Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips
Dr. Conrad U.

We're often working, moving (serving), traveling or going from place to place and forget to fill our stomach to recover from the day's demands to recover our energy requirements. So, I dropped by Chick-fil-A in Simi Valley to try their much-recommended Cob Salad with Avocado and Lime Dressing. The lettuce was fresh and was enhanced by newly cooked fried and chopped chicken breasts with tomatoes, and other condiments. The salad was cased in a plastic container and was fully closed in a transparent manner. I also ordered 3 chicken breast fillets and tomato catsup; the chicken was fresh and was hot to the touch when it was served. I'd like to specially mention the smoking ladies at the front desk who took our orders. They were excellent ambassadors to the barns who made us comfortable as we experienced our first time to dine at the store. I often order and run at the drive in and never had a chance to enter the stores wherever I've been assigned to work. So, if you want to dine at an excellent Chicken store showcasing healthy options from chicken to salads that will make you keep coming for more, drop by Chick-fil-A chicken and enjoy their food to the max! I'd say, you'll never see Chicken like Chick-fil-A anywhere, anytime or anymore! It's just the best chicken there is!

The most expensive kid size meal (it's not for kids) Grilled Nuggets for $11.31. 12-9-24

I haven't been to a Chik-fil-A in about 5-6 years and today's experience has reminded me why. It's just not a good value. There was only one person in line before me during the lunch hour. The drive-thru was busy with a full line. There were a few people dining in. The cashier was nice, friendly and I easily paid with Applepay. I was even pleased to see the bathroom was clean. No kids were playing in the kids play area which I know most fast foot restaurants have done away with. But the most disappointing thing was the price of $11.31 for the 12 piece grilled nuggets which is about 4.5-5 oz of grilled chicken. I don't even think it's 100% breast meat. I believe it's rib meat that is pressed and formed to make the "grilled nuggets". Needless to say I was starving after I ate my nuggets but I was not about to spend another penny on the food here. Sure, it was good tasting but the value is not worth it. Their profit margin on the grilled nuggets alone must be insane.

This was my first time eating Chick-fil-A in years! And i don't eat fast food pretty often but my experience here was just such a pleasant surprise!! The staff was all kind, Daniela helped me in the drive through and she was so kind and joyful! I went inside to eat and the staff inside even checked up on me at my table. I like how they were attentive to cleaning the tables after customers left. And I love how they have a whole organized section full of condiments, hand wipes, bags, honey, and so much!! And they even had fresh flowers on their tables. I really loved it and it didn't even feel like a fast food place, it felt like a restaurant inside. The chicken nuggets were delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich was also really good! I think the spicy chicken sandwich is just a little too dry for me. But overall I loved it and I tried all their sauces, which were so good. I also like how all the employees seem happy to be there! Would def come back

Cherry Berry & Sprite! Was delicious!

As soon as we walk in, the greetings were so pleasant and welcoming. The cashier was amazingly sweet, great attitude and smile! Also a young man help me, when my drink needed to be refreshed, and I wanted to try the new Cherry Berry Sprite, which was very delicious, he went out of his way to bring it back to me at our table. My son went up again to the register and was greeted with another cashier who was explicitly well mannered and greeted him so kindly. Her well put together manners greatly showed. Hat's off to the manager as well for hiring such well-mannered employees with great attitudes!!! Absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location!!

This counts as a nugget? Sad

The color of this restaurant put me at ease. I could've stayed for a while if I had the time. I got the chicken gyro and lemon chicken soup. They're both delicious! And gluten free. Holy cannoli, the gluten free pita bread is phenomenal! It's not too dry like most gf breads. And most importantly, the heart of the Greek café is the staff. Two waitresses helped me. They were both genuinely kind and warm. Even though I was just getting take out a waitress brought me water while I was waiting for my order to be ready. She was so friendly! The portions are generous my lunch was huge and I'm so here for that! I feel like I could easily split that with someone. I will absolutely be coming back with friends. Thank you Greek Cafe!

There was a mix-up on our order, and my husband and I received lamb instead of what we had requested. The server wanted to take my plate back to the kitchen to remove the lamb, but I didn't want it taken back. I simply wanted her to bring me a new plate so I could remove the lamb myself and return it. The owner came over and explained the mistake, and he was very understanding and pleasant as always. However, the server's demeanor and attitude changed after that. She became rude and unfriendly, making it uncomfortable. I asked her if everything was okay and that she seemed upset, but her response was again rude. She told me to go speak to the owner, which I did. When I was speaking to the owner, she came over with the same attitude, and things started to escalate. As I was walking away, she repeatedly told me not to come back. It's very disappointing to me because GHC is one of my favorite restaurants. I've been a regular there for over 20 years, and my husband and I eat there at least once a week. We've always been treated well by the staff, and I'm disappointed that this incident has ruined my experience. I believe that the restaurant needs to provide some training on how to deal with customers, because this situation was handled very poorly. I won't be returning to GHC anytime soon, and I feel sorry for the owner that his wife acted in such a manner.

I decided I wanted a burger in that moment and so I wended my way over through all the cars in that crowded parking lot. My cheeseburger combo was a good price! iIn this era of $20 or more lunches, it's getting more difficult to find lunches in the $12-16 dollar range-which I am really starting to hate! The fries were crispy and my burger was made to order. It was so good. Hunger is the best sauce! It had some games and things in the corner which I guess is the "fun" part of the name! Decided to try FunBurger and this was one of the best decisions we've made in quite a while. Did you know they have limited breakfast hours? I didn't. Mon - Thurs 11am to 2pm and Fri - Sun 9am to 2pm, very nice. Their breakfast burrito is one heck of a bargain. It's big, tasty, and was served very hot fresh by the happy staff. The breakfast sandwich is also a great deal. Oh, and don't forget the French Toast strips, crispy and quite yummy. It was a very Happy Accident, as Bob Ross would say, that we found this new breakfast stop. Give them a try, breakfast is as great as their burgers. Giant TV's too.

5* Food 5* Service 4*…read moreAmbiance I can never have another pizza other than Tony Gemignani's Slice House! I fell in love at first bite. Although the ambiance is a basic order at the cashier and pick-up, the pizza here is anything but ordinary. Whether it is New York, Detroit, Sicilian, or grandma style dough, it is expertly fermented, resulting in a crust that strikes that perfect balance between crisp and tender. It has just the right amount of chew, and a subtle depth of flavor that speaks to pure craft and technique. The crust is the foundation, and it just gets better and builds from here. The sauce! I can drink it up as it has all the right notes of sweet, tangy and flavor. The toppings feel intentionally selected for both quality and compatibility. Nothing is excessive, nothing is lacking; every component is beautifully balanced. Whether it's the brightness of fresh herbs, the richness of meats, qualty cheese, or the perfectly seasoned sauce, everything works in unison. We ordered the Hot Honey, Wiseguy, and Rosa. Each bite is indulgent and satisfying. You can taste the influence of a skilled chef in every detail, from the texture and flavor development of the crust to the thoughtful building of toppings and finishing touches. This is the kind of pizza that redefines expectations. It goes beyond comfort food and enters the level of an indulgent culinary experience. We also had an order of the meatballs to start; it was moist, flavorful, and indulgent. The meatballs were drownng in the sauce, which served as a great way to savor the remaining crust. They serve wine and beer which further elevates the experience, and really, there is no excuse to have pizza anywhere else!
