I love this Chick-fil-A especially since they added curbside and I can just order and sit! Lately the fries have been soggy and unsatisfying. But however today I went to try the macaroni and cheese! I placed a catering order for this location this morning. I ordered the large chicken mini tray and a gallon of sweet iced tea. I got there a little earlier than my requested time, so my order wasn't ready. However, this gave me the opportunity to notice now friendly, efficient and organized the front line was running. I was impressed. Everyone had a specific duty, they knew their job and it ran smoothly. The employee that bagged the food, paid special attention to keeping her area neat, clean and orderly as she bagged each order. Other employees made sure the floor stayed free of trash. The cashiers kept the line moving. They morning team just worked great together! And to top it off the catering manager, Natalie carried my food to the car for me! Excellent customer service! The chicken mini were great of course. I wish they sold them for lunch. I did find out from Natalie that some locations do sell them for lunch, just not this location. I'm giving them a 4 rating because my sweet tea was hot, however with a little ice it was yummy. read more

Standard chick-fil-a food(pretty damn good), what really sets this place apart is the phenomenal service. Staff was incredibly friendly and super accommodating. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and was given a normal chicken sandwich. I took a bite and realized and went back to the counter and without hesitation or checking my sandwich she had a spicy out for me in seconds. With charm and charisma through it all I might add. Oh My Gosh - I can't believe I haven't yet given a TOP NOTCH review to Chick-fil-A. My wife and I have eaten lunch there numerous times, and each has been a pleasurable experience. The restaurant seems to have a reputation that just collects customers of good cheer, and we have aways found the atmosphere welcoming. The Number-Four Spicy Chicken Sandwich Platter is our favorite. It is always hot, fresh, and SPICY. The waffle fries are served in generous quantity. I like to add a little salt ( against doctor's advice, but he's not eating them). The only way to improve the fries would be to serve them a bit hotter. We occasionally interact with the table staff, and they are always pleasant. It is the kind of place that makes me want to police my own table and toss out my trash before leaving. read more

Always a safe and deliciously satisfying choice- my family usually eats here once a week. I honestly feel this is about the healthiest choice of "fast food". The staff consistently presents the height of professionalism, neatness, and confident service. The only fast food chain that may compare in this respect is In-N-Out Burger on the west coast. The only improvement I could think of would be a drive-thru window or perhaps opening on Sunday (but I respect that their business closes once a week). I've been to several locations in my area and this location has, by far, one of the most courteous staff I've encountered. I once ordered an ice cream cone and got a chocolate milkshake instead, the person behind the counter let me keep the shake - AND the Icedream cone came right up in no time. It's usually always packed during lunch time. But even though, there is a long line. It goes by so fast. There's also usually an employee going to customers in line and taking their orders. since there hasn't been a review, since 2011, I will be glad to write one. I love this place. Very family friendly and most of the staff is friendly. Getting drink refills is a little bit of a hassel, but the food is very filling, and I love the breakfast bagel chicken sandwich, like the previous person posted, it really is yummy! I recommend going here. I wish they had a drive thru however. But overall they are very nice and the food is good. Friday nights are very busy, around 7-8 a clock if you want to avoid the crowds, come at like 4 or 5. read more

The delivery service is nice and fast, however if you do curbside, please expect to wait 15 minutes in your car while the lady circles around confused. They will also put the large plastic bin on your car potentially scratching the paint. I do not recommend Chick-fil-a curbside by any means. I love Chick-Fil-A...but here we go again! Wait times are awful...AND, I paid $8.99 for a SW Salad, lettuce and a little chicken...I just counted 6 pieces of corn and 10 beans with no cheese. The toppings that are suppose to go on top were left out of the bag. I was in a hurry but should have checked the bag. Come on! That's a lot of money for a salad to not receive the full benefits of what you are to be provided. Lastly, they are always very SLOW! Prior to today, I had always just breezed in and out of this neighbourhood Chick Fil A to grab a sandwich or nuggets for my son. Well, this time I decided to study in here (from about 9am until 4pm). My experience with the staff and their service COMPELLED me to craft this review. Until about 11am, the cafe was quite empty but that did not translate to staff sloppiness or laziness. On the contrary, they continued to check on me in my remote corner and refill my water. When the lunch rush began, the staff sprung into fervent, consistent action - pushing orders out to both take-away and dine-in customers. It was refreshing to watch. Not one staff member appeared to lose their temper, in spite of the line-of-customers-out-the-door. And they STILL had the presence of mind to keep checking on me! Right around 1pm I went up to the counter for some coffee. The counter gentleman said he'd brew a new batch and bring a cup to my corner. When he arrived, he informed me that if I needed any refills, I just needed to catch his attention (or that of any other staff memeber) and they'd ensure my cup stayed filled. Yup, that's what spurred me on to Yelp. I am proud that this Chick Fil A in my neck of the woods. They've certainly impressed me today. read more

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I have been to several Chick-fil-A since Covid and no other restaurants is as slow as this one. I only get a egg and cheese biscuit and it always takes them 30 minutes. I have walked in, curbside and pick up and no matter what they are slow. read more

Terrible experience here at 9:30AM. Ordered twelve things with the cashier who was barely paying attention to me, she asked me the same questions two or three times and at 100mph. I could barely understand anything she was saying. She (in less than 5 minutes, I was thankful for that) then brought the out the food. It was all in one bag. Twelve entrees in one bag that is meant for maybe three or four. When I asked for another bag to split it up so I could actually close them and preserve some of the heat, she gave me two of the smallest bags they have at Chick-fil-A. I walked out and decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The food was solid, customer service was terrible. P.S. - why can't you use spicy chicken for breakfast entrees like literally any other Chick-fil-A? Just grab the spicy chicken instead of the regular chicken. You make money just the same. I am highly disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an online order for delivery and was waiting almost an hour until I called and they had told me my order was cancelled due to the tornado warning which was understandable because the safety of the workers are important. But what bothered me was that there was no communication to let me know my order had been cancelled...I wouldn't have known until I called. So then I was told to replace my order in which I did and THEN it took almost two hours for me to receive an update via app. My next step, I called 5 TIMES until I finally came in contact with a team member letting me know my food is on the way. This chik fil a is the best chik fil a in the area. Customer service is ALWAYS great. I come here to pick up breakfast at least once a week and the staff is always super friendly! They really help you start off your day well. What is really great is that the service here is always fast, too! The team here does not let quickness sacrifice customer service or vice versa.
