl greeted me with a condescending tone "Yes? Did you place an order?" Of course I responded "yes." I was then asked "Did you go to the drive-thru?" I literally just came from the drive thru. I explained to her that I placed a mobile order and already confirmed it with another person up front. But it's like she didn't even understand (or didn't care to listen) and got some other person to tell me the same thing. So I went around again like an idiot. Of course there were already cars in front me so I had to wait in line again. I checked with the drive thru attendant up front again and she says my order was ready (what a surprise). When I finally got to the window to get my order, the same rude girl handed me my stuff without a word. Not a "sorry, thank you, etc.". Just terrible communication and customer service. I've had similar experiences with this drive thru in the past but this was the last straw. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this one irritated me enough to take the time to write one. read more

Honestly, this probably was the last time Ill be ordering from this particular chickfilA. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful and the food isnt as good as other locations. Today my chicken wasnt even cooked fully and my fries were so over salted that I couldn't even eat them. I didnt even bother to let the staff know because they already were rude at the drive through outside and at window when I asked for water with my mobile order. It also took 10 minutes for them to bring out my mobile order and their reason was "there was no space number" even though I clearly selected it in the app. Its unfortunate that this location has displayed underwhelming behaviors multiple times and nothing seems to change. The reston location about 10 more minutes down the road might be less convenient to get to but should I decide to get chickfilA in the future, it wont be at the sterling one. read more

Typically this place has decent service but a few employees are a bit rigid. After a kid soccer game a whole our whole team went to this establishment this past Saturday. I was talking to a mother of player in her parked car in the parking lot when not one but two employees told me I could not 'do that' and they were going to then did call the Sherriff office. The second time I was told they were on their way. I had a clip board so I can only imagine they thought I was selling something to visitors but the idiot refused to listen to a thing I said. This store like most other Chick-fil-A stores has great customer service. The drive thru line was pretty long, but there were plenty of staff members outside taking orders and payments which is also another norm at Chick-fil-A establishments. This chain overall does very well in the customer service rating. I'm writing this review because Chick-fil-A is at least a weekly stop for me. I love, love, love their diet lemonade as it's made of only lemons, water and Splenda. It's a sweet treat for me and break for me from water when I'm trying to trim a few pounds. Also I love their ice which they sell by the bag. Every time I tell someone I'm kind of an ice lover and buy bags from Chick-fil-A they normally say "I didn't know they sell ice"!!! We'll they do! It's 1.45 for a nice large 5-7 pound bag. Whenever I'm having a home gathering or party, I grab a few bags to add to my punch bowl and for drinks and cocktails!!! I will also mention that some of the larger Chick-fil-A's have this great Mac-n-cheese that's also delicious, but this store doesn't have it. read more

This place is always great! The staff is friendly and their food always comes out hot and fresh. They always make sure you are taken cared of. We came through the drive thru and as soon as they had more than 2 cars in line, they had two people taking orders so your wait time is very short. Their restrooms are also clean and fully stocked. Much better than the last Chick FilA we visited. We tried their breakfast menu for the first time and it was really tasty. I had the bacon, egg and cheese English muffin, my husband had the bacon, egg and cheese on bagel and my sisters and my mom had the chicken, egg and cheese burritos. The sandwiches were okay but the chicken burritos were actually really good. It didn't have a lot of chicken though so I was a little disappointed but it was still pretty good. Chick-a-fil you rock my world. It's funny because I always joke with my husband that this place is like a club. Every time you drive by the place it is always packed in the drive thru line and normally easier to go inside. This isn't necessarily the best option due to the parking lot and main road situation as it can get quite congested. As for the food they did hit it on point with meeting my needs of taking off the cheese off of my salad. They provide hospitality mints in a basket after you leave for stinky breath. One per person lol unless you are me which means one giant handful. Also The girl who made our ice cream cone does need a refresher course but can't win them all. read more

As far as fast food goes this is probably my go to place. Granted its still fast food so its not the most healthy but I feel like as far as the calorie count and options this is a slightly better option if you want something quick. Honestly I've tried most of the lunch dinner items on the menu and they're all good, although I'm not a fan of the chicken salad sandwiches there, as they put hard boiled eggs (please see other reviews regarding my dislike of eggs). At any rate the staff is always efficient and courteous. The one downside is this place always seems to be busy which is of course a good thing for business. We were just here this past Saturday night at 9PM and there was a big old drive thru line, so we went inside which was much quicker. I love Chick-Fil-A for lunch primarily, and sometimes for breakfast (the chicken minis are the bombdiggity). But I stopped at this location recently only to find that they didn't have change for a $100 bill! What kind of business in a major metropolitan area is this? Then the workers all had to run around yelling at each other in Spanish for 10 minutes to figure out where the money was to make change. It took long enough that my food was done and it was cold by the time I sat down to eat it. I kept trying to offer to just pay with my card, but the workers didn't seem to hear me. To make matters worse, I strayed from my usual breakfast and ordered CFA's breakfast burrito (chicken version, not the sausage version). It's not good. It's tiny, kind of watery and just bland. The take out line circled the building and extended onto the road. People coming in from other directions were trying to break into the line. You would have had to see it to believe it. I am typically a Chick fil A fan, but we took our toddler granddaughter here in November of 2022, after the birth of baby sister. We thought it would be nice to get her out of the house and get breakfast. Well, it was a cold morning, and it was so cold in the dining room that we had to keep our jackets on. And it wasn't just us. EVERYONE in the store had jackets on, and the employees were layered. Additionally, the playground has been closed since 2020, and they couldn't tell us when management would open it again. We ordered our condiments when we placed our order, and we didn't get ANY condiments. Then we had to go back to ask for our utensils. And then our napkins. Our food was cold before we finished it. I had a tasty chicken cool wrap here yesterday for lunch. I parked and went inside and despite long lines I got my order in fast and then they bring it to your table. This place was very very busy at 1:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon but they serve fast as they have a lot of staff, all with very positive attitudes and no scowling faces like other fast food operations. Not happy with my most recent visit. I completed an app order for curbside pickup. When I arrived both designated curbside pick up spots were full. I parked in the spot closest possible as I have in the past. After 15 minutes of waiting I called to inquire what the hold up was. The employee stated she did not see my car to which I informed her that both spots were taken and I parked as close as I could. She seemed fine and said she was sending my order out. Upon who seemed like the manager arriving he scolded me saying that next time I need to park in the designated spots. First of all I don't need to be spoken to like an idiot and second maybe 2 spots are not enough for curbside pickup. Most locations I have been to have at least 4.
