They will come to your car ask for the name & still not receive the correct order! On top of that they don't read it thoroughly, so when I received my food she forgot 2 other drinks and now were waiting for something that should've been ready. Usually they are great but I just needed a gift card and the girl outside told me that I needed to go inside. That's fine but I was already in line, I asked her how I can get out of line, there was only one car behind me and she ignored me and I had to stay in line for 20 min. before I could leave the restaurant. And the cones were too close together to squeeze my vehicle in between them. There should be a way to be able to get out of Line if something happens and you're not getting something after all or if you already received your meal, you don't have to wait for the person in front of you to receive theirs. read more

You've seen them over town, those mini Chick-fil-A cars darting through traffic delivering another hot fresh order to someone's home or office. I like Chick-fil-A, maybe I should try it once just for the convenience. I ordered as a Guest with my iPhone one Saturday afternoon. The order included a Cobb Salad, Chicken Wrap, a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and a Spicy Chicken all with Waffle Fries and drinks. The process over the phone was easy but the cost quickly added up after Tax, Tip and delivery charge totaling out to $66.20. Holy Chicken Feathers Batman!! Delivery was about 20-minutes later than it was promised. The Driver apologized but, it still didn't help making the cold soggy Fries taste any better. The Chicken was mediocre as well. Mostly dried out with little to no taste. The take away for me here is, if I want Chick-fil-A, I should order in the restaurant and enjoy my meal there. Lately, I've slowly become less of a Fan of Fast Food. It tends to be tasteless compared to individually owned & operated places and the cost has crept up to be no bargain at all. This chick fil a location has never failed me - even though their drive thru gets super packed, the inside is almost always empty and I get my food fairly fast! The service and the food are consistent and good :) something I'd like to mention is that most locations do not promote their gluten free bun as it is more work for them to pack separately, but it doesn't hurt to ask! I have a lot of gut issues and cutting down on gluten when I'm able is a big help! read more

I contacted the store after receiving my delivery and requested either a refund of one of the orders and requested they take the duplicate order back. Arial with the store refused to refund my order, would not provide any management information and hung up on me after being told I lived too far for her driver to take duplicate order. Had to wait over 20 minutes on a mobile pickup. This was my first time doing a mobile pick up order so i figured you place the order you go to drive through and pick it up. I keep trying to go back since it's SO much closer to my house but at this point I'm just going to drive to cibolo or the forum or wherever the closest one is to converse because this one is so terrible. I have been seeing this battle between Popeyes and Chic-fil-A about who has the better chicken sandwiches the past couple days and thought I'll grab a breakfast chicken sandwich. I live almost 3 miles away from my closest store; this being Chick-fil-A... I thought I don't need to check and make sure everything is right. This is brutally cold weather and unfit for workers to be outdoors. I waited 30 minutes for six cookies and a single brownie. I was asked to pull forward and they'd be right out. No problem at all. When I finally walked up to the staff, I heard them say that they had forgotten about us. Hard to imagine not seeing a Lincoln SUV with brake lights on, and seven cars driving around. My order had been pushed to the back of the counter, and we were given our now cold items without an apology. I placed an online order for drive-thru pick-up for Breakfast at 10:15 a.m. I drove to the restaurant and arrived in the drive-thru at 10:28, which was fairly backed up. I meet the associate (at 10:32) and provide my name. They report that there is no order associated with that name. Despite providing proof of my order being placed preceding 10:30 (when breakfast ordering has concluded), they say they will not be able to serve what I ordered, despite me having arrived at the restaurant before 10:30. The component of this experience that was the most challenging was having to sit in the drive through line watching people (in front of me) clearly receiving breakfast items. If you are looking for breakfast items in the local area at 10:28am, there is Sonic, Shipley's, IHOP, and Denny's to name a few. read more

I've had really bad experiences lately. This happened a few weeks ago, I was ordering my food and forgot to add a meal so I asked one of the employees if I can add a meal, nobody was in line but I was forced to go all the way to the beginning of the drive thru and wait ten minutes, when nobody was there. Today was the worst experience of all, I had to wait 30 minutes for a meal, it was ridiculous because it was just a grilled wrap meal. About 20 cars passed, the drive thru was full when I got there and empty when I left it is ridiculous that Chick-fil-A prioritize other customers who came after me and made me wait this long for a grilled wrap that cost me so much money and was not even worth it after. Very disappointed y'all need to coordinate your restaurant and employees better! read more
